Sea Zone Hotel Nilaveli

This family owned hotel is a great place to stay. The family is very friendly and is providing all the service you need. The rooms are clean and (most of them) have a private place to sit in front of your room. The breakfast is not included but is plentiful and delicious. The whole property is clean and setup spaciously, close to restaurants and on walking distance to the beach. We highly recommend this place!

Sudas is a very kind helpful hotel manager and was able to help us on every question. Air conditioning and mosquito net are OK. There were some ants in the shower and some gaps between door and frame which might allow insects to enter - but not unusual for Sri Lankan hotels.

We loved it here! The room was very clean and the staff was so nice and friendly. We extended our stay a few times. The area is very pretty and quiet. The beach is a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and good air conditioning. Fantastic value for money and great location.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and they serve simple but fresh breakfast. However, the room could have been more clean, since there was sand in the bathroom and toothpaste stains on our towels. Also, the hosts were very kind but they did not speak English which made even simple communication quite complex. The Wi-Fi did not work at all.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a verandah with table and armchairs facing a nice garden. The hosts are kind and friendly. It is in a quiet area, a few minutes walking from the beach, with shops and restaurants |nearby. It's a great place for who like relaxing into the nature.

Room was clean and in good budget and the owner was friendly and helpful....the beach was some 3 to 4 mins of walk from room We had good time at this place Recommended
