Hotel Sea Wave Beppu

The Seawave Hotel offers great value for money. The proximity to Beppu Station is a huge plus with free parking! We used self automated check in and out hence can’t really review service of the hotel; the room, while compact, was very clean and had everything we needed. A solid choice for a comfortable and convenient onsen stay in Beppu.

Just across JR Beppu Station and make it easy to access JR/Bus. Reception is automated with some help from friendly staff.Onsen facility is a bit old but usable. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beach is not too far away.

The location is amazing—literally walking distance from Beppu Station, which makes it easy to find once you get off the train. The amenities are great, the room is spacious, and the staff are very helpful. The only downside is the bed; it was hard and a bit uncomfortable, especially if you're staying for more than one night. Still, I would stay here again because I love the hotel's location.

What kind of hotel charges 2000¥ for a lost room key... This one. Since they only give you one, it's not like you have a choice. While I get it's normal in Japan to charge for lost keys, that's plain excessive.

Perfect location, a few steps away from Beppu Station. Also, price tag is incredibly affordable for the location.

Just opposite JR and bus station, the location is superb. The Onsen is great, the breakfast is good. Even their dinner which serves Beppu famous dishes is great. Surprised there weren’t more people eating dinner there.

Convenient location, next to Beppu Station and near Toyota Rent-a-car. Room a little small but still manageable. Nice view of the sea from the distance, managed to catch a pleasant sunrise.
