Great modern, spacious and practical rooms. Nothing too luxurious but very clean with comfortable beds, strong aircon & good water pressure. 5-star location as it is one of the very few beach front hotels on Noosa Main Beach. Very easy access to all the amazing cafes, restaurants and shops on Hastings Street. We booked on a promotion - and absolutely great value for money!

Lovely resort in the perfect location on Hastings Street. The rooms are well laid out and the pools are very nice. The website suggests that you can ask for a late checkout which I did. The lady at the front desk the day prior agreed that I'd like check out was going to be no problem. Unfortunately the gatekeeper Louise didn't see it that way and insisted that our room was required at 10:00 a.m. on our checkout day. Had that been the case I'd have no issue. We observed the cleaners come to our room at around 1:00 p.m. that day. I think Louise just didn't want to make the effort. I do recommend the resort but don't expect to be given a late checkout despite what it says on the website.

Not sure it lives up to its name of a haven. I wanted to like this place but unless you’re coming with a big group of kids, stay away. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. And the staff are lovely. But that’s about it. The rooms are incredibly noisy. This is the only place I’ve stayed at that I felt I had to go buy some ear plugs so I could sleep. It’s not just the street noise, which is understandable considering it’s a busy street. But everything is so poorly constructed that you hear noise from slamming doors, people walking in the corridors etc. The pools look great but are completely overrun with kids. The one pool that’s was quieter was unusable as well because it was so shallow. This places looks great on the surface but dig a bit deeper and there are so many issues. It costs a lot but you’re just paying for the location. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless you’re coming with a kids.

Great position right on the beach and proximity to Hastings st. Spotless and well set up. My “however” is - we paid a premium price, expecting beautiful ocean views, for a week to relax. |What we have is a view of the back of the pool - who also have a full view into our apartment. No privacy. It would be fine for a family - which we were surrounded by - on the ground/1st level. Can see the appeal for a family, as they play and walk past, peering directly into our living area. |When we talked to the reception about getting a quieter and upstairs room we were told no - fully booked. Suggested next time when we book that we request a room on 2nd or 3rd floor. Note - 1st floor is ground level. |I would recommend Sea Haven and have given 4 stars despite the disappointment. I would not pay top price to stay on ground floor though. Plenty of better places with beautiful views for similar price along the strip.

Absolutely fantastic. Seahaven had the perfect location... The bussle of Hastings Street on one side and the peaceful ocean setting on the other. The rooms were perfect for what we were after and were very clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate going back again (hopefully soon)

I absolutely loved this resort. I stayed here with my family for my 18th Birthday and it was so perfect. It is in the best location, being soo close to the beach and right on the main street. The rooms were so nice, the photos don’t do it justice. The pool areas were super relaxing and nice. The easy access to the beach was the best. I would 100% recommend this to everyone.

Lovely resort up the far end of Hastings St. We had a little studio room that was spacious for two, clean & comfortable. We appreciated the kitchenette & balcony with a little view through to the ocean. Free car parking a bonus. Staff were also very helpful & welcoming. Can’t ask for much more.

I stayed at Noosa Beach Resort for 2 nights (in a Hasting Suite, street side): What I Liked: One of the standout features of my stay was the friendly staff. The team at the resort was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms themselves were quite spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I loved the rainshower and the bathroom was quite practical. Everything was cleaned well. Additionally, having a washer and dryer in the room was incredibly convenient for managing laundry during my stay. What I Didn’t Like: However, there were a few aspects of the resort that could use improvement. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, which made it a bit difficult to escape the noise from outside. Another issue was the dark atmosphere in the room; one of the windows was entirely blocked by shutters, and while the window foil they used prevents passersby from peeking in, it also significantly reduced the amount of natural light coming into the room. This combination created a rather gloomy environment that wasn’t very inviting. Overall, I had quite a pleasant stay.
