This place is incredible! It’s a small restaurant with a small menu. They know what they’re good at. All fish and seafood options. Not too badly priced considering the location. We went for dinner last night as we were craving lobster soup and heard this was the place to get it. All the reviews were right! Line was out the door and people leaving told us to stay as it was delicious. The staff are hard working and very efficient trying to move the crowd along. Soup came out very fast and was excellent! Lovely large pieces of lobster/langoustine in the soup. Very generous portions. I’d highly recommend! Love the location in the marina!

The setting here can’t be beat, a shack right on the harbour serving fresh seafood. And the menu is simple - 4 different seafood skewers, 2 vegetarian skewers and lobster soup - that’s it. The soup was superb, filled with big chunks of lobster in a lovely broth, with bread and butter on the side. The salmon skewer was also superb, but the white fish skewer was tasteless. Anywhere else I’d say this was very pricey for the quality and quantity, but for Reykjavík it was pretty good. Service was excellent, and there’s a small range of beers and soft drinks.

I had a wonderful lunch of fish and potato skewers. I thought the price was reasonable (for Iceland) for the very generous portion of fish provided. It took awhile for them to come out, but I didn’t mind the wait. Everyone around me was having soup, and that seemed to come out very quickly. I highly recommend this as a lunch or dinner stop when in the area.

Deceptively small place but there is seating in the back and I think upstairs. Very hyped up by the reviews of their lobster soup. It didn't disappoint. We came twice in the 2 days we were in town. The soup is very flavorful and has big chunks of lobster. My best part was the cook on the Lobster. It was so soft almost like it was sashimi but it was clearly cooked. I've never had lobster in soup that had that kind of texture. Very enjoyable. It comes with plenty of delicious bread and icelandic butter. I prefer a thicker lobster bisque, this was a bit thinner, but I still really enjoyed it. They also have deals of the day where you can pair the soup with some of their other items. We tried the tusk. I am usually very paranoid about grilled kebobs because a lot of times they are dry but the tusk was cooked so well. I was thoroughly impressed. It took a bit to cook but it was so moist and delicious. This is placed is definitely worth the visit. The service is great. Thank you!

Lobster soup is slightly salty but goes well with the bread. Was hoping for a bit more veg in the soup. Grilled fish and veg were fresh and cooked perfectly.

The lobster soup was delicious, and both the tusk and wolffish were very tasty. The bread with butter (served in a plastic box) was just average. The place has a really nice atmosphere, even though a lot of tourists come through, it still manages to keep a local vibe

Saw a YouTube food tour video that brought me here. It did not disappoint. The soup was very flavorful and the Wolfish Skewers were very "meaty". Highly recommend a stop to taste if you are in the area.

We had really nice meal here that we enjoyed. It is a small place with not a lot seating space, but we managed to find a table. Menu is not big, so you have only few choices to pick from. Everything we ordered was tasty and delicious and freshly prepared. Fish was served on a skewer. Any side dishes had to be ordered separately. Atmosphere is nice and calm. They do have terrace but during our visit it was too cold to sit outside. I do recommend to stop by and enjoy food at this place.
