Heard about this place and was a bit hesitant to try since we’ve heard & read good reviews about certain restaurants/food places in the area that have let us down. However, this place is absolutely AMAZING! The food is tasty and fresh. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Absolutely and highly recommend Sea Star, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

I was very excited to find this cafe while visiting Chincoteague. They have something for everyone on this menu, from vegan/vegetarian to sandwiches piled high with the works. I had the special which was turkey with bacon jam and brie on a biscuit. It was mouth watering! My husband got the hummus and pita. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Grabbed some Sea Star to take and enjoy on the beach. As someone who can't have gluten or wheat, I was disappointed they didn't offer a GF wrap or other alternative. However, the breadless sandwich was sooo good! Their products are fresh, tasty, and worth it. We showed up right when they opened and they had a line form right away. I can understand why!

Wow. Really good sandwich shop. Good vegetarian options. Had a wonderful Greek salad wrap with a side of their hummus. They said the hummus wouldn't fit in the wrap and I believe them.
Or side seating at picnic tables with umbrellas.
Nice atmosphere. Great music while waiting in line to order.

The place gives a homily feel with a sense of satisfaction after eating the so organic and fresh food ! Should taste the hummus without a miss - it’s so fresh n so perfectly done ....
sandwiches n salads are so superior in quality n design with the menu not missing out what you would look for ....
never miss the place if you in Chincoteague Island :)
