Sea Foam Villas

We stayed at Sea Foam Villas in Port Campbell and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean and quiet — a lovely peaceful place to stay. Our unit looked a little dated inside, but it was well-kept and spotless. The self check-in process was short and clear, and we appreciated being able to park the car in the garage directly below our unit. We were on the 3rd level, so carrying big luggage up the stairs was quite a challenge — in the end, we just took out the essentials and left the rest in the car. The unit itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and sofa bed. The reception staff we met during check-out were so nice and friendly, which left a good impression. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. Overall, a very clean and quiet place to stay in Port Campbell. We’d definitely visit again if we return to this lovely town!

Really nice and cosy stay! Right in the middle of everything in Port Campbell! Easy check ins and outs. Reasonable price and friendly staff. Enough parking, and a whiskey bar, restaurants and a brewery are at walking distance. Good spot to book if you want to visit near by attractions. And beach just right there.

My partner and I had such a beautiful and relaxing weekend here. The villa was beautiful and the lady at reception was fantastic and very helpful. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and in such a beautiful location. The convenience of everything being within walking distance was also a bonus. We will definitely be returning and would recommend staying here. I did take a video of the room but it won’t let me upload it. So here is a picture of what was directly across from our room and the dinner we made in the villa.

What a great place to stay!!! Location within walking distance to everything. Was stoked at the cleanliness and design of our 1 bedroom apartment. Great value for money. The staff were friendly and happy to assist.

This is the best around 12 apostles. We are from Hong Kong traveling all the way to port Campbell, arriving at 9pm, seamless checkin and perfect accommodation. Highly recommended! Suggest to shop for groceries from Apollo Bay and cook inside your room if you’re coming late like us! Perfect experience. Thanks for your accommodation!

The room is great, super clean and comfortable. The villa is near the twelve apostles. Visit in winter so the town is quiet many restaurants were close. The stair to the room were quite steep, struggle a little with our big luggages.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, on our Great Ocean road trip. |Great location in Port Campbell, with a few option around for breakfast and lunch or dinner. We didn't have a sea view villa, but our room was comfortable and clean. |Friendly staff and plenty of parking space - at least for this time of year :-).

A great stay at Sea Foam Villas. The penthouse was spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing views from the balcony and we appreciated the convenient location for driving to the 12 Apostles. Slightly older decor but everything worked well.

We stayed there for three nights. The place was clean but not everything was in working condition. I reported the screen door at the balcony off of the track minutes after checking-in and it was never fixed. Parking was designated-parking but the parking area is extremely tide and is very hard to go in&out. Upon check-in for three nights the lady at the desk gave us a small container of milk and said "this should last you for the entire stay" which I thought it was extremely rude given that size is for two servings only. The place has a great location but only 6 rooms have ocean view. The rest are all looking at the parking area and each other's balconies. The staff and the maintenance lack a lot for me to recommend this place with a clear conscience. Just a fair warning. I will not stay here again.
