Sea Oats Luxury Estate

This is one rare example where pictures do not do something justice. We had an amazing 4 days. The grounds were very well maintained and what a great location right on the waterway. The rooms and the common areas were spotless. We can never get the 25 family members together again we're definitely going to stay here. Have fun

The entire staff is amazing. They go out of their way to accommodate request. We have stayed 3 years in a row and had various sizes ranging from 25 all the way up to 35 people. An amazing place.

This rental was exceptional in every possible way. The communication with the concierge and house manager was terrific. The house was more beautiful in person than the pictures showed. The rooms were all beautifully decorated, well maintained and the house contained everything you could possibly need. We loved that basic items like paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo/conditioner and bath soaps were included. The beach access was so close and conveniently accessible with or without the golf cart. The plethora of water equipment (SUPs and kayaks) and sporting equipment (tennis rackets, pickleball and other miscellaneous items) made for a lot of fun and memorable times with friends we vacationed with. Overall it was a wonderful 5 star location that we will want to revisit in the future.

We just came back from a magic stay at this amazing mansion. We were a group of 8 couples and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We used all the amenities: the amazing pool, the jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, ping pong table, TV/media room, and water equipment (fishing, paddling, kayaks). The kitchen was ready for gourmet cooking, you can find anything imaginable from simple bowls to different types of coffee makers, blenders, food processors, hand held beaters, slow cookers, huge pans, everything you need! There are 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges, and everything is provided, including food spices! Everything is in mint condition. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, good mattresses and plenty of pillows. The bathrooms had 2 sinks and were so large. There are so many different areas of the house to enjoy! Everything is immaculate clean, fully equipped, and decorated with great taste. Nothing is lacking in this house! Privacy in the bedrooms is granted by the house design, since each of the upper floor bedroom is separated by 2 huge laundry areas. The golf cart provided is new, and fit 6 people. Each bathroom has more than 10 towels of different sizes. There is central audio in the whole house so you can connect to Sonos and play music, several thermostats to use in different areas of the house, a full pool bathroom, tons of beach towels, etc. There are thousands of glassware: for white wine, red, champagne, cocktails, margaritas, water, beer, etc. The only thing I would recommend for visitors is to bring eye masks because bedrooms are very light. This was our first stay at Sea Oats, and it certainly won't be our last!! The facilities were immaculate, clean, accommodating, and quite honestly, more than we expected. The grounds were well maintained, plenty to do on site from fishing off the private docks, swimming in the pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, ping pong, basketball, tennis, and camp fires; all without leaving the comfort of the estate! The owners, concierge, and staff were amazing! Very accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The estate was very family friendly, kid friendly, and all around a 5-star experience! The concierge was very knowledgeable and provided lots of local information, booked all of our excursions, dinner reservations, and was always one phone call or text away, very responsive! I would highly recommend this estate and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Sea Oates is wonderful place for family reunion and reconnect. Home and guest house is perfectly decorated to make you comfortable. Staff is outstanding and go out of their way to make your stay amazing.

One of the most amazing rental homes and experiences I have ever had. Capitva Island is an amazing destiation and the Sea Oats estate may truly be the most beatuiful and well appointed on the island. The chef recommended to us was amazing as were the boating excursions, the dolphin and manatee sightings and the sunsets and sunrises!
