Seaside Palm Beach

Superior Room, Ocean View Room reasonably large with space for 2 people to move around comfortably. Plain balcony. Small, but very nice, bathroom with toilet and quite a large shower – could do with an extractor fan; window not as effective. Ocean view room means the opposite side of the hotel to pool and activities area, which means quieter. Nice beach and ocean view is over the hotel car park and a road of low rise beach front apartments. Very little noise from outside. Higher floor probably has better view and quieter. We were on the 4th floor and the view was pretty good, and were not bothered by any noise. Lots of wardrobe, cupboard and drawer space. 40+ inch TV. Several UK channels. Six digit safe in the wardrobe is just big enough for my 15.6 inch laptop. Wifi 10 mbps up / 10 mbps down in room. Wifi connection with room number is a bit hit and miss, but reception has a work around. Aircon fan was a little noisy, but it didn't stop us from sleeping. The aircon cooled the room fine. Double curtains kept out light very well. Other Could do with more no smoking areas and more clearly sign posted. Good WiFi signal everywhere in hotel, even on my cheapo tablet. Excellent and very extensive breakfast buffet with a little table service. All staff and services were **excellent**, and staff were always very helpful. A large variety of activities and excursions can be booked from the concierge desk. Italian restaurant good. Rather good cabarets every night at bar.

Beautiful hotel, full of character. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with a great view of the sea and a good sized balcony with comfy chairs. The food was excellent quality and we ate in the restaurant a lot. There’s plenty to entertain in the gardens, a lovely big pool and quality live music every evening. The area has plenty to do whether you like long beach walks, wildlife spotting, shopping, or beautiful parks such as Parque Tony Gallardo nearby. Our return flight was evening and we were given late checkout free of charge which made leaving so much easier. We’ll definitely come back here, it’s fabulous.

We were placed here for 10 nights by our insurance after my wife had a serious accident. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, ice packs at 3pm or 3am were no problem and the duty manager checked on us every couple of days which was kind. Breakfast was a real treat everyday and the pools relaxing and well supervised. Lunch by the pool was high quality and the staff friendly but professional. We look forward to visiting again when we can really enjoy the facilities.

Great hotel in a great location. The rooms aren't spectacular but very adequate and everything else, from the staff to the food to the property were. Pools were lovely, and so was the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area and the food for breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant. We were a family of 5 including an infant and the service received was top notch! They accommodated our every need.

We came as a group of 12 playing golf and enjoying the hotel. This was our second time and it was 1st Class as previously. The staff are so lovely and professional, buffet the best you can experience all being freshly cooked and very varied. Adult pool, guys helping with umbrellas and sunbeds nothing was too much trouble. |Can't wait to return to this wonderfully run top class hotel.

We stayed at the Seaside Palm Beach at the end of October, and it was one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is great – the 70s theme is very cool, especially the vibe and décor of the formal bar. Would highly recommend going All Inclusive – we got really good value out of it. Our favourite part of the day was lunch at the pool bar, where the food was excellent! The premium drinks package was also above expectations, with Taittinger champagne on offer. The breakfast and dinner buffets are top quality, and the two à la carte restaurants are well worth a visit – especially since one visit to each is included in the All Inclusive. Lastly, it’s hard to argue with the location. The sand dunes national park next door adds to the tranquillity, and there’s a fantastic one-mile promenade walk along the clifftop to the next beach resort. If you can get a beach-view room, the sunrises are spectacular. Overall, a strong recommend!

Had another great time at Palm Beach. A real luxury at this time of year and for us a home from home. Everything is always as expected. A relaxed, friendly and professional experience from start to finish. A short distance to the promenade and dunes with Hotels along the promenade as well as shops, restaurants and cafe's. Something for everyone and apart from a morning walk we prefer the sanctuary of the Hotel away from the crowds. The Hotel itself provides luxury facilities as you would expect from a 5 star Hotel including the spa and 3 good size swimming pools and a jacuzzi. An ever present hands on approach from senior management and Hotel Directors who lead by example which filters down throughout the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. In fact upon our departure at the airport we bumped into Nicole Schaffers who helped us negotiate an automated security gate. Now that is service!!

We had a fantastic holiday at Seaside Palm Beach. The hotel is immaculately clean, the food is outstanding, and the service is excellent. Nicole Schaffers, the General Manager, is ever present and clearly leads a dedicated team — many of whom have been with the hotel for years. Her leadership really shows in the hotel’s warm atmosphere and high standards.||Over the years we’ve also stayed at the sister property, Seaside Grand Residencia, and it offers the same exceptional quality, just in a smaller and quieter setting.||We would not hesitate to recommend Seaside Palm Beach and look forward to returning.
