Seabean Tapas Bar Restaurant

We had an absolutely sensational meal. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was great also. My wife and I both said it was one of the best meals we've ever had. Thank you so much Seabean, you are awesome. I really cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been living here for months and was the first time that I came to this place. Well located, close to the Main Street but far enough from the crowd. Food delicious, congratulations to Flavia that made us a nice paella and the dessert was amazing!! Omg you must try crème brûlée with the coconut, I wanted to order more hahaha

My sister and I really enjoyed our meal, we didn’t book and were lucky to jag seats at the bar. We were in prime position at the bar to enjoy great cocktails and our meal was so tasty- the seafood paella and all of the pintxos choices from the specials board were fabulous. The staff were professionals. Oh and definitely save room for the crème brûlée in the coconut shell.

Seafood paella and the crème brûlée were phenomenal. The service was also great, albeit being busy on a Saturday night! The only let down for us were the tapas but it may just be the ones we chose.

I really enjoyed my evening here. We ate entirely from the specials board. Some tapas to start: a spicy slice of Cape Grim steak, tuna tostados and beef cheek empanadas. They were all delicious and beautifully presented. For mains, we shared the Moreton bay bugs in a bath of orange curry sauce, potatas bravas and bread. The curry sauce was delicious, delicately flavoured and delightful when using bread to mop it up. The bugs themselves were a disappointment. Their consistency was soft and floury. Dessert was Crema catalana served in a coconut shell. It was nice.

Absolutely superb. Just fantastic. We had 2 Tapas entrees and shared an exquisite seafood Paella. Plus fabulous wine.

By far the best food and experience we had while in Port Douglas with my sister. We stayed in a 5 star resort and the food and service at Seabean was by far much better. Victoria was a breath of fresh air! Not only doing a wonderful and professional job but doing it with a happy and smiling attitude. We absolutely loved all of the food, the service and the experience. Thank you

Very impressed with the food here. Packed with all the right flavours this dinner was a true highlight of our week in Port Douglas. Very authentic Spanish food, friendly service (note the paella does take nearly an hour to come out) and a terrific kids menu. Very glad we went
