Sea Change Villas

My wife and I stayed in the beachfront villa. The villa was spacious, clean and modern. There are numerous cooking materials and appliances available, and our fridge was stocked with eggs, bread, an assortment of jams, juice, milk and butter upon arrival. Sea Change is in a relatively sparse part of the island, which was peaceful. There are buses that circle the island, that bring you wherever you need to go if you don't want to rent a car. We relied on the buses and bikes and were able to get e everywhere just fine. I would not recommend walking too much as the roads are narrow and there are no side walks. Stephanie and the Sea Change staff are very accommodating and make booking activities super easy. There were plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment available for the guests (free of charge). Highly recommended the massages and in room catering. Charlie's is a nearby fun spot for food and night life, as well as the nearby night market on Sunday. There is also a cool market in the downtown area open in the morning / early afternoon that I would recommend. Weather was on the cooler side while we were there. (Low-mid 70s in June)

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, my wife and me with our two adult daughters. Top notch spacious unit with everything you need for a trouble free visit. A good size private pool was well used and great to have a washing machine and dishwasher available. Unfortunately weather didn't cooperate and we couldn't use kayaks or paddle boards. Bikes also available, they have thought of everything! Even has Netflix, Prime and You Tube for the rare bad weather day, so take your password. Providing bread, butter and eggs etc for our first breakfast was really appreciated after the early morning arrival. Also provide a day room at a reasonable price if you are getting the late flight home. Really couldn't fault it.

The Sea Change Villa were a glorious spot for our time in Rarotonga. It was immaculate. We had our own private pool with daily housekeeping. There was even a breakfast basket. It was a welcome treat after our long flight. The villa was decorated nicely, not cluttered with an open lanai overlooking the beautiful sea. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting gazing at the gorgeous view. The wonderful office team led by Steph were fabulous. Steph went over and above to help us with all of our dining and sight seeing reservations. She is the heart of the Sea Change Villas.

First time to Rarotonga and Sea Change Villas made it unforgettable. We stayed in Villa 3 — absolutely stunning, with magic views over the lagoon and our own private pool. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The breakfast starter supplies were such a thoughtful bonus, especially before we had a chance to go shopping. The service was exceptional — warm, helpful, and above and beyond. On our last day, they even let us stay in the villa longer at no extra charge, so we had just a short wait at the airport. Pure relaxation from start to finish — we can’t wait to return!

Wow! These villas are absolutely beautiful, and such a fantastic location. We stayed in a beachfront villa and you’re literally 5 steps from the sand. We even got to see whales passing during our morning coffee! Steph is fantastic and the staff are lovely. You definitely need your transport if you don’t want to rely on bus or taxi as you aren’t a short walking distance from anything. We missed out on room service a day or two, so a way to communicate you want servicing if you miss the phone call would be great!

Great place for a day room if you’re waiting for flights, I wish we had actually stayed here during our stay. My Mum wasn’t feeling well and just wanted somewhere quiet and cool to relax, we had to check out of our resort at 10am but our flight was 10pm so I found this place had a day room. It was perfect for us to have a base to shower etc for our flight later and the host was great. The room was clean, modern, right across from the beach and had WiFi. Also 4mins from Charlie’s which has great food 😊

Stayed here for a 30yr anniversary. Travel was booked through Costco Travel. Originally we were going to get a garden villa but then we changed to an Ocean Villa and it was definitely worth it. We rented a scooter to get around the island and after seeing other places I'm going to have to say best spot by far. I enjoy cooking so I made use of the kitchen for breakfast every morning to get day started. The personal pool is a very nice touch. Check in/out was very easy and I have absolutely no complaints. If you are thinking about an ocean front Villa don't just get it you won't be disappointed. If you spend enough time on your deck wave watching you'll see sea turtles pop their heads up.

Absolutely loved our stay. Villa had everything and more than we could ask for. Wish we had booked an extra couple of nights to relax and enjoy the villa. Staff went over and above. Will certainly book to stay here again. The beach is a short walk across the road with use of paddleboards, kayaks was an added bonus.
