Family of 10 over the Christmas and new year period. ||The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The views from the roof terrace are stunning as is the sky lounge on level 11. ||The hotel did not have any bottle water in the rooms so we had to be buying water every few days which was unsatisfactory. The food was ok but needed more variety considering the price you pay for all inclusive as well as the drinks. ||Swimming pool in doors was good and kept clean and towels always available. The sauna however was very full when opened and found ourselves not fully benefiting from it due to lack of space. ||The side street bar could do with more staff especially during the day as we found ourselves waiting for be served for a while.||The hotel should look at activities for teenagers as without the pool or leaving the hotel there isn’t much for teenagers to do. ||I would like to give a shout out to Akhil and Jijo mixologist on level 11 as well as Parveen mixologist for there great service and taking care of my family and myself during our stay. There are a credit to the hotel.

I had a booking for my birthday on Sunday and was looking for a hair salon that day. I visited the guest assistance desk and was lucky to meet Chachiy who helped me find a salon. She was incredibly patient and called each salon to find the best options for me with good prices. I was truly impressed with her assistance. Also, when I returned from the restaurant, I found my room beautifully decorated, which made my birthday more memorable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel during Christmas time. We loved the entertainment and decorations; everything was beautiful. The customer service was outstanding, making our experience even more special.

During my recent stay , I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued, upen on check-in, Mary Lou . She was incredibly efficient and took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities and nearby attractions.she proved us such a nice room with a sea view, The housekeeping team went above and beyond in making sure my room was spotless and comfortable. Every day, the room was refreshed with attention to detail. During breakfast and dinner, the restaurant staff were attentive and always offered excellent service.Thankx to Jit thapa, Kala rai, Padam thapa,Anjali rai, Shreejana,Khmer,Amit kumal,Sabita,Sunita,Dhurba and kapil for your incredible service, and lastly thankx to all chef and their team who provided us delicious food during our stay

We stayed here for Christmas and must say it was the most fantastic time. From the moment you arrive you are treated exceptionally well. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on there face. Food is fantastic and plenty of choice. We have travelled across the world and would say this one of the best we have stayed in. Congratulations to you all. We shall be back this year as soon as the dates are available to book. Happy New year to you all.

My husband and myself visited Malta in October 2024 for a week. We have never been to Malta before and were visiting for a music weekend and found a great deal at this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Can't fault anything about it.|The car park is across the road and down the ramp (underneath the italian restaurant) and you can access the hotel via the walkway underneath, so no need to cross the road. Just give the parking ticket to reception when you're going back to your car, and they will validate, so no need to pay. Brilliant service.|We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was amazing, and I do wish we had opted for the all inclusive option as it is a bit of a walk into town, but is manageable.|Pools all clean and the rooftop infinity pools are a nice touch.|If I were to return to Malta again, I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again and to use more of the facilities.

Stayed over Christmas and new year , from word go this hotel ticks every box , it offers sooo much , great food. , great staff , clean , spacious room. Drinks were great , especially the mimosa cocktail . Entertainment was always on there from bagpipers , musicians , tribute band on New Year’s Eve . Firework display . Everyting there runs like clockwork , Valentino and the blond woman who were brilliant from the bar , barista coffee was fantastic some of the guys there stood out from others , staff were always enthusiastic and helpful , this hotel is run perfectly . Very good hotel, excellent amenities, we stayed bed and breakfast. The food at breakfast was top quality and varied. The hotel was very clean in all areas, very modern decor throughout. Room very comfortable with sea view. Would stay at this hotel again.

Wow Wow!! |What an amazing Hotel.|We loved our stay from the moment we checked in, until the moment we checked out! |We went for a week 31/10/24 (AI) for a week for my birthday. ||Staff were amazing (all of them very professional, polite, and couldn’t do enough for you). ||Rooms were immaculate and cleaned regularly. ||Food always fresh, hot and with a good choice! And even the staff in the restaurants were great. ||We had a visit to the À la carte restaurant on the top floor, wow it was exceptional to say the least! Service amazing, food glorious and all the waiting staff could not do enough for you. Thank you to Aamir, Schion, Bandira and Pradeep for such fabulous service. ||We had a meal at the Riccardo restaurant and yet again amazing service and lovely food (the portions were huge though) so be careful what or how much you order). ||The roof top bar and pool brilliant, fantastic choice of menus and all the staff are amazing. |So polite and very professional. It’s a lovely relaxing area with pools and hot tubs you will not be disappointed. ||Last but not least ! A must do!! |Visit the side street bar in the hotel!! This was an amazing experience for us, we went every evening, it is such a beautiful bar, with beautiful ambiance, and they all make you feel very special. ||We was served regularly by the fabulous “Fabian” who might I add is absolutely amazing at her job! Remembered what cocktail me and my husband liked almost immediately.|Always very polite, attentive, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Wish there was a “ Fabian” in every hotel!! Please let her know we said this, she deserves all the credit due. Thank you Fabian for making our stay such a pleasant one. Xx ||Just a little information to share, take a visit to the “ Elvis bar” just around the corner. It’s a great atmosphere with the European Elvis Champion Tribute Elvis, he’s brilliant. ||There is also the lovely Malta Classic Car Collection show shop just around the corner! It’s a lovely experience that only cost a few euros each, well worth the visit. ||Just to summarise , me and my husband have traveled to many places and stayed at many 4/5 star luxury hotels but this one! I have to say is by far one of the best we have stayed in due to the ambience, the cleanliness, the food, the professional staff, the choices, the amenities, the location! Need I say more xx
