Sea Fuel is hands down the best fish & chips spot! Fresh, perfectly cooked fish every time. Their Greek salad and sweet potato chips are a game-changer. Great value family platters that never disappoint. Been coming here for 10 years and still love it! Highly recommend!

First time here, loved the portion, it was huge, I couldn’t even finish it. The bay bugs were bussin The environment was a bit noisy and cramped, tho, I could barely hear my friend. Lots of customers were clustered in one area, while other parts of the shop were empty

Excellent food with good value. The prawns and the scallops were so fresh and succulent. Very generous portions. Lovely staffs.

Did take away several times and the food is still very good and crispy when I got home. Greek salad is fresh and I love their seafood platter the most. Plan to come back for dine in as they got good vibe as well !

Uber eats order: Gave this place another try after I noticed they have been advertising more and increased their prices — bad idea. Got the grilled red emperor meal. Portion was good but it had to be considering the price. And that’s it. It was downhill from there. The fish fillet was slimy, rubbery, and BLAND. Definitely not fresh. The fish skin was also rubbery and not fully rendered. Such a shame for such a beautiful fish. Chips tasted like the most basic reconstituted kebabshop chips. Greek salad: I only ate the cucumbers and onions as the tomatoes, which composed the majority of the salad, were clearly not fresh. There was one thin 3cm piece of feta for the whole salad. Shame. This is not what I expect from a restaurant. Especially one that has been open in west end for so long. I was honestly hoping that with their recent price raises this would improve the quality and we would finally have a good fish spot in west end. No no no. Such a shame.

Had lunch here today. So fresh and delicious! Everything was on point. I had the grilled share platter with added fresh natural oysters and seared scallops. Hands down amazing feast. I will be back! Thank you

Used to be a favorite, but new prices are hard to justify. I've been a loyal customer of this place for a while now and have always loved the [food/atmosphere/service]. However, on my last visit, I was surprised to see the new menu. I understand that costs are rising for everyone, but I was surprised to see that prices on several dishes have increased by roughly 30%. I tried to understand the change, but the dish is not different to the one I use to had. From a customer's perspective, these minor swaps unfortunately don't justify such a significant price hike. I'm leaving this feedback as a fan and being clear the stuff there, is the best, very kind and respectful. Beautiful place anyway if you do not mind about prices increase. :)

Sea Fuel is my Mum's go to restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night - reasonably quiet. The special of the day was Coral Trout. We ordered three grilled portions with chips and salad. The fish was cooked to perfection. The rocket salad was a bit bland - it seemed like a handful was placed on the plate with some cheese and pines nuts thrown on top. Needed more dressing. The salad dropped my rating to 4. Waitress is attentive.

Delicious food and atmosphere. Just off the main road of restaurants and well worth the extra steps. Best calamari!

Fancy fish and chips This contemporary restaurant on the ground floor of the Glass Factory in West End serves upscale fish and chips. We dropped in for dinner on a Monday night and ordered the seafood platter for two which was delicious. All the seafood was panko-crumbed - so it was super crispy, fresh and not oily. We loved the beer battered chips, the fresh crunchy Asian slaw, the generous serving sizes (including lots of lemon slices) and even the tartare sauce! It was very reasonably priced and the service was really friendly!

Great food and service. We had a group of five and everyone loved what we ordered. We started off with the peel and eat prawns and salt & pepper calamari. Most of us had the seafood platter for one which includes choice of salad (Greek for me) various fish, prawns, and chips. It was fantastic, highly recommend.

I've popped in here for takeaway a couple times now, and I am a bit of a fan. It's like a corner fish and chip shop in a fancy restaurant. Basic fish, chips and salad, but they have a good range of fish available, and dining in looks quite nice, but I haven't done this yet. Staff have all been friendly, food has arrived quickly, and it's all been delicious. Their battered fish is actually some of the best I've tasted. Their chips are pretty alright too. If you're hankering for some seafood, give these guys a go.

I am a Sea Fuel lover. I have had takeaway several times and eaten in a few more. The fish and chips (what they specialise in) are sooooo delicious. The way the chips are salted and the way they grill the fish is really something. Never have I found it greasy or unclean. the location is great and they usually have plenty of tables even when it is quite busy. If you are looking for anything other than seafood you have come to the wrong place but I think that is quite clear! So if you are looking for some fish in West End this would be my number one suggetion for sure!

I found it quite basic on the menu it said Seafood platter but it was really just a seafood basket dunked and deep fried.

Family lunch on easter sunday, we had a variety of dishes from the fish and chip and salad menu. Service was friendly and our order was delivered quickly. The portions were generous and the food was uniformly good. I had a sea perch and roquette salad; fish was quite dry and salad delish. Other menu items ordered at our table included the seafood basket, cod and chips and calamari main which all had good reports. Parking was street parking which was a short hike. Fine for me but not so for Mum who is 86.. all in all a good experience which I would do again.

Good food .. Not so good customer service. We came in at 8:45pm and wanted to dine in but were told that we couldn't dine in as they close at 9pm. Even though the person before us was able to. Considering we came in before closing, they should have accommodated us. As do most restaurants, at least the ones that I have been to. The food was pretty good, but by the time we walked home the chips were soggy and not as good as the first time we ate here.

Sea Fuel is a fancy fish and chip shop with wine and beer available. With a healthy grilled option with nice fresh salad its also good for you waistline.
