We liked our stay in this place. The room has 2 beds, private toilet and balcony. Just 15meters away from the seashore. The buffet breakfast is satisfactory for Asian taste buds, have toasted bread, sausage, fries, butter and strawberry for western type of breakfast. There is a very short shoreline, almost inexistent during high tide. During low tide is amazing! The water is warm and not much tourist. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

Nice Thai style bungalow. I would say that the king bed maybe is too big for the bungalow size. A double bed little bit smaller would be fine as it would leave more space for the baggage and move inside. Beside this everything is perfect. Bathroom is big and has hot water The place services is good, very kind people. Breakfast very good. WiFi good Bungalow deluxe double room no sea views but 30 steps from the shore, with terrace. Very calm place Better you rent a motorbike in the pier as soon as you put a foot on the island bcs a taxi ride is about 250 and the motorbike is 300/d free petrol.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s my 2nd time and still amazed with everything. Our Standard Apartment Room was small but cozy. Super near to the beach! The owner/caretaker and staff were so accommodating. Breakfast is good. 10% discount in their restaurant if and only if you are staying in this hotel.

Good service ,reasonable price, I got it from agoda 1200/night include breakfast. Check in at the office near the beach (150 m from the hotel location)

We enjoyed our stay here. Just a few steps to the beach and a restaurant right next to the waves. The host couldn't have been nicer. She helped us call for our boat and they helped us load our luggage as well. I like that this cove is a bit more laid back too and farther from the noise of some of the other beaches.

On a recent trip to Rayong I took some time off on Koh Samet at the Seahorse Bungalow 2. I booked a Thai house which was a mistake. The bungalow was in an area with lots of noise and a 100 meter from the beach and restaurant. I suggest booking a Superior Thai House if you want a better location and some quiet time. The staff are super and quick to meet all my requests. The restaurant is one of the best at Wangduen beach and I tried most. If the Thai house was better I would rate the place higher.

I paid more for a bungalow as I had read the rooms may be noisy. Didn't make any difference as the Chinese only know 2 volumes. Shout as loud as possible (default) total silence (when eating) the only time where peace could be found is when the tours were changing over. Breakfast was a nightmare. Most stuff was gone already. The last day all the seats were taken indoors so we sat outside with the flies and on wet seats as nobody could be bothered to wipe the rain off. The comfortable beach seating outside is usually taken by fat sweaty ticket sellers lounging all over the cushions. I think since the decision to take Chinese tours they just don't care about anything else.

Cheap and you get what you pay for. Basically just a room to store your clothes and a bed to sleep in. The staff is friendly though. The free breakfast is about the worst I've had in Thailand in 20 years. The only thing western is old flavorless French fries. No fried eggs, no toast, no ham or bacon, no cereal and if they had fresh fruit it was not too be found. Only setup for Chinese people, not even my Thai wife found anything she would eat.
