The Best Airbnbs in Dublin, From Artists’ Studios to Secluded Cottages | Condé Nast Traveler

"I enjoyed the colorful, funky decor across themed rooms in this two-bedroom Stoneybatter home — from a zebra-printed powder room to an Old Hollywood–inspired guest bedroom — along with a large sun-flooded back garden with an eight-person outdoor dining table, an indoor fireplace and a pet-friendly policy, all a short hop from Kavanagh's Pub." - Kaitlyn McInnis, Charley Ward

Beautiful natural event space hidden in the concrete jungle of Dublin. Stretch Tents Ireland have done sound here a couple of times and always had a great gig, friendly crew and staff.

Went to have a look at the venue, and it was nothing like the photos. We were told that we could visit anytime on Sunday. When we got there, the place was empty even though we we're told someone would be there to show us the space. There are no signs directing you to the space. We went the wrong way looking for it as the entrance looks like someone's garden. The place itself was overgrown and had bits from a previous event all over the place. Everything looked in disrepair. The place also had large dogs that barked at us the whole time we were there. My partner was worried the while time that something might happen. There is also no parking in the space, and you would struggle to get a bus up there. The space has so much wasted potential that it seems doubtful they had any wedding venues there recently despite what they told us. The photos on the site are nothing like what the place is like now. Feel free to drop in anytime, as there doesn't seem to ever be anyone there, and see the place for yourself.

Ideal for a small to medium size wedding / festival / events in general. Like a lovely oasis in the middle of the urban suburbs, with a close connection to multiple forms of public transport and only 20 mins to the city center
