We stayed at Sea Cliff as part of a group of 125 people. They were great to work with in the planning stages and from the moment everyone started to arrive the service was superb. A special thank you to Prosper, Rehema and Chef Armando; it was like working with family. Our guests loved the service, but also the resort. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and all had beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. The pools were perfect and there were so many on-site activities for everyone to participate in. Meal buffets were lovely with my favorites being the fresh fish and the nightly fruit mousse; accompanied by evening entertainment. From the first Jambo to the last Karibu, it was a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at Sea Cliff Resort! The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and the property’s rustic charm made it so unique. I especially loved relaxing in the hammock on the balcony, the sound of the waves crashing onto the cliffs was divine. The staff was warm and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to Terrence for accommodating us last minute and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be back! One Love 🇯🇲

Been to Sea Cliff Hotel twice this year. It's a cozy, rustic vibe hotel. The style of the place gives off a very laid back Jamaican feel. Amazing if you want to get away from the city life and just enjoy the view or bask in nature. It's breakfast included! And was delicious. It's also not far from famous rivers / beaches like French Man's Cove, Blue Lagoon, Turtle Cove. NOTE: Make sure you take a look outside during the night. I went star gazing before dawn. Incredible!

We stayed in the Sea Dream cabin and I loved it!!!!!! The staff are amazing especially to Monique, Terrence, Joseph our waiter, great waiter!……our housekeeper…….everyone is just welcoming. Oh and the food is 😙👍🏾…..only downside is they served my fav on the morning we were checking out🙄 Definitely visiting again tho!!!

This hotel has loads of potential. The grounds are beautiful. The concept of the hotel is a good one, unfortunately, none of the ideas are executed well. It's location is very good. Not far from Boston, for great Jerk, Portland town centre, the Blue Lagoon, and a few nice beaches.|The cons to this location are as followed:|Most of the rooms and their outside spaces are dilapidated |There wasn't any staff around to help book us the night we arrived to welcome us. Just a teenage, who had our room keys and couldn't answer any of our questions.|He did manage to contact the manager who dismissed our concerns on the phone, so I first night wasn't great.|The breakfast are nice but the portions very small. The staff that served were kind enough to give us slightly bigger portions, but we had to hide it incase they got into trouble with the manager or other guest that were measuring food servings.|The dinners are expensive, I had a coconut fish curry, which was very tasty, but sadly, the fish was full of scales so I was unable to complete my meal. I did have a word with the staff the following day and they were very apologetic, they did offer free meals for a couple days but I wasn't willing to take the chances.|The swimming pool is just about functional, it seemed to be incomplete. Not filled with water, pool bar not being used, tiling incomplete. |The fencing around the grounds, looks like a safety hazard waiting to happen. The building just needs a general make over as it felt outdated and not up to the standards I'm a custom to when travelling. |There is no night time entertainment, no late night bars or anything to do in the evening to keep the family entertained. |We had days when the water wasn't working, or only cold water, another day when the power went out and smoke came from the power line, as well as a dodgy air conditioning unit in a very hot room.|I was informed of their plans to expand but I feel they should improve what they have first before they go ahead with their plans.|The cleaners often forgot to replace towels or flannels.|Some electric points looked dangerous and slightly burnt. Rooms had cracked glass on weirdly tinted windows. ||The pros|The staff that serve the meals are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. One of the groundsman, Joseph, gave me a history lesson on the area and the hotel itself as he's been associated with the hotel since he was 9 years old. Anything we informed the manager about he did try to rectify, I appreciated him offering us free meals.|The views are beautiful from the seaview rooms. |The location is good. That part of the island is beautiful.|Good car parking space.|Despite hardly any staff, it felt clean and safe.

Sea Cliff Resort is an oasis, with spectacular views and delicious food - try the conch salad! The room I booked had a bathtub on the balcony and it was truly magical! Great spot for a private getaway, and a short drive from town.

I travel often, and this is the best resort I’ve stayed at. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views. My room was spotless and beautifully designed. Breakfast featured delicious local dishes, and I enjoyed every bite, gained a few pounds in the process lol. Everything about my stay was excellent.

I really love the idea of Sea Cliff—it’s a charming boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. I enjoyed my stay and it provided peace of mind. However, I think there’s room for improvement. It felt like most of the attention was focused on the suites. I stayed in the White Cap room, and unfortunately, none of the outdoor lights worked, and the switches inside weren’t labeled, so figuring out the lighting was a bit of a guessing game. I had asked for bath bombs for the outdoor tub, but they didn’t create any bubbles—maybe they were a bit old. The mats in the bedroom and bathroom were very worn, and the floors and balcony could definitely use some polishing. I also think the property would benefit from stronger fencing around the facility and 24-hour security for added peace of mind. There are also cats and dogs on the resort. At night the dogs can be loud with barking and cats can be heard crying. Customer service could also be improved for guest when checking in/out of the hotel.
