In the mood for a good laugh? Just walk into this store and check out their prices. Outdoor sectional seating for $17,000. You might think I'm joking, but I'm dead serious. Sectional outdoor sofa in the back was marked as originally 17,000 marked down to $9,000. Are these people insane?! Do they not know furniture stores 5 miles away are charging 10X less? It's not even high quality, just mid range outdoor furniture that costs the same as a new car! Ridiculous!

Had a great experience at Seasonal Concepts. I had never been in the store before, but I was looking for a specific type of outdoor dining table that I could not find anywhere else. My salesperson Kylie was super helpful and friendly. She immediately showed me a few options and gave me pricing on all of them. Some tables were available and in stock and some were special order. We went home to talk it over and Kylie called me a few days later to let me know the sale had changed and that she found yet another table and chair option for me. Their prices were equivalent to other places we had looked, but they had more choices. I went back in and ordered what I wanted and had it delivered in a few days. Product was great quality and I will definitely be going back in a few months to look at xmas trees.

Had a mixup with my furniture order which Mark, the owner, personally took care of and he threw in some extra pillows for the trouble. Thank you Mark! My patio furniture looks amazing!

WOW - over our 23 years living in Overland Park our family has purchased 3 Christmas trees from Seasonal Concepts. Why? selection - knowledgeable staff - helpful staff - great products and they truly CARE about their clients. Did I mention they have incredible staff!! They just replaced a segment of our tree we purchased three years ago - why? cause they TRULY CARE about their customers. We won't shop for our Christmas needs anywhere else!! GREAT JOB!! We ordered patio furniture covers with the much-appreciated assistance and experience of Mary Acord. Her knowledge of merchandise options was exceptional and her recommendation resulted in purchasing covers which are perfect. Great buying experience!

Our first experience with Seasonal Concepts was a fantastic one! We LOVE our new patio furniture as the quality of it is so much better than our last sectional set. The deep seating, the custom colored cushions, the gorgeous fire pit... all of it is perfect! We also appreciated the wonderful customer service we experienced (especially during the Covid stay-at-home order)! Highly recommend them!

High prices but we liked what we purchased until we had a problem with a piece breaking. Customer service is a joke at this store. Tried several times to talk to the rep & she finally blocked me on her phone. I never got to talk to her. Will NEVER set foot in this store again. I can actually buy many of the same items at Nebraska Furniture & they are customer service all the way. To update the owner personally called & apologized for the service I had received. He also shipped me the parts I needed.

Ordered a couple Treasure Garden replacement umbrella stands from this company. Price was very fair, ordering was easy and they followed up on our order multiple time with me via email indicating a delivery date. I was very pleased with the Customer Service and every aspect of my purchase and would use them again without question.

Worst place ever. It is super junky. Also, I don't get where they got there ridiculous prices. We saw a couch that was originally 16k but marked down 9,000. They have lost our business. Please save your time and don't go there, go to the other furniture store next door.​

We went in to check prices on patio umbrellas needing to replace ours due to wind damage. We left with a new gas fire pit and an umbrella. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. Delivery was cheaper than their competitors and the prices were comparable. In our case, the store price matched, as well. Can't wait to get our backyard oasis refreshed for the spring! Supporting local and friendly staff is more important to me than going to any big box store. The quality is better, too.

Went looking for a patio set and firepit and had a terrible shopping experience. I only went in because I had purchased a pool table and shuffleboard from what I now know is a separate company who moved into a larger space downtown. I was happy with my gameroom purchases but the patio shopping didnt go near as well, it all appeared to be older styles and extremely overpriced. I went to the mart and was able to spend $5,000 (half) and get what appears to be the same brand. It wouldn't surprise me to see these guys close up shop before the year is over.

Probably the worst place you could choose to do business in the state of Kansas. There is absolutely no customer service and they do not live up to their word. Definitely steer clear of this place if you are needing any type of items they sell. I know they have been around awhile but with their attitudes and customer service I can't imagine they will be around much longer. No one has given them more than one star on here and that is because we can't give a 0 star review. Please take heed and go somewhere else. You will not get what was promised to you anywhere close to the timeframe they say and you will way over pay.

Purchased a variety of outdoor furniture from seasonal concepts this year. The service was always great in the store and they were super helpful. I did compare their prices and quality to other stores and found it to be the best option. We were willing to pay a little more for good service and a long lasting product!

Worse than 1 star. Once Connie Parvin, the person that is suppose to be their customer service rep, found out that I needed some parts that were covered under the warranty she would not even return my calls or respond to my messages. The factory did respond and I am now having to deal with them direct.

worst place to buy anything! overpriced, terrible brand selection, weak sales staff and the owner has no clue about anything. safe yourself time and money and buy the se thing or better for less online or nebraska furniture mart!

Seasonal Concepts reads as a run-of-the-mill outdoor furniture store with almost nothing jumping out at me. Their accessory selection was disappointing, with a tiny part of the store dedicated to plant pots, and very few plant stands. Maybe a couple cute bistro sets, and a whole lot of wicker. I will say that there was an outstanding table top fountain that I would have purchased on the spot, if it was not for an amazing little cell phone app called ShopSavvy. I scanned the barcode and found the same fountain for literally half the price elsewhere. I am fine with paying a little more to get an item I want right away, and support a local store; I -do- understand overhead costs, but double the price is insane.

My experience and interactions with them has been exceptional. High integrity, trust, service, and commitment to customer satisfaction are the qualities and priorities that make a great business. This is a great business. The people....sales staff, delivery crew, and management of this business is as good as it gets. They will not disappoint. You can count on them to make your special place or event, all you dreamed it would be. They went above and beyond expectations for us.

Horrible customer service, prices much higher than competition. I left because the salesperson was rude and found the exact item at another store for half he price.

My comments are similar to ones I have read. I wished I would have read them earlier. Ordered & paid for chair covers and were told they would be in in six weeks. It has been about 10 weeks and they are not in, nor can anyone tell me when they will arrive. Customer services reps claim to not know what it going on and it is very difficult to get anyone to return your call. It seems as though they like to take your money ahead of time but do a poor job of delivery. There are many other places to shop in town. I just wish I would have done just that.

First let me say that I live in Wichita and went into the store for the first time as they were getting Christmas trees to the floor. .It was a major mess but I understood and was able to look at the trees without being decorated. Some still in packing. I found one that was just the right size. 10 1/2 feet. Drove back to Wichita and found nothing close to this one. I didn't have numbers or item sku. Called back and talked to the nicest lady, called again and talked to the most friendly gentleman. Ordered it over the phone. It arrived, no kidding the next day. I am looking for patio furniture now. You are on my list, actually 1st on my list. Thank you for being so kind, my mother was right, it does go a long way. Nancy

We just left this store. We drove 30 minutes to get there, excited to buy a Christmas tree for our family. I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service. There was only one other person shopping in the store. No one offered to help us as we walked around. I asked an associate a question regarding trees and she didn't even have the common decency to look up from her cell phone. When I asked her a follow up question she got up from her seat, annoyed, and walked to a tree to give me the answer. The trees, especially for the prices, are not full. They have lots of gaps and holes and look cheap. You're better off going to Hobby Lobby or Michael's were the employees are actually kind. I will NEVER shop here again.

If there was zero stars choice I would pick it as a rating. Ordered an umbrella, frame only, Labor Day weekend because owner or manager told my husband and I, "no problem we can have it in 7 to 10 days". Well, it's been a month and still no frame. The associate that answered the phone was very condescending and rude. In fact, she told me she wanted me to speak to the customer service manager and that manager would not even take the time to get on the phone to talk to me. The associate had to get back on the phone and tell me what the manager pointed out on our ticket which was a ship date of 10/4 and then it takes about a week or two from there. Anyways, I had purchased all my rod iron furniture from them several years back along with a few Christmas trees but this will be my last purchase made at Seasonal Concepts. I like good quality and don't mind paying a little extra but these days customer service trumps quality and price and they do not have good customer service!
