Sea Dreams

I don't know how Sea Dreams could have a rating less than a 5.00. The staff go over backwards to make sure your stay is perfect. Whatever you need, they will make the arrangements. The rooms are super clean, and the staff keeps each room well attended. I will never stay anywhere else! Loved the rooftop lounge, dock, bikes, and easy access to beach.

Sea Dreams is a dream in every category when it comes to accommodations. It is in the perfect location next to the split with views for the sunrise and sunset. The customer service was incredible from the time of planning my vacation when I first reached out all the way to check out. Stephanie was available and responsive and even reached out to me to make sure that I had a golf cart taxi when we arrived in Caye Caulker to bring us to the hotel. All of the rooms are great, but if you are willing to spend the extra money, the apartments that they have for rent I'm guessing are probably the nicest place to stay on the island! We stayed in Heather's Hideaway 1 bedroom apartment and it was super spacious, clean, and comfortable with a full kitchen, games, books, very comfy king bed, private balcony with hammock and chairs, and a nice pool outside. I had plenty of time to research and shop around for hotels on the island, so if you are reading this, trust me, do not hesitate and book it! You will thank me later and you will also thank all of the wonderful staff! Oh yeah... and the included breakfast was always delicious!!

Seadreams was the perfect place for us to stay during our week at Caye Caulker.. we stayed in the flamboyant cabana and it was everything we needed and more! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, it’s basically at the split. The bikes provided by the property were very convenient & easily accessible! We enjoyed a sunset and swimming off the private dock. The staff was amazing and the room stayed fresh and clean! Will definitely be back and would 10/10 recommend!

Lovely place! We enjoyed our room. Very comfortable beds. The linen and towels were nice and soft. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty. My only complaint would be the noise from the barking dogs late at night and the kids shooting off firecrackers at night. It made it hard to sleep!

Lovely hotel and staff. Stephanie at the reception desk knows all the ins and outs of Caye Caulker and was very kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast (and gluten-free options). We spend a lot of time swimming and hanging out at the hotel's private dock, which was very special. The close proximity to the Split was a dream coming true for our kids, who loved jumping off the diving board there and getting ice-cream. The Sea Dreams Hotel was a great experience for our family and I would definitely recommend this place if you stay in Caye Caulker.

This hotel needs to have a serious talk with the bar nearby. They play really loud music late into the night. It is super obnoxious and I would have appreciated having a warning from the hotel about this. Otherwise this is a nice hotel with lovely staff. Sad their neighboring bar ruins what would have been a perfect stay.

My wife and I went to Belize to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and stayed at the Flamboyant cottage at Sea Dreams hotel. We loved it! It was very clean and had Belizean charm. Stefanie at the front desk grew up on the island and was very knowledgeable. She helped us plan several local trips and tours. The Treehouse restaurant provides a delicious complimentary breakfast. Also, it is right near the Split so you don't have to go very far to go swimming.

Came with some work friends. I stayed in a standard courtyard room and it was perfect for me. Fan and A/C in the room which was much appreciated. Stephanie at the desk arranged so much for our group including excursions, travel to and from the airport, and even a last minute excursion when one of our other dive trips was cancelled. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast each morning and our group loved sitting in the bar area each afternoon for drinks and the most delicious homemade pico and chips. Sasha knew my drink order by the end of the trip and was always so welcoming. A friend and I loved sitting in what we called the “crows nest” above the breakfast area to read and relax. Great breeze! The hotel has a private dock perfect for sunset viewing. Hotel is located right by the split which can be loud during the day (we were out snorkeling and diving almost every day so it didn’t matter) but at night it’s the quiet end of the island perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
