We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Shlomi. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. His local tips and warm hospitality really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place – we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Tel Aviv!

This place is definitely the best choice in Tel Aviv if you want to enjoy and feel like home ! The apartment is perfect, near to the beach, a lot of supermarkets around if you want to enjoy cooking. A special thanks to Shlomi who is really here for you and always willing to help ! I recommend 100%

Lovely and modern apartment hotel managed by the extremely friendly and helpful host Shlomo. We checked in the early morning hours using the hotels self check in system with clear instructions provided before arriving. Our goal was to enjoy the beaches of Tel Aviv the next day and the hotel was nicely situated close to the beach and all necessary amenities, shops etc. Our two room apartment contained two bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the city. After checking out from the room the host Shlomo helped us to store our luggage during the day, helped us with directions and gave fresh beach towels to use during the day. What a treat! After picking up our rental car he helped us to find parking and also offered a spare room for us to use, getting ready after the beach. We will definitely come back again!

The host was very polite and helpful, even allowed us to check in early. The balcony was amazing, it was a wonderful place to relax with a great view. The suite was very clean, spacious, with a modern finish. The mattress was of very high quality. The location was also great with a supermarket across the street as well as a short walk to the beach and the restaurant area.

We stayed for two nights in December, 2019. There isn't a 24 hour reception so try to arrive during daytime if you can....although the instructions for how to enter after hours was very clear and easy. The elevator is very small but there is a stairwell as well.||||We had the one bedroom and it was great. Very spacious and nice decor. The bathroom is very small but fine. There is a sink, fridge, table, counter, kettle, and cook top. The rooftop balcony doesn't look straight at the city lights but you can see them. Nice comfy furniture on the balcony.||||Wifi - excellent.||||Shlomi (the manager) was friendly and super helpful.||||Location - excellent. Five minutes walk to the beach. The bus stop for the bus to the airport is across the street. There is a supermarket directly accross the street as well. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants.||||Would stay there again without hesitation. Fabulous!

Had an amazing time in Tel Aviv. Apartment was very nice. Host very helpful. Our power went out on the first night. They were very quick to reply to this problem even though it was late night and we were asleep then. We were given 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers on our last day because of this which was extremely nice. Very nice apartment, lovely balcony. Only thing is there could be an extra light in the shower area of the bathroom as it is quite dark when showering in the evening. Enjoyed our stay here though. Thank you very much :)

My 6-night stay at Sea Land was wonderful. The apartment is modern, spacious and with balcony. The location is perfect as well - only few minutes walk to the beach. Most importantly, the manager is super hospitable. He helped me with everything I needed, gave me an umbrella when it was raining and even lent me a guidebook knowing that I was traveling to Jerusalem. The service is definitely the most remarkable thing about this place! :)

The apartment is in a great location, within easy walking distance to the beach and to Dizengoff Street. Several buses stop in front of the house, so everything can be reached quickly and easily. There is a nice cafe across the street for great breakfast and a supermarket for self Catering. |The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with all basic necessities (except for a teapot), clean and nice. Beds are comfortable and there is ample space in the wardrobes. A balcony with early morning sun was nice for breakfast.|Despite the location on a major road, only very little traffic noise reaches the apartment when windows are closed. So we slept well. All in all highly recommend.
