The hotel was nothing short of superb. The staff who waited on us were so nice and friendly and followed up during our meal to mkae sure everything was good. The beef cheeks pasta was sensational. Meat so tender and the creme tomato sauce was beautiful. We were seated outside and could not take our eyes the superb view of the bay. The exterior of the building was so well renovated and suited the feel of the period. We just a loved it there and you will too.

Beautiful venue, stunning outlook and terrific staff!! We stayed in the caravan park adjacent to the Inn and took advantage of their food services. Their coffee was amazing!!! I believe it is a local brew too! They have a pizza van each night selling to the public. Limited options but seemed to cover all tastes however we did not like it at all….. it was a meat lovers. Ordered the pizza and told to come back in about 20 minutes, which we did and it was barely warm. We had paid $28 and expected so much better! We were too hungry and had had a couple of drinks so we couldn’t go and get something else to eat. Lesson learned.

We had Room 8 with the most beautiful view of the water. The service was fantastic, friendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant and my husband got a scotch steak and it was PERFECT. I got a Prawn garlic pasta dish which was also delicious. We then got the complimentary breakfast this morning and it came with lattes not just instant coffee. The breakfast was so good. We would have given it more stars if we could have. Would definitely RECOMMEND to anyone wanting to stay in Eden.

A nice hotel in beautiful surroundings and stunning views over Two Fold Bay. Easy check in and a pretty room...we had room 7 in the hotel....lovely but quite small. The room and bathroom was all nice and clean. Our evening meal was tasty, friendly enough staff and a nice glass of wine in the bar/lounge area. The continental breakfast is served in your room which we found a little odd as there is a lovely dining area in the hotel. We decided to eat it on the balcony as there was a table and chairs out there so we could enjoy the beautiful views though the balcony area could do with a bit of work and a good clean. Apart from that we had a good night at The Seahorse Inn and Villas.

The location of the Seahorse Inn and the close proximity of the beach was beautiful. We would happily choose this again in the future. The family cabin accomodation had easy access to the beach, it was spacious and rooms were clean. We liked that we were independent of the hotel but could access dining/morning coffee etc. From a functional perspective there were a few things that would have been great additions for a family; wall hooks in bedrooms to hang towels, tongs for the BBQ, blockout blinds that are face mounted to stop the sun waking you early in the morning and the pantry including a few basic items like salt, pepper and olive oil. But these are suggestions for improvement rather than criticisms as we all enjoyed our stay. There is a stunning river entrance just beside the Seahorse Inn that was lovely for the whole family to play and swim and enjoy. The location of this Inn was really special and the Sapphire Coast is a great destination for families.

We booked 12 villas at this hotel. While the overall environment was pleasant and comfortable, we encountered a serious issue with the water heater at night. The heater, absurdly located outside on the first floor while our room was on the second, initially failed to provide hot water. After my own unsuccessful attempt to fix it, a technician arrived and spent half an hour troubleshooting. He claimed the circuit breaker had tripped due to an electrical leakage, reset it, briefly confirmed functionality, and left. However, the breaker immediately tripped again when I showered later. Repeated attempts to reset it triggered continuous tripping—a terrifying indication of persistent electrical hazards. Despite multiple calls to staff (who later ignored us), we were left without functioning showers. The next day, the front desk promised a resolution but provided no follow-up, leaving the dangerous issue unresolved and our complaints unaddressed.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but dined at the restaurant for dinner. Our food came out fast and hot (entrees and mains all at once) but lacked flavour and the options were really pub/bistro food and somewhat overpriced. Dinner service had a line up and order system and unfortunately we were seated smack bang where the line to order was, with a 1 year old. Very awkward and loud. Asked to move tables and was accommodated. Drinks from the bar were also overpriced in our opinion.

Unpowered camping special stay 4 pay for 3 =$21 per night. Clean amenities/camp kitchen. Sleep listening to sea. Magic spot. Dinner at restaurant unbelievable in my opinion. Holly waitress amazing. Set's a high standard. Started off with 1/2 dozen Kirkpatrick then garlic prawns followed by seafood paella with "sin" caramel chocolate cake. Left feeling pleasantly full not bloated. All the dishes were full of flavour good sized portions. Will definitely dine here again. Will definitely stay here again. Well done team keep up the great work.
