The Best Restaurants in St. Petersburg–Clearwater - AFAR

"Trust us: Once you step inside Sea Salt in downtown St. Pete, your eyes will immediately be drawn to the 22-foot-tall wine cellar, which is stocked with 4,000-plus bottles of wine. You’ll likely also be impressed by the 80-foot-long raw bar, lined with oysters, king crab, and shrimp, and chef Fabrizio Aielli’s selection of 130 different sea salts from around the world, which he uses to season Florida’s freshest ingredients. The menu here changes daily, but always includes local seafood and produce, with dishes ranging from pasta with king crab and caviar to snapper with burrata whipped potatoes and wild mushroom ragu. If you’re in the mood for something snackier, swing by for happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. and enjoy special pricing on bar bites like fish tacos, tuna sliders, and an Angus burger with applewood-smoked bacon and gorgonzola." - Susan B. Sea Salt is big and pretty- certainly has an upscale feel to it with the display of wine and the location. The oysters were wonderful and the cocktails were delicious. The staff is very young for a place that charges so much for their food. I would deem the Sea Salt restaurant more for tourists and younger adults than a good quality that backs up the prices they are charging. Overall we had a good experience.

We had a dinner reservation for 8pm on a Monday night. The restaurant was very empty, so noise definitely was not an issue. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the building, and was reached by two long sets of steps. Not a big deal so long as you have no trouble walking. We did not see any elevator. We ate outside (which was warmer than eating inside) because the seating area is wide and expansive, and has nice views of the city. Very nice ambience and a perfect place for a romantic dinner or to celebrate a special occasion. This is definitely upscale fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Our server Jeff was very friendly and attentive, and right at the outset told us to take our time because there was no rush. He provided helpful suggestions and also ensured the dishes we ordered didn't pose a problem for any food allergies. There is an extensive wine list. The wines by the bottle are pricey, but reasonable by the glass. We got a nice rose and pinot noir. The menu is extensive with lots of nice selections. We started with the chopped Israeli salad and spinach salad, both of which were huge and delicious and nicely presented. For our main course we had the grilled swordfish and crab encrusted grouper. The swordfish was slightly overcooked and the side of orzo was a bit mushy, but overall the dish was nice. The grouper was cooked to perfection. For dessert we had espresso and mint tea (which was served in a nice looking pot) and a very delicious raspberry sorbet. Plus an added treat was complimentary cotton candy. The restaurant is expensive, but we got good value for the food, service and ambience. We had a very nice evening and will definitely return the next time we vacation in the area. .

My husband and I recently had lunch at Sea Salt. We started with an artichoke appetizer that was big enough to share. It was lightly breaded, tender and delicious. The bread was served with a variety of salts and aioli. For entrees, I had a salad tuna Nicoise . Everything was fresh and tasty. My husband enjoyed his red fish which was served on a bed of corn and brown rice. We finished our meal with chocolate mousse . The atmosphere, service and our entire meal were excellent.I highly recommend the place and look forward to going back.

Google
Our 1st time here. Tyler our waiter initially didn't make a 1st impression; felt like he was all over the place. After watching him for bit he did have a large party plus a other tables so he did a good job making sure we were good. The positive about this spot was it was a very nice restaurant we loved how spacious it was, with room to move. With that being said my bf ordered the roasted chicken came with asparagus, he asked to substitute it for mashed potatoes. The waiter gave us push back. Said the chef doesn't really like to substitute. I get the passion, but sir! we are adults and we're the ones paying for this food. How do you know people isn't allergic or some other reasons for not wanting something? It was even more annoying even after he came with our check he felt like he had to mention it one last time. Finally, the whole fish was pricey. (simple). Overall it was still worth going and I don't mind coming back.

We came on Monday for happy hour. Best food we’ve had in St. Petersburg so far!! Amazing service too. Stephen was knowledgeable about the oyster choices, and Blayne took great care of us, and mixed delicious drinks. We will be back

Google
I highly recommend this restaurant. My Fiancé and I went to Sea Salt right after our engagement and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the entire staff and experience. They went above and beyond making our special day even more special with a very romantic dinner. Their food was absolutely amazing, probably the best meal I’ve had in my whole life honestly. We will 100 percent be coming back to celebrate all our milestones in life there. Thank you so much for the employees and chefs that were working on 8.19.23.

Google
Fine dining restaurant but was surprised there is an early bird menu from 3-6pm. If not too picky, it's good deal with decent selections. Raw oyster is $1 each, that's a good deal. The deco and service of course are excellent. Another surprise is free dessert on your birthday and free big cotton candy after your meal.

Google
Stylish, indoor and outdoor eatery. Solid food. Somewhat expensive. We were 4 people and paid $325. We had 3 raw others each, a salad, 4 entrees ( we all chose pasta - as they were below $35 a plate). We each had a drink and 2 dessert. Service was very good. They have a great glass enclosed wine cellar, but found the BY THE GLASS selection rather limited. I liked the design and it is a good place for business dinners or dates. There was one entree at $28, pasta is between $32-37 and the rest of the entrees are above.

Yelp
I visited Sea Salt for Happy Hour on a Sunday with a large group. Sea Salt actually has an amazing happy hour! Pretty unbelievable! We all really enjoyed the food. The service was not as great which is why I left off one star. We did let them know we were coming in advance but they still had an issue accommodating our group from a service perspective. All around it was slow and a bit disorganized. This would not stop me from returning though! Also, we were celebrating a birthday and they let us bring a cake for a fee. They put it in the refrigerator during our meal and provided place settings!

Yelp
Brought some friends to Sea Salt to enjoy their happy hour. Sea Salt has an extensive happy hour menu! I was delighted to have a happy hour mojito with my meal. We got some calamari and truffle fries with our meal. I got the wagyu hot dog. It was a substantial hot dog and the fresh pickle on the side was delicious. I had a bite of my bf's mahi-mahi sandwich. Great seasoning on that. Sea Salt was accommodating to my friends' two dogs while we sat outside. I love their location, being at Sun Dial. It was close to downtown as well as the pier and Vinoy Park so you can take a nice walk after your meal!

Yelp
So it had been a really long time since we sat down for a real dinner. The happy hour is so good for drinks and food we don't usually need to but we got a coupon for $30 off so we stayed. As usual the food was amazing. It is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I had the Blackened Redfish. Amazing. Although it was not very spicy but the ghost pepper salt kicked it up a notch Debbie had the Seafood Cavatelli. Pretty darn tasty. Try some different salts on it. Ambience is casual and friendly. Service was on point. A really great place to have a nice sit down dinner.

Yelp
There are some mixed reviews here and maybe it's just spotty on the bad experiences. My experience went well. We were greeted promptly upon arriving and our server was quite attentive. I started with fresh oysters which tasted fresh, so first plus. I tried the branzino which came out cooked as ordered with good flavor. He ordered the steak and it was meh. My drinks were also a shining star. That espresso martini was a winner! I did not like the pistachio gelato, but vanilla quickly made up for it.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a beautiful place to eat and enjoy yourself! I came here for my birthday 1st time! The service was awesome we got seated right away. The food was beyond tasteful and at the end of your meal you get a little nice cotton candy on the house. For my girlies who love clean bathrooms yes! You even get a private little sink.
google avatar

Truc P.

Yelp
Where else can you find $1 ousters during happy hour?? THIS PLACE. They do put in a limit of only 3 12 dozens at a time so keep that in mind if you come with a large group. Buttt its worth forbthe price. We liked the nachos and calamari but will most likely skip out on the fish ribs. It was a bit cold when it came out

Yelp
Our visit to Sea Salt on Friday night was quite the experience! As a first-timer, I was immediately drawn to its prime downtown St. Pete location, conveniently next to AMC Sundial, making it easy to grab a drink before or after dinner or even catch a movie. The restaurant's ambiance struck a perfect balance between upscale and laid-back, with cool and hip music setting the tone for a fun evening. We were there for a date night, and the food was nothing short of incredible. We started with the calamari, which was delicious but quite spicy--a great choice for spice enthusiasts. I got the salmon, and we also indulged in the crab-crusted grouper along with sides of Brussels sprouts and truffle fries. The portions were generous, and we ended up taking some leftovers home because we were so full. While the food was a highlight, our experience with our server was just alright. She seemed a tad overwhelmed and didn't provide us with all the details upfront, like explaining the salts on the table or the dessert menu. However, this minor hiccup didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of our meal. One unexpected delight was the complimentary cotton candy offered at the end of our meal. We noticed other tables receiving these giant plates of cotton candy throughout the evening, and we couldn't resist asking about it. Our server's response, albeit with a hint of attitude, clarified that it was complimentary. This added a whimsical and nostalgic touch to our dining experience, sparking conversations about childhood memories and adding a fun twist to our evening. Overall, Sea Salt left a positive impression, and we're looking forward to returning for their reputed happy hour on the patio--and of course, to enjoy more of that delightful cotton candy surprise!

Yelp
We came for their much talked about happy hour and I'm really happy we did. Service was amazing, from the time our lovely hostess seated us outside on the patio, to the incredible service from Bethany, who is so sweet, proficient and accommodating, to when I left and accidentally thought I left my phone behind, a very kind gentleman server let me borrow his phone to try and locate my phone and he searched for it. The food was delicious. The bathroom was spotless. The interior is beautifully designed. The outside patio is a wonderful place to sit and relax and soak up the sunset rays on a chilly day. The happy hour features amazing deals. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Solid spot for happy hour, lunch or dinner! We enjoyed some oysters and tuna poke nachos. Service was fast and friendly. Ambience was trendy and coastal. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back :)

Yelp
This is a must visit! We dined here and were pleasantly surprised at the amazing service and delicious food. We started with oysters, which were some of the freshest oysters we've ever had and truffle fries. The truffle fries were equally as good. Highly recommend the seafood pasta and lobster ravioli. The restaurant is modern, clean and spacious. At the end of the meal you get a complimentary cloud of cotton candy which is a nice touch. Great place!
google avatar

Steffan B.

Yelp
The service and food here are amazing. The seafood quality is impeccable. This place has the best carrots I've ever eaten, and I don't usually love carrots, so that's something. I've mostly eaten at the bar, but the view from the perimeter tables is lovely.

Yelp
I can only rate Sea Salt based on happy hour. Drinks are great and the fried chicken sandwich was amazing! Great spot not too far from the St Pete's pier. The bartenders are very personable and offer great service. I highly recommend.
google avatar

Heidi A.

Yelp
Made reservations without knowing anything, simply looked at the reviews and figured we would get a nice spot. We had trouble finding the entrance which is in a little courtyard area and then you go up some stairs. We were very happily surprised! First off the fish was very fresh. The menu was inventive and atmosphere a bit upscale. yes, it was pretty pricey. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The wine was good, too. Definitely stop in here and give it a try.
google avatar

Yelp
Worst steak ever! BURNT, tasteless, could eat 2-3 bites only. Weird taste to the crab crust and even mashed potatoes were tasteless. I think chef left as the plaza is going to be demolished or something. Restaurant was empty (now I know why) still took 1.5 hrs for food to come out. Terrible service and energy in staff. Haley was great though. They didn't bring cotton candy either. Artichoke appetizer was ok. Never going back again. They won't stay in business long with this food quality and service ‍ n Stpete food scene!
google avatar

Yelp
The Mahi Mahi sandwich was a great deal for haply hour. You should also try the $1 happy hour oysters.
google avatar

Kara L.

Yelp
I love coming here. Especially for happy hour (3-6). The oyster selection is great and I think I've found the best cheeseburger in town. Also phenomenal was the ahi nachos. The dinner menu is a little more high styled, always fresh, and elegant. The service is so good, I know they're well supported by management and support staff.
google avatar

Stacy P.

Yelp
We popped in for happy hour before our movie. The place was much larger than I expected and being a late Sunday afternoon not a huge crowd. We stayed in the bar area. I enjoyed an old-fashioned and we ordered several oysters from NE region. Sea Salt is known for their oyster selections. Note: the only oysters on happy hour $1 is the Gulf oysters. Not my jam... the ones we did try were yummy and sweet. Then we had the burger and fig-prosciutto flatbread. Flatbread had a mishap with salt but management was kind and took it off our tab. Overall an enjoyable afternoon and good prices for Happy Hour.
google avatar

Elaine P.

Yelp
We arrived during happy hour and enjoyed Pinot Grigio and a Prosecco. The Happy Hour appetizers looked interesting and large portions, but we are not big eaters, so went straight to the dinner menu. I'm gluten free and many times have to settle at local restaurants, not the case tonight. Amazing crab stuffed avacado ( not a crab cake, all crab). Whipped ricotta with grilled stone fruit was delicious, but the topper was two incredible sweet Hawaiian rolls that were Gluten Free and not listed on the menu. The waiter brought them because usually the ricotta comes with bread and he knew I was Gluten free. We also got a huge cotton candy (on the house) delivered with the bill.

Yelp
The server was super kind and accommodating. The food was spot on & flavorful. It definitely didn't disappoint. We celebrated and had a fantastic night.

Yelp
Miss the $2.50 beers at happy hour and way too many grapes on the charcuterie. Gulf Oysters are awesome!
google avatar

Nina M.

Yelp
Good Lord where do I begin. The food was amazing and the restaurant itself was stunning, heart eyes. I got the truffle Parmesan fries. I saw the light they were that good. After that I had the lobster ravioli. That sweet sweet creature wrapped in a dough hug slathered in their sauce. Jesus took the wheel I was gone. We ended with a complimentary cloud of cotton candy. Overall it was a wonderful and delicious experience. The waitress was also so sweet, you go girl .

Ryan G.

Yelp
Everything was amazing from the service to the food to the ambiance. Coming from chicago this place was on our list for views of the palm trees and building and at night everything was stunning. We had the steak and truffle frites which were absolutely amazing. Our appetizer was the smoked fish dip which was smoked marlin and we almost ordered it again because it was that good. Angel was our server and he was amazing, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Food, drinks, service, was spectacular.

Yelp
My fav happy hour in town but also a sexy vibe upscale place for dinner, date or a business meeting.

Yelp
The food was outstanding!! All of the different flavors really stood out. The service was amazing our waitress checked up on us multiple times. Me and my boyfriend spilt a meal and our waitress was kind enough to put it on 2 separate plates for us. The ambiance was just amazing and spectacular. A perfect date night or even girls lunch out! 10/10.

Yelp
What a great seafood restaurant! Shout to our bartender Blaine! He provided awesome service and was super knowledgeable about the menu. I bought the fried strawberry grouper and it was pretty good. The pear martini was amazing. I haven't experienced the dinner menu yet but it's a very nice restaurant with an extensive wine list and beautiful wine room. I will return.

Adelle F.

Yelp
What a phenomenal happy hour! Our bartender, Blaine, provided exceptional service. The oyster shucker took great pride in his work. In many restaurants, the shucker often neglects to unhinge the oysters from their shells, but every oyster was perfection. We have never seen a better happy hour menu. It was actually challenging to decide which item to order. One of us had two dozen raw oysters and the "Fish Fingers." The fish fingers were actually the fin sides of a South American fish, fried and served in an umami sauce with fish flakes. The fish was easy to pull from the bones and luscious. The presentation was like a work of art. The other of us had the baked gnocchi. It was absolutely outstanding -- full of cheese and a tomato sauce that tasted as if it had been simmered for hours. Warm, satisfying, silky comfort food, this dish makes you want to return again and again. It is worth a visit to the Sea Salt just to soak in the ambience. Elegant, sleek and modern, the decor is filled with light and design details that make you want to sit there for hours and just soak it all in. It is relaxing, quiet and upscale. Visit at 3:00 on a week day. There is no wait. For almost an hour, there were only about eight of us sitting around the enormous bar on a Wednesday. We used the parking garage, which is a short walk to the Sundial.

Yelp
Yet another fantastic meal in Downtown St. Pete! Sea Salt gave us such a special and delicious Thursday night, I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. This place deserves at least four stars on Yelp. Excellent food, ambiance, and service. It's pricey, but worth it. We started with extra fun calamari that had mixed veggies thrown in with the squid. I hadn't tried fried broccoli before (the broccoli was steamed first so it was nice and soft on the inside after the initial crunch), and it was by far my favorite. (And you can still convince yourself it's healthy!) We also started with meaty gulf oysters and three kinds of the eponymous sea salt. We had it with their homemade bread that was soft and full of roasted garlic chunks. Insanely good olive oil with it. I got some of the best diver scallops I've ever had (I'm very particular when it comes to scallops if you see my other Yelp reviews...), on top of eggplant caponata with a side of flavorful and nutty wild rice and colorful roasted mixed veggies. My husband got the pork chop with a juniper berry glaze - it was incredible, and we don't usually choose to eat pork when we go out! Excellent and friendly service topped off a wonderful meal. One of the pricier restaurants we've been to here, but the quality of the food and experience was worth it!
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
I had my first Branzino here which was prepared grilled for the special of the day. It came out whole and the server will filet it for you. It was delicious. I also got to try the Penne alla Vodka which was perfectly al dente with nice crunches of broccolini. The interior is very pretty with a nice glass wall of wine. It's a great place for a date night! For dessert I got some kind of lemon cake. It was good but I wish it was more tart. It randomly came with cotton candy which brought back childhood memories. They just give it out for fun sometimes. **Tip: They have oyster happy hour Sun-Thurs from 3 or 4pm till 7pm for only $1 each!

Yelp
we had reservation for 6:30 arrived at 6:16 and wait staff would not sit the first two, because reservation was for 6 person. A bit silly rules as i can had ordered the over price cocktail drinks? All the guest arrived except for one and the finally they seated us. They asked if we wanted water and we did and three bottle of water arrived instead of St. Peter's finest at $7per. Make sure you ask if there is a charge! you been warned. It's not like i can't afford the place it's just unprofessional to serve something and be charged without being told! Here are what we ordered, 1/2 oyster. qty 2 order of cocktail shrimp. maryland's crabs, and Charcuterie. all were superb! For entree, i had the Maine lobster and shrimp, Ossubuco Ravioli, Salmon, Octopus and cowboy steak. All were good. We all shared the food and i have to say, the pasta was awesome. i was a bit upset the wait staff did t sit us until all came because the place was less than 20% capacity. The ambience was so quiet that my guests were wondering if we chosen the right place. It was, just wished the girls upfront are more real. No miles what so ever as if the were busy? Cocktails and all came to about $486, it wasn't bad at all. I just wish my dinner experience was a little friendly. i had no problem giving more than 23% tip to the waiter, it wasn't his fault i was not having a good experience. This was no 5 star quality, because they needed to trained all three girls at the reception table!

Yelp
amazing food and service. the atmosphere here is ideal for a date night. the drinks were wonderful the food came out in a timely manner. recommend their truffle Parmesan fries are an amazing addition to any meal the red wine center cut was tender and cooked to perfection. The Szechwan pepper crusted yellow fin tuna had just the right amount of heat and the quinoa added just the right touch. May was friendly amazing service and I never had a drink go empty. Cheff LaVetty knows how to put her heart and soul in a meal. 10/10 recommend we eat here for every special occasion.

Samantha S.

Yelp
SERVER WAS FANTASTIC & outdoor seating was lovely. Also the manager gave us 1/2 dozen fresh raw oysters on the house and they WERE VERY GOOD though we normally don't eat raw oysters . Overall Food rating is a 4 out of 10 ... so only okay. For a SEAFOOD place they need to improve the ceviche which looked like chum in a jar (& even smelled fishy!) - this ceviche should not be soupy & was overpowered with lemon. It had FL red snapper so that was a shame to not taste it. I'd also recommend an avocado smear with toast once on the plate w/ it once they fix their current ceviche mess. My mahi sandwich was good & tuna nachos okay. WOULD LIKE TO SEE FOOD IMPROVEMENTS OVERALL here.

Yelp
My first review of 2023 and if I say this place is setting the bar high for the rest of the year - I mean it!! From the very beginning, walking in the decor, the spacious bar, the ample seating both inside and out and of course the host - automatically know this is going to be good. Grabbing a quick drink at the bar during this "damp" January my go to was their maple old fashioned made with Michters from the menu. You know this drink isn't going to disappoint. For starters, feeling a little healthy I had their artisan mixed green salad. I never cleaned up a salad like this. Perfect freshness, light but savory balsamic dressing with just the right amount of bleu cheese. My wife ordered a half-dozen oysters, on her review it's been the best chucking and cleaning of oysters she's ever had. For main, i ordered the crab crusted grouper. Resting on a bed of spaghetti squash this isn't like any other squash i've tasted. Definitely fresh, not overpowering and the seafood felt it was just caught. Cooked to perfection, perfect sized meal. Dessert was a surprising finish with complimentary cotton candy - very cute touch. I can come to this restaurant 100 times and I'd probably order the same exact meals. This is a must try. Thank you Sea Salt for kicking off 2023 with a high five stars.

Yelp
We came based on a recommendation for oysters and fish. We were intrigued by the second floor open dining space. We were seated promptly and then ignored. They were not busy. There many open tables, more than half. We saw people getting water who came in and were seated after us. Staff walked around us, dealing with other tables. We looked to catch someone's eye to no avail. Getting tired of being ignored, we walked out and had a lovely meal elsewhere. There are too many choices to put up with this type of behavior.

Yelp
Loved this place! We had great fresh seafood, a fabulous almond cake (soaked in liquor 43- yum) and a decent bottle of wine. Every desert comes with home spun Cotten candy. Fun fact- the GM and chef are both female (underrepresented in the F&B industry) and her food is amazing. We raved enough that she came out and met with us. Ask for her, as chef Margaret is almost always there, and enjoy!
google avatar

Yelp
I loved Sea Salt. We had a fantastic time here. We ate outside and it was great. Service was wonderful. My companion and I enjoyed our wine. The bread is so delicious and I loved the different salts with it. Fried calamari was perfectly crisp and I appreciate the addition of vegetables. My grouper was simply grilled and served over asparagus, but extremely delectable. I'm looking forward to returning.

Yelp
This place is a trifecta of 5 stars - service, food, and ambience. Top meal I have ever had including top notch contenders in Spain, Colombia, and Europe, Everything was cooked to perfection and the house cocktails were the perfect complement. We were a party of 3 and we all gave this place the highest of ratings.
google avatar

Trent N.

Yelp
Pricey food for small portions. I started with a wedge salad which was fine, but it was a micro wedge salad for $13. Then I had the brussel sprouts for $12 which is a big portion, but it is plain brussel sprouts with nothing else added. They were charred pretty good to my liking, but lacked bacon/pork or anything else to add flavor. For the main course I had the $24 Penne Alla Vodka pasta which was really good, but you can eat this in about 5 bites. And for dessert I tried the $12 red velvet cake. The cake was ok at best, kind of dry. The restaurant looks great with tons of room and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I sat at the bar where there are TVs to watch sports. The $16 Michters Rye Old Fashioned was really good. Super weird that the bartender used the same ice cube from my 1st drink for the 2nd drink.

Yelp
Food is wonderful and the atmos is pleasant. Parking is across the street even though there's construction.

Yelp
I'd like to start off thanking our waitress May! She really made our experience 5 stars. Our party was pretty demanding asking to be moved outside and one person changed their drink order 4 different times. The food was delicious. May was kind enough to cut up both whole fish for us. We will be back. Thanks May!
google avatar

Yelp
Let me just start off with that thid was a bucket list restaurant to try! I went here for a romantic date and they moved the world to accommodate my allergies. Sitting outside, watching the sunset fall upon Saint Pete was absolutely beautiful; I highly recommend the grapefruit martini and any fish dish as we had multiple!
google avatar

Marisa V.

Yelp
This place was just okay! We came here with a large group to celebrate a friends birthday and everything we had was average. Started off with a Bolivian Rose Marg and it just tasted like salty tequila which was odd. For apps we got crab cakes which were alright but also mostly just salty. I guess that's what the name is so it should've been expected. Now the things I enjoyed: the osso Nico ravioloni was actually very good, still a little salty but enjoyable. Also, the atmosphere and vibe of the place was great and chic. So those are the reasons for the 3 stars!
google avatar

Fiona C.

Yelp
I love this place and everything on the menu. However, my favorite are the appetizers. Specially the calamari and truffle fries. The fries are thick and not very crispy which I prefer. The Parmesan and truffle is just delicious. My favorite entree is the fish stuff with crab. Can't remember the type of fish used but it's definitely high quality and they are also very generous with the crab! Nice place to go to if you're downtown with convenient parking nearby.

Yelp
This restaurant is mouth watering and perfectly prepared with every bite!!! Came here on a short getaway to Saint Petersburg and was fascinated by this less than ordinary seafood restaurant! From the first impression at the oyster bar where the oysters were being beautifully shucked, and left perfectly shell-less, I knew we were in for a treat. I ordered the Spanish octopus after thoroughly enjoying my oyster selection from various locations, and I can honestly say that I have never tasted such precise and perfect bites of octopus in my life! With this level of taste, I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant to taste all of the options on the impressive menu!!! To the oyster shucking manager, I offer my gratitude and huge thumbs up for preparing such a delectable bite!!! - only wish I had taken photos!

Excellent. Every single bite was memorable and all the flavors were on point. Pricy but worth the money for the quality delivered. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Big Thanks to Sea Salt @ Sundial plaza in downtown St.Pete! Especially thankful to Corinne & Blaine behind the bar for setting up a lil celebratory occasion. Oysters, Prosecco and a carefully selected Moscadet awaited us at the bar upon our arrival. The variety of oysters were fresh and delicious. Also paired perfectly with the white wine were the tuna & wonton nachos! Ridiculously good! Again Blaine & Corinne made this an Extra-ordinary experience for my girlfriend & myself. So many thanks and we will see you again soon!
