Sea Foam Villas

Rooms were large and the bed was one of the best I ever stayed in. It was plush and luxurious. No stove for cooking but there's a microwave and oven. Check in was smooth. Only issue is some of the rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor and you'll need to carry your luggage up. Take note

A great stay at Sea Foam Villas. The penthouse was spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing views from the balcony and we appreciated the convenient location for driving to the 12 Apostles. Slightly older decor but everything worked well.

Stayed in Sea foam villa in Port Campbell. Location is across 12 Rocks which served great food, and a convenience store. Rooms are spacious and 2 sofa beds could accommodate 2 persons each. Excellent place, will return again.

This hotel is conveniently located on Great Ocean Road very close to 12 Apostles, Bay of Islands and many other attractions. The units are spacious, but not very convenient even for short stays. I am not asking for any major renovations, just things that most motels have by default. For example, the entrance door doesn't have a dead bolt nor security latch/chain. The bathroom is spacious but doesn't have hooks for clothes nor a shower curtain. The kitchen has extremely limited selection of coffee/tea. The front desk has limited hours, which makes it challenging to resolve any issues.

A great location, opposite the beach & close to restaurants & shops. Accommodation was superb, great views, spotless, with everything you need for a relaxing stay (a day or a month, it’s all there). Thank you so much, such a great location 👍🏼😁

The place is supposed to be air conditioned. But there is only one AC in the sitting area. So even in the Autumn weather the bedrooms are quite warm. We had to keep the doors open in order for the cool air to flow into the room. Great view towards the bay. Clean place.

One night stay on a road trip. Size and location good but bathroom and kitchen tired. Barely equipped kitchen. Unlike other apartments on our (three recent) trips there were no basic pantry items at all (other than sachets coffee and tea bags). No salt and pepper etc. Handy fish and chip shop nearby by served frozen chips (really!). Adequate accommodation and clean.

We requested a family 1 bedroom spa apartment, and we didn't know it was on the upper floor. We requested a change to the ground floor as my wife has a knee problem and can't take the stairs which are quite steep. We could see that more than half of apartments available were empty, and yet she refused to help. Truly disappointed 😞

We stayed there for three nights. The place was clean but not everything was in working condition. I reported the screen door at the balcony off of the track minutes after checking-in and it was never fixed. Parking was designated-parking but the parking area is extremely tide and is very hard to go in&out. Upon check-in for three nights the lady at the desk gave us a small container of milk and said "this should last you for the entire stay" which I thought it was extremely rude given that size is for two servings only. The place has a great location but only 6 rooms have ocean view. The rest are all looking at the parking area and each other's balconies. The staff and the maintenance lack a lot for me to recommend this place with a clear conscience. Just a fair warning. I will not stay here again.
