I travel often, and this is the best resort I’ve stayed at. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views. My room was spotless and beautifully designed. Breakfast featured delicious local dishes, and I enjoyed every bite, gained a few pounds in the process lol. Everything about my stay was excellent.

I really love the idea of Sea Cliff—it’s a charming boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. I enjoyed my stay and it provided peace of mind. However, I think there’s room for improvement. It felt like most of the attention was focused on the suites. I stayed in the White Cap room, and unfortunately, none of the outdoor lights worked, and the switches inside weren’t labeled, so figuring out the lighting was a bit of a guessing game. I had asked for bath bombs for the outdoor tub, but they didn’t create any bubbles—maybe they were a bit old. The mats in the bedroom and bathroom were very worn, and the floors and balcony could definitely use some polishing. I also think the property would benefit from stronger fencing around the facility and 24-hour security for added peace of mind. There are also cats and dogs on the resort. At night the dogs can be loud with barking and cats can be heard crying. Customer service could also be improved for guest when checking in/out of the hotel.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Seacliff. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains from the hammock, it was a peaceful and scenic escape. The saltwater pool was also a highlight and made for a refreshing way to unwind. That said, the check-in process was a bit confusing. It would be much more convenient to have someone available at the front desk, as well as a staff member present at the gate to assist with arrivals. We also recommend that the staff provide more clear information about local taxi services and how to get around town, which would be helpful for guests unfamiliar with the area. Lastly, massages require booking at least 24 hours in advance, so be sure to plan ahead if you’re interested.

The resort is quite remote which is good for those seeking quiet time. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are some issues that should be addressed. Some electrical outlets are loose or not working in the room. The menu needs updating with items not available like pizza, and the lack of clarity of the prices. I was initially charged incorrectly for my order then after some back and forth with the waitress this was rectified. ||Breakfast which is included, but not fruits does not start until 8:30am which is late if you want to hit the road making the most of your trip of leaving for a flight.||When checking-in you’re told not to get any make up on the towel or you’ll be charged for damages. A $10,000 security deposit is charged also but there is no one on site to return it to you before 9am. After calling the manager by phone he was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.||This could be a really nice hotel with management and staff that were interested in giving their customers a good experience. There are simple fixes that can be made to put this place on the map. Despite it’s beautiful location, if you’re used to high quality service, sadly you won’t find it here.

Loved the experience! This is the prefect place for a peaceful, romantic getaway. The grounds were well kept and quiet. The ambiance was calm and serene. Will most definitely be staying here again. Big ups to Errol. He helped me locate the hotel. Was traveling on some bad roads and thought I was going the wrong way, called to get directions and Errol stayed on the phone with me for a while until I was able to find my way.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sea Cliff Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well cared for. The resort itself is stunning—immaculately maintained grounds, and breathtaking views that create the perfect escape from daily life. The experience was truly exceptional. Terence was professional and attentive, and the treatments left me feeling completely relaxed and at home. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful sea sounds. Terence made my menu options and dining at the resort another highlight. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The attention to detail and quality of service made the entire experience even more enjoyable. This resort and spa is a true gem, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Went for a relaxing weekend and it was made even better by the service we received from Terrence. His recommendations and suggestions for food and just his whole vibe made the entire stay even better. Many thanks to Monique for her bubbly personality and a lovely check-in!

If I could start this review with a zero star, I would. Please do not waste your time visiting this resort. Unless they did some serious renovations (even then I wouldn’t) then you could consider it but this place is deplorable. The first room we got was atrocious to say the least, then we moved to this disaster of a suite. Eewwwwww. There were roaches! Mold on the curtains, dust everywhere; on the tree stump decor piece they had, on the frame, on the glass. The grout the groves it was all a house for infestation. I was uncomfortable, I felt dirty. The only thing nice about this place is the view and the sound of the sea crashing against the cliff. Here's a corrected version: Let's not even talk about the check-in process or the concierge service, ugh. He has no idea that his whole demeanour screams incompetence when it comes to customer service.
