They have an in-house massage service available. I booked a one hour session for my wife and it was the best thing I did for her my marriage and my life as well. She came back happy and glowing and fully rejuvenated and basically like brand new. She was literally glowing and had such a cheery disposition. I highly recommend having a massage at the hotel. They do a tremendous job and it’s well worth the price.

We stayed at this hotel the majority of our trip. We really enjoyed this hotel. The pool area was beautiful as well as all the garden areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and relaxing. Parking was great. The koi ponds are gorgeous as well. You will thoroughly enjoy this hotel and the price point was great.

Loved this hotel. Hotel staff are extremely nice and the vibes at this place are awesome. Great pool area, welcoming lobby with free coffee and board games. Free paddle boards and bikes to take out. Rooms are really clean and do the job. Sometimes the noise can be a little loud with their cascading windows and airport nearby. Overall 5/5 for the price.

The best way to describe the experience was underwhelming. We were just looking for a place to stay for one night so it wasn't a big deal. For those of a certain age the feeling was similar to a 60s or 70s stay at a Motel 6 or something of that ilk. The room was small and the only AC was a noisy window unit. There may be more luxurious rooms available but I'm sure they would have been even more expensive. Just a note to always look at the bottom line. My memory is the basic room rate was something like $160 but by the time all the taxes and fees were added it was more than $220. The staff was certainly courteous and helpful so that wasn't a problem. You should also note that the parking made available to us was "on street".

A very beautifully thought out hotel. Environmentally conscious w their recycling ♻️ decisions. Very comfortable island feel. I really enjoyed the location right by the waterfront and adjacent to many restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!! We will be back.|Thank you ❤️

I had the good fortunate of testing out this newly remodeled hotel and was not disappointed at all. The staff is so nice. The rooms and waiting area are beautiful and very clean. Even the soap smelled divine! I thought that the parking situation would be sketchy but I parked in the lot as well as right out front on the street and had no problems. My only qualm was that the parking lots floods when it rains, and it always rains. So be mentally prepared for that.

Very nice and helpful receptionists. The place is clean, calmed and beautiful with a nature relaxing atmosphere. |However, room walls and windows look super old. Noise gets through very easily. Rooms have been renovated and are nicely decorated but you can still feel the old because the job on some of the renovations is very poor. I thought it would be right on the water but it's actually across the street from the water. |Place is decent and we had a pleasant stay, just wish it was by the water and nicer rooms with better renovations that would make it look more expensive. Live music was nice too.

The front desk is nice but as soon as we were at our room, room was dirty/dusty, no body soap (empty bottle) - we did not bother to complain since we brought our own soap, outdated mattress and shaggy. It totally different than what is marketed or shown on the website. It seems we were placed to the old room. Not the remodeled room. I will never stay here again. It might have bed bug since our daughter has the bed bug bites mark all over. We complained about bed bug but so far no response.
