Absolutely fabulous location. Modern building. The service is great. The pools are clean. Quick access to the beach or to the local cafes. The room is spacious. The water pressure is great. Noise cancellation is not the best if you a light sleeper, we had no problem

The location is fantastic, the staff were lovely and the hotel was nice. It was noisy at times with lots of kids running around, especially in the pool area, and hearing doors banging. I had earplugs so that helped. It was lovely to be able to walk out onto the beach or into Hastings Street!

Great location and the room was well equipped however the noise is absolutely ridiculous. The doors slam excessively loudly and kids were running up and down outside our room nonstop starting at 6:00am! On top of this you have the rubbish trucks that empty the bins every day at 6:00am. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay, do not stay at Seahaven. The noise spoilt the whole stay and I wouldn't ever stay there again for that reason.

Midweek winter break in Noosa at Seahaven was 'mostly' good - location right on the beach is fab, pool area lovely, check in a breeze -but- worst room ever! We booked a Hastings Suite ($300 midweek) and the room was on the 1st floor - room 117 to be exact - and its like staying in a very noisy cave! It's right next to the driveway so you get all the p.m. and a.m. noise of Hastings St ( cars coming/going, garbage trucks) plus the lighting in the room is virtually non existent. We had to use our phone torch to see our clothes in the wardrobe in the bedroom area. The only decent lighting was in the bsthroom. Friends checked in at the same time (same room type) and were given a room on a higher floor and had a better experience. Hotel wasn't full so why would you put one couple on a higher floor and put another couple in the dungeon? So, do yourself a favour and either ask for a Hasting St on high floor when booking or pay a higher rate and get beach front. Lesson learned.

Very good location on the beach. Quieter end of Hastings St. Great pools overlooking the beach, no issues with kids as per other reviews as it wasn't school holidays. |Stayed in a Hastings St Suite and it was fine as you don't go to Noosa to sit in your room. Had a little balcony to people watch over Hastings St when wanting some down time.|We would definitely stay again, friendly staff, especially maintenance guys!

Great modern, spacious and practical rooms. Nothing too luxurious but very clean with comfortable beds, strong aircon & good water pressure. 5-star location as it is one of the very few beach front hotels on Noosa Main Beach. Very easy access to all the amazing cafes, restaurants and shops on Hastings Street. We booked on a promotion - and absolutely great value for money!

Lovely resort in the perfect location on Hastings Street. The rooms are well laid out and the pools are very nice. The website suggests that you can ask for a late checkout which I did. The lady at the front desk the day prior agreed that I'd like check out was going to be no problem. Unfortunately the gatekeeper Louise didn't see it that way and insisted that our room was required at 10:00 a.m. on our checkout day. Had that been the case I'd have no issue. We observed the cleaners come to our room at around 1:00 p.m. that day. I think Louise just didn't want to make the effort. I do recommend the resort but don't expect to be given a late checkout despite what it says on the website.

Great position right on the beach and proximity to Hastings st. Spotless and well set up. My “however” is - we paid a premium price, expecting beautiful ocean views, for a week to relax. |What we have is a view of the back of the pool - who also have a full view into our apartment. No privacy. It would be fine for a family - which we were surrounded by - on the ground/1st level. Can see the appeal for a family, as they play and walk past, peering directly into our living area. |When we talked to the reception about getting a quieter and upstairs room we were told no - fully booked. Suggested next time when we book that we request a room on 2nd or 3rd floor. Note - 1st floor is ground level. |I would recommend Sea Haven and have given 4 stars despite the disappointment. I would not pay top price to stay on ground floor though. Plenty of better places with beautiful views for similar price along the strip.
