Large, quiet, very reasonably priced well maintained government managed (King Project) hotel 5 minutes south of Huai Hin located right on beach. Our room was big. Air con powerful. TV had foreign news channels. Bed firm but not hard. Breakfast was standard but adequate. Nice big pool. Plentiful parking. You definitely need your own transport if you want to go out anywhere to eat and shop.

A Slice of Paradise at Seapine Beachfront Bungalow Our stay at the Seapine beachfront bungalow was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, attending to every need with genuine care and attention. The bungalow itself was immaculate, blending comfort and style with breathtaking views of the beach just steps away. Waking up to the gentle sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee on the private veranda was a dream come true. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable—literally a stone's throw away, perfect for leisurely strolls or an impromptu dip in the crystal-clear waters. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive, from the beautifully landscaped surroundings to the well-appointed amenities inside the bungalow. It’s clear the team takes pride in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Whether you're looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, or simply enjoy some serene moments by the sea, this place is a gem. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. Seapine is truly a slice of paradise!

I would not recommend this resort at all. I had to wait about 1.5 hours past the check-in time for my room to be prepared. I think, as this resort is a kind of public facility primarily to serve Thai military and public officers, the staff lacked respect, kindness, and a sense of urgency. Although the swimming pool looks appealing, there are too few sunbeds, leaving no place to relax by the pool. Unless you're specifically drawn to the location near the golf course and beach, I suggest looking for another option.

The rooms have a lot of space. But It's kinda noisy. Also the cleaning staff will just knock on your door repeatedly to clean. I wish to have an option for them to clean, while I'm not there. Plus it was around 9:30 am. Don't really appreciate it. Also Wifi in hotel rooms is terrible / non-existent. Overall It's a mediocre to me. Staff are very friendly and the pool looks nice, plus beach view is incredible.

Stayed at this Resort for 2 weeks .Orginally had booked one week but the place was above expectation. Staff was great and always smiling and happy. When we would have a minor problem, "Deer" at front desk was always there to assist and was very helpful with things to do and language translation. The location on the beach was like a dream ,peaceful and quite .I definitely will return in the Fall .

The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. The front desk reception staff at the North building was great. A lady named Deer is so helpful. The maintenance on the campus is up-to-date. Excellent choice for foreigners. The property is oceanfront. We went into the ocean although there was a warning of a possibility of jellyfish. Luckily you can see the from 3 meters away and I didn’t see any. The swimming pool is great. We went midweek and it wasn’t crowded.

Stayed here for the second time and everything was really nice. Unfortunately, the loudness is too high, you will hear every move of your neighbors (moving chares, talks, doors) as if they are in your own room. Like this, I highly recommend to take a family suite/apartments on a higher floor. Also this resort makes lots of functions for groups and so be prepared to that as well.Staff were amazing, very helpful towards even smallest things. Location is just perfect 🙂

Second visit here. Great location, great large room with balcony. Huge pool but sun chairs a bit dirty this time. Breakfast good. Bar and restaurant an efficient complement with tasy well prepared food. Unfortunately, they seem to lack a checklist for the rooms. Various amenities were missing after each cleaning...Otherwise a 5 *
