Sea Foam Villas

We liked everything here! It was such a shame that we were only staying the one night during our road trip to Adelaide. The room and facilities were great. We arrived late so had arranged for the key to be left in the lock box outside the room, which all worked fine. Had we stayed there longer we would have been able to make use of the facilities much more, but we had a great nights sleep and would highly recommend the villas.

We stayed at Sea Foam Villas in Port Campbell and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean and quiet — a lovely peaceful place to stay. Our unit looked a little dated inside, but it was well-kept and spotless. The self check-in process was short and clear, and we appreciated being able to park the car in the garage directly below our unit. We were on the 3rd level, so carrying big luggage up the stairs was quite a challenge — in the end, we just took out the essentials and left the rest in the car. The unit itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and sofa bed. The reception staff we met during check-out were so nice and friendly, which left a good impression. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. Overall, a very clean and quiet place to stay in Port Campbell. We’d definitely visit again if we return to this lovely town!

We stayed in Room 4, a beautiful accommodation equipped with all Miele appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean. We’re sad we only spent one night here! I will 100% recommend this place. Superb location, right in front of the beach—very quiet and calm.

Sea Foam Villas in Port Campbell is ideally located—just steps from the beach and within easy reach of local amenities. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, making the stay feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, which added great convenience. A comfortable, well-positioned stay overall. We would happily return.

Our first floor accommodation facing Port Campbell's scenic little bay was just what the doctor ordered. We had sliding glass doors opening onto a lovely porch and quick access to the beach or to town. We were doing the Great Vic Bike Ride and were able to keep the bikes locked onto our car and in plain sight, as we parked on the beach. The room itself was great. The mattress was comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The room was clean and quiet even though we were on the street. SeaFoam provided all amenities and were glad to help out. One time, an older cyclist appeared to be outside my unit and confused. I went to him and he didn't remember where he was staying etc. The man walked away in a daze I thought and I got the woman on duty to check on him. She did, and she helped him. I was greatly relieved. We stayed two nights and the value for money was great. I arrived with our bags maybe an hour earlier and I was allowed to come in early. She must have taken pity on me. :-) We have stayed there before. If I stay there again, I would like that same front unit. It was very nice. (Though the door lock was a little tricky. I reported this and she said she'd fix the key :-) ).

The location is perfect with restaurants to supermarkets all available with short walks. Our room opened to the view of the beach. The staff are a delight. Clean and spacious villament with all amenities.

My partner and I had such a beautiful and relaxing weekend here. The villa was beautiful and the lady at reception was fantastic and very helpful. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and in such a beautiful location. The convenience of everything being within walking distance was also a bonus. We will definitely be returning and would recommend staying here. I did take a video of the room but it won’t let me upload it. So here is a picture of what was directly across from our room and the dinner we made in the villa.

Really nice and cosy stay! Right in the middle of everything in Port Campbell! Easy check ins and outs. Reasonable price and friendly staff. Enough parking, and a whiskey bar, restaurants and a brewery are at walking distance. Good spot to book if you want to visit near by attractions. And beach just right there.

We stayed there for three nights. The place was clean but not everything was in working condition. I reported the screen door at the balcony off of the track minutes after checking-in and it was never fixed. Parking was designated-parking but the parking area is extremely tide and is very hard to go in&out. Upon check-in for three nights the lady at the desk gave us a small container of milk and said "this should last you for the entire stay" which I thought it was extremely rude given that size is for two servings only. The place has a great location but only 6 rooms have ocean view. The rest are all looking at the parking area and each other's balconies. The staff and the maintenance lack a lot for me to recommend this place with a clear conscience. Just a fair warning. I will not stay here again.
