Sea Dreams

We just stayed at Sea Dreams for 3 nights in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, about as close to all the action as you could want, but the hotel never felt crowded which we loved. We also had a pool which was shared with a few other units there. We loved having that to go back to for cooling off. The hotel has a private dock which is stunning at sunset! The included breakfast every morning was delicious and quick service. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and fast to respond to any questions. They have a full laundry service which was convenient to have, and fast. The site is clean and beautiful. We loved the rooftop bar area and all the hammocks. We also booked an amazing private deep sea fishing and snorkeling tour through the hotel with Jolli which was a once in a lifetime experience and something we will be talking about forever! We didn’t know how good we were going to have it here until we got here, and wish we had booked more time here. We are already hoping to come back next year. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

My wife found Sea Dreams Hotel 3 years ago and our first visit was such a blessing that we had to go back. Located right next to the Split, the hotel is truly a tucked away oasis. Free bikes to ride, paddle boards and a canoe plus a private dock where you can watch amazing sunsets. The island is tiny, the vibe is low key. The views are amazing. And the staff at Sea Dreams is most certainly a highlight. Personable, helpful with tourists suggestions and outings,and consistently offering quality services like homemade breakfasts, room service, happy hour food and drinks and travel arrangements around and on and off the island. A huge bonus for us was learning that the owners of the hotel had cofounded the only high school on the island. And a portion of hotel funds have gone to build and continue to maintain that school. So you can take a break and feel good about supporting a great cause all at the same time!

We spent 3 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. What a lovely hotel this is. They really go the extra mile in providing for your comfort. They even provide ear plugs, a sleeping mask and a sound machine, not to mention bath robes. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. They provide coffee and filters for the coffee maker. They have the frig stocked with soft drinks and beer that you can purchase. The beds are nice and comfortable. Everything is very clean and nice. We used the free paddle boards and had a great time. The front desk worker is very kind and helpful. They also provide a great breakfast. Its made fresh for you, not a buffet. I highly recommend the Sea Dreams Hotel. I would certainly stay there again!

We had an incredible stay! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet and private. The staff truly went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They greeted us warmly at check-in, arranged our taxi pickups and drop-offs without us even having to ask, and provided bikes and water toys that made exploring the island a breeze. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the shared pool area was absolute perfection—calm, relaxing, and it honestly felt like our own little oasis. This was our third trip to Caye Caulker, and this was by far our favorite stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location. Close to restaurants and the other attractions, but secluded enough to relax as well. Food and staff were excellent. Lots of amenities including free breakfast, bikes, private dock, paddles boards, etc. good value for money.

Nice rooms but not too big (you have different rooms). Breakfast included was nice, friendly staff and location was superb. Very close to the split. They offer free bikes, paddle boards and a canoe which is great!

Ensuring was amazing! Great free breakfast. Complimentary bikes let us go everywhere. Bougainvillea Bungalow was absolutely perfect spot for a couple with a big patio, hammocks and chairs and a slice of the ocean view

Service (especially Stephanie at the front desk, and the bar/restaurant staff) was very competent & friendly. The (courtyard) room was simple, but very clean & water pressure in the shower was unexpectedly hot & strong (very much appreciated!). The included breakfast was delicious--prepared hot with nice portion sizes--the private pier access & chairs were incredible for the sunset! We didn't use the bikes but it was a lovely option & the hotel is in a prime location to the Split & restaurants, and it was very easy to walk there with our luggage from the ferry terminal. Small, charming B&B-style accommodation on a laid-back island--great value for comfort & island vibes on your Caye Caulker stay!
