We took a short yachting trip in November and I am here to just say what a wonderful experience we had. We left from St. Thomas and went to St. John, Anguilla, St. Barth and Prickly Pear. This was my fort time on a cruise and my first time in the Caribbean. It will certainly be one I remember. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small but we expected that. Our stewardess, Jona, was superb. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the cabin but it was always clean. The food we had was very good. The service of the hospitality staff was incredible. They all were very welcoming and friendly. There was never a time when we didn’t have what we needed and there was not one frown on anyone’s face. Our activity director, Nic, was awesome. The excursions that were offered were a lot of fun. The concierge was incredibly helpful. The spa staff were gems. I can not speak highly enough about the SeaDream crew and team. Every single thing was covered and done with care. Many thanks to all!

I just recently completed a 10 day voyage on SeaDream 1. The chef worked very hard with me so I could maintain my weight since I have worked so hard in getting it off. This cruise was spectacular. Never worry about the room or not having a balcony. There are so many open decks and plenty of chairs. All drinks are included. If you want a special dish, just ask the chef. If you want a special drink ask your bartender. The excursions were top notch.

We just returned from our 5th voyage on Sea Dreams. Like every previous trip, we had a marvelous time. The itinerary was fantastic, the crew and staff amazing, the food delicious, and the people we met wonderful. We have signed up for another cruise and cannot wait to be back aboard. I could not give a higher recommendation. We are partial to the European itineraries but enjoyed our Carribean one very much too. You will not regret taking a Sea Dreams voyage!

Highly recommend can't think of anything negative to say. Booked for Scottish isles in 2027. On one, need to complete the set .

First time on a yacht with 100 guests. It was the best experience. More relaxing and we felt very special being known as Mr or Mrs Reagan. I recommend to everyone. Thank you very much!!

Feels more like a private getaway than a cruise super chill vibe, amazing crew, and great food. We were treated like royalty from start to finish small ship, big service..! Staff knew our names by day two friendly, laid-back and way better than the big cruise lines.

I've been on Seadream, I think, 10 times and booked to go again. I am not someone who often repeats travel experiences (it's a big world and time is limited!) but SD is in a class of its own. It's hard to put into correct context how special it is. Yes, the ship is old and the rooms small (and the bathrooms smaller). There are no private decks, or Broadway productions (thank God, as far as I am concerned). And yet, you are unlikely to find a more luxurious, regenerative, or joyful option on land or sea. The staff are professional but also oozing genuine warmth, the food, while not always perfect, is highly satisfying (don't miss the Wednesday lunch lasagna- best I've ever eaten anywhere), the outdoor dining seating arrangements feel intimate (unlike the sea of tables you see on most cruise ships) as there are lots of private nooks to select from, the ports are often small with only other small cruise ships for company. The fellow passengers might be the cherry on the sundae: they are that lovely combination of well-travelled but unpretentious, well educated but no arrogance or entitlement. I am myself in the luxury travel business (own a boutique hotel and some restaurants) so I have a real appreciation for what Seadream delivers to its passengers day in day out. Seadream for me (unless you want to go to Asia or South America) is IT!

A Truly Exceptional Experience Aboard SeaDream I I’ve always been reluctant to take a cruise, but my experience aboard SeaDream I with my mother completely changed my perspective. From the moment we stepped on board, it was clear that this was not your typical cruise—it was something far more intimate, refined, and personal. The crew was absolutely incredible. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, and the level of service was unmatched. They remembered our names, anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The personal touches throughout the trip made all the difference. Traveling with my mother, I was especially grateful for how accommodating and attentive the staff were. Whether it was a special request or just thoughtful gestures, they made everything seamless and enjoyable for both of us. The yacht itself is beautiful—elegant, comfortable, and never crowded. The attention to detail in everything from the cuisine to the curated excursions made it feel more like a private retreat than a cruise. Whether lounging on deck, enjoying an evening under the stars, or exploring hidden gems at each port, every moment was unforgettable. The other guests were so friendly with many of them being repeat customers, and you can certainly see why. SeaDream I far exceeded my expectations and completely redefined what a cruise can be. I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a luxurious, personalized, and truly memorable travel experience—especially if you're sharing it with someone special.

Yelp
Wow! Wow! SeaDream was EPIC and it exceeded our expectations. Loved how taken care of we felt throughout the sailing. The food was delicious. Chef Thomas was extremely accommodating, he even made us the best pierogis I've ever had. Captain Charles was engaging and funny. Jovana was a perfect concierge. And Nemanja was an exceptional sommelier. My favorite server was Jonel, but all were excellent. Hands down - SeaDream is blessed to have the most caring staff! Until the next one - Happy Sailing!

Yelp
The Customer-Facing Crew is Outstanding, But... We traveled on SeaDream II in the Admiral Suite for the Spring 2023 Trans-Atlantic Crossing. Everything you've heard about the Crew (at least the customer-facing crew) is exactly true. They are wonderful, accommodating, and very hard working. They are the major selling point for this Line. If you are a die-hard SeaDream fan, you may want to stop reading because... The Emperor Has No Clothes... Over the first few days of the 16 day trip, I came to realize that maintenance and safety are not priorities on SeaDream and that they may be making cuts to save money as you'll see. The first indication was the A/C in our Suite was not blowing much air. I'm extremely familiar with these systems, and the first step is to check the filters (before and after pictures below). There is only one word to describe them--Disgusting. I'm confident they have never ever been cleaned. One would think during the pandemic that air filters would have received even more cleaning--not on SeaDream! This is not a Housekeeping issue, it is strictly a maintenance issue and opened my eyes to other problems on the ship. Our Suite housekeeping was perfect and was done multiple times a day, oddly by the Housekeeping Department Head (Corporate Cutbacks?). I asked the Concierge if I could get 5 minutes with the Chief of Engineering (who's responsible for maintenance). After 72 hours, I asked again. I'm 100% confident that the message was delivered as the Concierge Staff are outstanding. I never heard from the Chief of Engineering, which only confirmed my suspicions. Interior vs. Exterior Looking with a critical eye showed that the emphasis on maintenance was clearly on the interior which is smart if you have to make a choice. So it's pretty much yacht on the inside and freighter on the outside. The pictures below point to a few of the issues; -- One of the pool lights (arrow) came on twice that I saw over 16 evenings. I wish it had never came on, because that means there is a short in the circuit. Oh, and the pool hand rails that the lights are mounted on are not bolted down. There are mounting holes, just no bolts -- super safe. -- Several pathway lights stayed out and several had water intrusion, probably because the seals are not maintained. They're cleanly not cleaned and polished although for some reason the brass bell on the pool deck was polished. Looks like a freighter. The picture with the CFL bulb shows the level of water inside the housing. Oh, and there are no marine-rated CFL bulbs (Corporate cutbacks?) -- Exposed rail hardware was a common safety hazard. Credit to the maintenance crew for keeping all of the handrails stained and sealed. That process takes several days. I saw them working on them every morning from the gym. But a simple cut up pool noodle (which they have) would prevent someone from ripping their hand open on these exposed edges. Trans-Atlantic crossing means rocking ship. I had to quit the scheduled afternoon walks as this was too much of a hazard. -- Hardware like washers and bolts were often missing or loose, for example in the handrail picture. Maintenance crew came by this very handrail from below several times a day. One of the bartenders had a habit of hand lighting this bolt. -- Instead of fixing the shower doors during the multi-million dollar renovation, we had a cracked plastic "clip" to put over the shower door to keep it from opening during swells. That's a freighter fix on a "luxury" ship. Speaking of Multi-Million Dollar renovation, maybe they could have flipped for some exterior scrape and paint. This was the view from the Admiral Suite and common everywhere on the sea-facing exterior. I expect some corrosion, but I've never seen this level on other Lines. Food is not as great as it should be... I'll start with the picture of the cup of coffee. That's right, you're served bottled water from Costco on this "luxury" Line. This has Corporate cutbacks written all over it. All the served meals were at least good. That's not "luxury" standard. If a dish had chicken, it was always in this strange strip-like form factor and stringy, It clearly had been bulk frozen. Only the sauces made it edible. We stopped ordering anything with chicken. Maybe they got it from Costco as well (Corporate cutbacks?). Food plating and presentation were always great, but the food was often bland and honestly the portions were too big--like they were trying to make up for the lack of quality ingredients. Here's the crazy part, I'm not blaming the Chef for this. We twice asked to have what the crew was having for lunch. The Chef periodically cooks for the crew and we had Stuffed Cabbage Rolls and Pirogies--they were OUTSTANDING, Those are the only two meals we'll remember from that trip. It's not the Chef -- I think the Galley budget is being cut by Corporate. I highly recommend taking a Trans-Atlantic Crossing

Yelp
It is really annoying some cruise companies still elect to charge clients (on already expensive cruises) additional high fees for internet use. Sea Dream's stated charges are $35 for 24 hours of unlimited access. Guests may also access the internet through computers in the Library, at a charge of $5 for the first 10 minutes, and $3 for each additional, 10-minute period.

Yelp
We have been cruising on the SeaDream boats for about 20 years--back in the days when Cunard owned them as the Sea Goddesses. They are small and perfect...a piece of heaven. Only 100 guests can sail per itinerary; that makes the number of potential 5 Star ratings very small. Also, I think that others in the SeaDream Yacht Club are hesitant to tell people about them since hordes of guests would definitely ruin the intimate nature of the experience. We are ardent travelers, and have sampled other lines. But no one--not even Seabourn--comes close to the over-the-top luxury on the SeaDream. We are disappointed that the line has limited the itineraries...in the past, we especially enjoyed the Southeast Asia and the Amazon cruises. In spite of that, we will continue to return to the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, even though we are familiar with the ports of call. Yes, the SeaDream experience is THAT good! The captains consistently monitor the weather so that the clients are comfortable and happy...the food is SPECTACULAR (on par with Keller or Ripert), and the rooms are spotless. (COZY, but spotless!) We could not ask for more.
