Our stay at Seaside Finolhu was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The island is stunning, the water crystal clear, and the atmosphere perfectly blends luxury and relaxation.||||Our villa was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — waking up to the ocean view each morning felt unreal.||||The food was incredible! Every restaurant had its own charm — the Crab Shack for a perfect beach day, Kanusan for a romantic dinner, Arabian Grill with its rich flavours, and the main restaurant with endless delicious options.||||The service was next level. All the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you to our Roohu, Nashwaan, who went above and beyond every day — so kind, attentive, and always with a smile. He truly made our stay unforgettable.||||Finolhu is pure paradise — we left with the best memories and can’t wait to return! 💙

Finolhu Resort in the Maldives is absolutely exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The seaplane ride to the island was a fun experience as it was our first time experiencing the seaplane, from the moment we landed, the service was warm, attentive, and truly world-class, the clear blue water and the natural white sand made for breath taking views. Our villa was absolutely incredible, we were taken back by the large size of the villa and watched the best sunsets from our villa pool or just laying on the deck lounges. |The food was outstanding, the team really push the boundaries to keep improving the quality and the produce was so fresh, we chose the island because of its various activities, natural sand and clear waters and the number of restaunts it had, it has 4 restaurants which made for great unique experiences at each one and provided variety, each restaurant was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.||The incredible staff - were do we start, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they constantly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.|We loved our buggy rides with Hanim, our wonderful butler, who made everything so seamless. At the restaurants, the team was equally outstanding. Upul always had fascinating stories and fantastic food and drink recommendations, while Ali, Abulho, and Nimal greeted us each morning with such kindness and attention. Muhyi the perfect omelettes and pastas and Lahiru the most delicious crepes and waffles! Moustafa at The Beach Bar mixed the best cocktails and always took time to chat, making every visit a pleasure. We’re also grateful to Dumi and all the other staff whose hospitality made us feel so welcome. ||We also loved the variety of sports and activities on offer — especially the golf simulator and beach tennis with Ashan, who made each game so much fun. There are several snorkeling and diving experiences on offer also.||Finolhu is truly a paradise — stunning views, fresh and delicious food, and an incredible team that makes every moment memorable.|The staff really made this place amazing for us just as much as the picturesque scenery, we can't wait to visit again sometime in the future, keep pushing the boundaries team, you're doing a fantastic job.||From,|Marcia and Jason xoxo

Absolutely amazing! Words can't even describe how beautiful this location is. Our room was perched over their reef - we literally woke up each morning with the chance to swim with all types of marine life. A true paradise for anyone into snorkeling or diving. ||A special thanks to Reema, our host, for taking care of us for the week. Booking dinners and excursions was a breeze. The food, the drinks, and the room were far beyond anything we could expect (definitely suggest booking the premium all-inclusive).||Some other names we can't leave out:||Mousafa - True shisha master|Ash - thanks for introducing us to Maldivian pizza|Ali - Wonderful dining accommodations|Paban - great cocktail recommendations|Umars - thanks for checking in on us, making sure everything was prefect|Azleen- impeccable service and food recommendations |The entire dive team - amazing excursion swimming with the turtles ||Warning: most resorts in the Maldives DO NOT have a wide variety of food/restaurants at their disposal. If you truly like all-inclusive resorts and prefer not to eat the same thing every night, this is the place for you. Do not miss out!

We just returned from 12 days on Seaside Finolhu. This was our third trip to this wonderful island. We have been to many resorts in the Maldives (One and Only Reethi Rah, both Four Seasons, Soneva Fushi, Anataria Kihava ,Conrad, Como Malifushi) but Finolhu has become our favourite one.||Every time we come back, there are improvements (new paddle court, teens club (really cool) and art club).||Everybody on the island is super friendly, Buttler service is incredible (SAANIH did an outstanding job, thank you!!!) ||In addition, Management is around all the time, speaking to guests and asking for feedback.||We did a number of trips (Manta Excursion - saw about 80 Mantas and 2 whalesharkes!), Dolphin‘s Cruise (saw 50 plus dolphins), fishing trip (caught 17!!! Tuna) and did lots of diving with Maria from the dive shop who did an amazing job teaching our sons (14 and 8). The house reef has improved over the years and is incredible).||We stayed in a two bedroom water villa which is incredible and just a 2 minute swim away from the house reef. Just sitting in the villa, you can see turtles, rays, and even dolphins swimming by)||The lagoon is very good for small kids as the water is very calm for swimming and for water sports. We did a lot of paddle boarding and sailing. The water sports Centre is incredibly well equipped with all the toys you can think of.||The Baa Atoll is by far the nicest, as the wildlife and scuba diving is just incredible.||Food is incredible and there is a great variety. Crab Shack is super relaxed, with a cool DJ, the Japanese restaurant is extremely good, the Arab restaurant is better than what we have eaten in the Middle East and the main restaurant offers great variety with lots of different theme nights (Indian Food, Maldivian Food).||The Milk Lab is great for chilling, eating ice cream or drinking fresh ice tea after playing tennis or chess with the family.||The gym is als very well equipped.||The kids club is great and the new teens club is great as the kids are growing up great pool table, PlayStation etc.||It felt really said leaving Finolhu, we had an amazing time we we were very lucky with the weather as we had 12 days of sun shine. This is the ideal island for relaxing, no need to dress up in you Jimmy Choos for dinner and the clientele is also very pleasant.||Every guest we spoke to also loved it.||Hopefully we will be back soon!

Words can hardly describe how wonderful our stay at this hotel was. First and foremost, the hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking, with elegant decor that blends seamlessly with the Maldivian charm. Every corner feels like a postcard, making every moment of our stay visually delightful.||Equally impressive is the staff – every single member greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. ||Among them, our Roohu “Nook” deserves a special shout-out. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and took care of every little detail of our trip flawlessly. What surprised us even more was her excellent command of both Chinese and Thai, which eliminated all communication barriers and made us feel right at home. Most importantly, she helped arrange a truly romantic and beautiful proposal ceremony for us – it was beyond our wildest expectations and became the most precious memory of our Maldivian trip.||Last but not least, the Maldivian scenery here is simply unparalleled. The crystal-clear blue sea, white sandy beaches, and vibrant marine life right at our doorstep made every day feel like a dream.||We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Maldives. We will definitely be back for another amazing stay in the future!

This was a truly one of the most beautiful, relaxing vacations I have been on. From the moment you step off the sea plane onto the doc, you feel taken care of. You are greeted by staff and taken by your butler via golf cart to your villa. The villa was clean and stocked. Fresh and sparkling water replenished daily. Your butler is available to arrange excursions, reservations, spa treatments and rides to and from wherever you are going on the island. Prior to traveling, resort staff will gladly email you prices of different meal plans so you can pick what makes sense for you and your budget. The gym is in excellent condition and overlooks the ocean. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the different offerings are rotated. We tried new things each day and enjoyed them all. Don’t miss the white party at the Crab Shack! All the restaurants were well above average. Kanusan and Crab Shack were our personal favorites. The beaches and clear water are great for snorkeling. We always felt safe everywhere on the island. Above all, the warmness and hospitality of the staff stand out superiorly. Saju, our butler was on top of everything. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, keeping us up to date if events changed due to weather and making suggestions to enhance our experience. We had a massage on a rainy day that was wonderful and relaxing. Perfect after a long journey. We looked forward to seeing all of our new friends (staff) each day a different meals and events. Umars, Sunny, Tamilla were so welcoming and friendly. Ali and Abulho were always welcoming at breakfast and Upol made all our dinner experiences amazing. I highly recommend ordering the French toast made by Luhira at breakfast. It was delicious. Ashfaan, Rikki and Deny at the club bar made the best drinks and snacks!

Stunning resort, having stayed in Six Senses resorts elsewhere in the world I thought this be a step down in quality but I was wrong, everything was perfect and it’s a stunning location, comparable to those resorts. Incredible facilities; great size gym (up to 50kg dumbbells, two benches, cable machine, trap bar, smith machine), spa, water sports, table tennis, tennis, racket ball etc all incredible facilities Food was very high quality, everything made and baked fresh, pastries were incredible. Cocktails were big city quality. Their theme nights were excellent. There was a full moon one on the beach and it was an incredible atmosphere. I would definitely return here, the nicest place I’ve stayed around the world. My only suggested improvement would be to make it a ‘no shoes’ kind of place. A couple of the restaurants attempt a kind of dress code which is odd for such a beach place, make it more relaxing. No shoes should ever be worn!

Anyone who has ever given this place less than 5 stars is just, wrong. We came and stayed at the overwater private pool villa for a couple nights after staying at a nearby local island and it was more than we imagined. The room was super modern, spacious and utterly jaw dropping. The breakfast buffet, I never wanted to finish eating, the themed Maldivian dinner night with a fire show, amazing. The colors, decor, the food, the staff especially Mr. Ali were all beyond exceptional. Walking around and through the island everything is covered by beautiful trees for shade and a feeling your in a secluded tropical paradise. Before we landed on booking Finolhu we had looked at countless other resorts and now looking back I couldn’t imagine not staying there again. We plan on making this an annual vacation. Truly blown away and can not recommend enough.
