Screaming Eagle Restaurant

This place is awesome!! Everything from the food, the atmosphere and the staff (who were so attentive) was fabulous. I don’t really write reviews but in this case I felt I absolutely had to! I was so impressed by this place and especially by our server Jimmy who went out of his way to make sure our night was perfect!! Will definitely be back next time we’re in Aruba!!

Was heading to water edge and saw screaming eagle decided to take a stop look at the reviews which were all good. so I decided to try it. everything was delicious. Had the chicken dumplings, lobster soup, salmon, and grouper (little spicy but I enjoy spice). They gave bread which of course I was dipping it with my soup. The staff was awesome. Atmosphere was great as well. Price was a little pricey. They also have a kids menu which was good

Phenomenal food. It was plated so attractively, and then the flavor and taste continued to amaze. Staff was very attentive as we dined in the beautiful Aruba night air. It was tough to choose one dessert with the options given. Loved to have found out that many of the staff are family related here.

Red snapper special was great but the regular menu sea bass with truffle risotto and spinach was outstanding. We not a fan of the falafel appetizer but that’s probably more a preference to whatever spice they use. The molten lava cake was worth the wait, delish. Great service and atmosphere.

Only ok thing we ate was the cervicea (sp)...even that had chunks of fish that we 2 inches long. ordered carribean lobster tail, and bacon wrapped grouper. Grouper arrived cold and raw..mushy...chef said that is the way fish is cooked and returned the dish to our table..waiter argued and offered to get somthing else...40 minutes latter still no replacement...so we cancelled the replacement order. During this time i had my lobster which was ok.. plating for everything eccept our appetiser was done by someone that must work at mcdonalds. For the amount of money i paid for this meal i expected more. They took the one messed up meal off the ticket but didnt offer to comp anything else. Everyone blamed someone else for the poor service. NOT GOING BACK.

We ate at the Screaming Eagle on our last night of our trip and it was phenomenal! Our server, Carmichael was very attentive and social, making our experience even better. We had the beef carpaccio, mahi mahi and salmon entrees, and crepes, which were made table side. Entrees were melt-in your mouth kind of good! Drinks were also excellent! The atmosphere is very relaxing with an overall chill vibe. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back! Highly recommend!

My goodness. Our servers were all so intimate and personal. What a great experience. The food was so fresh and delish. We just had the best time !! Highly recommend !!!!

Jimmy was our waiter and he was fabulous ! He explained the whole menu and presented everything to us. Food was outrageous and came out very quickly. I had the beef and my husband had the filet. We also had the lemon cake and the chocolate cake.
