I made a last-minute catering request to Scratch Catering to cater my daughter's brunch birthday party. First of all, Scratch is one of the few caterers that I found with a comprehensive brunch menu! Other caterers that I found only offer cold breakfast foods (similar to a continental breakfast). Ted put together a proposal for me and was able to accommodate the date I needed even with short notice. The chef came by and set everything up and came back the next weekday to pick everything up. It made everything so easy! Our guests RAVED about the food... everything was incredible. If I ever need catering services again, I'll definitely be using Scratch.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they are top notch. This catering company knows what the heck they are doing in a kitchen and puts out nothing but the best. I’m new to Southlake and just googled catering companies and requested 3 quotes, This company provided me a quote within 1 hour ( I never got the other 2). Long story short Ted showed up ahead of time and was such a joy to chat with. From start to finish the service they provide is phenomenal and I’m glad I found them. When my guest arrived they got excited and instantly knew what catering company I used. Ted and his team were absolutely amazing. We had our wine club dinner this past weekend and we’re so amazingly pleased with everything!

Scratch Catering catered my wife’s 60th birthday party at our home. It was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, and plenty of it! We have a lot of leftovers that will last us a while(we had some no-shows). The staff was very professional and left our kitchen as clean as it was when they showed up. This is a premium service and worth the price if you’re looking for the best of the best.

Scratch Catering is amazing across the board! From the chef who prepared the food, to the delivery team, the flawless set up of food and the genuine care to making sure your event goes well. I used Scratch for my husband's birthday - he love to cook and wanted brisket - Scratch prepared an amazing brisket for 30 people, plus salmon, and cauliflower steak for our vegi friends. The brisket was moist and had amazing flavor. The apps were wonderful! This is a great small business I would use !

Everything Scratch Kitchen has done for my events is 5star. From setup, prep and take down, their service is impeccable. Quality of food is top notch. The choices are ample and the portions are fine. I've never had an event where someone didn't ask for Ted's contact info. Best reference you can get.

I cannot recommend Ted and Scratch Kitchen enough! Ted prepared and executed the most delicious meal for 12 of our closest friends this past weekend. We wanted a unique and special experience to celebrate my husband's birthday and we got it with Ted! The food was phenomenal, the timing was perfect, and the service was impeccable. Ted and his team truly made sure we had the best time - and we did. Our guests are still raving about the food and my husband says it was his favorite birthday to date. When we first moved here from Memphis, Tn we had a hard time adjusting to the BBQ. We happened to be at an event Scratch was catering and we fell in love with their pulled pork, spot on, it reminded of us home. Now that we have been here long enough for Texas to be home, Scratch is our go to caterer! Now that Scratch has YouTube videos I feel like I stole their greatest recipes I have feasted on for years!
