Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia

Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia is an oasis of luxury and tranquility. It’s the kind of place designed for true relaxation — no crowds, no chaos, just peaceful elegance. The property feels intimate and exclusive, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away and the beach only 5–10 minutes by foot. The atmosphere is serene, and while the crowd skews older, I didn’t mind one bit — it added to the peaceful charm. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with champagne, mimosas, and cooked-to-order dishes, and dinner was a highlight every single night. Definitely opt for half board so you don’t miss the incredible BBQs. The spa deserves its own applause — sauna, steam, salt room, cold plunge — I went every day and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I also appreciated the no-phone rule in public areas — it truly encourages you to unplug and be present. The staff here are next-level, learning every guest’s name and making you feel genuinely cared for.

We have just returned from this fabulous hotel. The staff (Antonio, Daniella, Stephanie, Victor) and others were so attentive. ||I am a disabled lady and one evening whilst out, I go a puncture and the reception staff were so helpful. They lent me a wheelchair and took my chair away to get fixed, an unbelievable service!! ||The little extra touches make this hotel so special, like the fruit drink each morning, whilst were were sitting on the sunbeds and each afternoon, Antonio would come round with ice cold flannels to cool us down. ||The food was amazing too, the BBQ twice a week was wonderful, not to mention the evening meals, exceptional. I would compare the food to Le Gavroche or Gordan Ramsay's.||I would love to return one day and relive this experience!

Another Great holiday at this hotel and we’ve already booked again for next year. Very difficult to fault which is why we’re happy to keep going back when it meets all our needs. We decided there is no point going somewhere different when we suspect we will be disappointed in comparison. The staff are all very pleasant and go out of their way to make your stay all that you want. Everywhere is spotless, food exceptional. There are a very high number of guests that return each year , which proves Grand Residencia is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday . For adults I would happily recommend it 5 stars all round. For children possibly a different hotel which has more facilities with them in mind.

After many visits to the hotel there is always a fear that things may have changed …. However at Grand Residencia everything continues to be perfect !|From the greeting at reception, the spotless room, attentive pool staff and of course excellent food we could not have wished for more. |Staff greet everyone around the hotel with smiles and are so efficient.|Even after all these years (since 2002 we think) we will be back again soon 🥰

Although I have reviewed this hotel in the past, I can honestly say I have never found one single fault in any area of our stays which we have been doing every June and December for a number of years. The staff are incredible, nothing is too much trouble and we always look forward to visiting our 'second home'!! The standards never drop from the excellent food, to the spotless rooms and amazing heated pool. We rarely leave the hotel as it is so good but there are nice shops and bars close by if we want an early evening stroll. Just try it and I can guarantee you will return as have the majority of the guests!!

Another exceptional stay at this lovely hotel. Each time I visit is like coming home. Staff are so nice, I would especially like to mention Stephanie and Pilli who always have a lovely welcome when I come back.

Our fifth time to the Grand Residencia and it just never disappoints. The staff are exceptional; always very warm and welcoming and they all work damn hard across all areas of the hotel, to give guests a great experience. Nothing is ever too much. It is great too, to see so many familiar staff faces each year, which is a rarity in the hospitality industry where turnover tends to be very high. The number of repeat customers who have been coming for years and decades is also testament to the hard work of the Grand Residencia team and its continued success.

So, this is just a brief note to say that I love the Seaside Grand Residencia. I stayed at the sister hotel Palm Beach, which I also love, and decided to prolong my stay with one night. I asked GM Nicole of the Palm Beach if she thought it would be a good idea to try the Grand Residencia, and she thought it would be an excellent idea. She even drove me with her car the 200 meters from Palm beach to Grand Residencia. Wow, talk about VIP service. I felt very special! |The welcome to the GHR was flawless with the bell captain waiting to whisk my suitcase away. The front desk offered me a welcome drink, and then I was escorted to my deluxe room with pool view. The room is super nice. Quite big, about 40m2 I would say, and with all the amenities you would expect from a 5GL star hotel. Complimentary fruit and water were available and there were yellow roses scattered about the room and in the bathroom. There was a king-size bed and two comfortable armchairs.|The balcony had very comfortable chairs and a small table and the view was facing the pool area. In the hotel that is not a problem because it’s just a quiet, beautiful area.|I had half-board, so breakfast and dinner were included. The food was exceptional! Both dinner and breakfast. |The service is out of this world and makes this place truly special. I would love to have been able to stay another couple of nights (or weeks!) but I had to get back to real life.|I would love to go back! |To finish this review, I need to say that I also love Palm Beach. Since these hotels are sister hotels, I hope management won’t mind. The GHR is a smaller, much more intimate property with very personalized service and I believe adult-only, while Palm beach is a bigger property with more action going on.
