I am happy to share my experience of Seapine Beach Golf and Resort Hua Hin. Firstly, we arrived a day late to our booking due to a delayed flight. They changed my booking and adjusted it. We then got in touch directly with Miss Deer who professionally helped us with all the activities. including planning and arranging a breakfast party for my daughter with one day's notice. I was also happy to join the management in congratulating us during our delicious breakfast with cake. The staff is extraordinary and it was a pleasure to spend a few days at this resort. I can give my warmest recommendations for the location, the staff, the service and above all the accommodation.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND The hotel is located on a beautiful beach and has a lot of potential, but it also serves as a government recreation center, which affects the overall experience. Everything is almost perfect — until the evening. Starting around 6:30 PM and going until 10 PM, there’s a karaoke or entertainment session with the sound system turned up to an uncomfortably high volume. It really disrupts the peaceful beach atmosphere, especially around sunset when you’d expect to unwind. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this might not be the best choice. Want to share the pictures. I can help you take a closer look or figure out what might’ve been going on.

Ok, so we do we start, the hotel is split into 2 half's about a 10 minute walk between both. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere 10 kilometers from hua hin. We arrived early, and even though the hotel was empty, we still had to wait 2 hours for check-in. The ocean veiw apartment was lovely but needed refurbished. There is hardly any English spoken and not a warm atmosphere. On searching our part of the hotel we found no shop or anything. You must walk to the other part of the complex to visit the only restaurant and good luck walking back at night as there are packs of dogs roaming around in the dark.We ended our 5 day stay very disappointed as all the other reviews made the place look perfect. I'm not sure who wrote them. Best of all, on the second day, 5 buses arrived with school children. Not a problem, but it meant they used every seat at breakfast so us and the other guests needed to wait up to an hour and a half each morning whilst they ate and then sat waiting for teachers to organize them. The hotel staff could have moved them to the massive lobby after eating to free up the tables, but our suggestions were ignored. Not the children's fault, but the hotel completely ignored the well-being of their customers. I do not recommend staying here, but if you do, then may I suggest the none ocean view rooms as then you can save walking 1 kilometer to the restaurant. I have never given a bad review, ever. But the truth needs to be told.

The location is breathtaking, some of the staff are great and even tried to go out of their way and made sure the guest is happy. One of the concierge even dropped me at the nearest convenient shop. However, there is a problem with the room cleanliness and facilities. Check in time was strictly 3pm without flexibility and you can see all the guest gathered at the lobby waiting for the rooms. The bathroom was very dirty, the kettle have no electrical outlet near to it and you have to put it on the floor to use it and the gym equipment are broken and the AC on the gym is also not working. The only great thing about this hotel is the location, the beach bar area and the proximity to the beach. The hotel needs renovation and has a big potential to be one of the best hotel in Hua Hin. However, the hotel looked neglected and tired.

The hotel’s location was in outskirts of the town, you will need to travel at least 10-15 mins to reach downtown. There’re beach front restaurants not far from the hotel about 10 mins walk on foot but if you want to go to those restaurants by bike or taxi you have to take long detour. The beach is very quiet tho there’re some tree stick and trashes on the shore.

The staffs are extraordinary. They are so helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfy and very wide. I supposed it's a 7-feet bed with 2 pillows provided. The bathroom is clean but the water flow from the shower is not so strong on the 5th floor. There's mainly Thai food (I loved boiled rice yum yum) for breakfast with some cereal, milk, coffee, tea, toast, jam and butter. I have been here twice and I think the breakfast got better this time. The beach is sooo nice here. It's wide and and clean not too crowded. The swimming pool is simple but lovely too. Overall it's clean and comfy, good value for money. One of the best choices for me in Hua Hin. I'll definitely come back.

The beach next to hotel is one of the cleanliness one in Huahin. Staying for big family with 15 people, went there for golfing at seapine golf course (getting some hotel discount rate too) The hotel should have hotel major brand e.g IHG or Marriott to run the business plan, renovations or be their consultant. Staying at Bed Room Suite on SV06 and SV07 along with Villa for big family trips Room is spacious, clean, but out-dated design. The bed room suite has 3 balconies. Would be nice if they have microwave oven available in kitchen of the suite Breakfast is too standard but reasonable for its price. Based on location , room size provided if it run by hotel brands, it probably double the price easily

We loved this place. Far enough away from the city that the beaches are very quiet, just trees along a gorgeous stretch of beach. Lounge chairs and seats/tables available on the beach, plus a nice little restaurant/ bar. Some great restaurants, massage places, etc. are only about a 20-30 minute walk along the beach. Grabs ride shares were always available to take us back to the hotel and were usually easy to get leaving the hotel as well, but if there are no grabs available the hotel can arrange a taxi. You can also order dinner on Grab. A delicious meal for two usually comes to around 250 baht, including delivery. Breakfast was pretty good, not spectacular but decent, with a nice range of options. Hotel staff was very accommodating. We stayed in the main building, which is newer and in our opinion far nicer than the one advertises an "Ocean View." That ocean view is mainly blocked by pine trees, with a giant stretch of broken up concrete laid out between the hotel and the trees, which we thought was pretty ugly. In the newer building, our balcony had a little stretch of sea visible, with nice trees all around and the sound of waves.
