Seasons Airport Hotel

The staff where friendly and helpful. But this Hotel has seen its best days. If you have problems with noice I would not recommend, neighbor to a nightclub, and when they close at around 3am the dogs start to bark. Doors and walls seem to be made of paper so you hear everything. The room was clean and the chef did a good friend chicken with rice.

The 1star is because of the spacious rooms but arrogant receptionist (Danson) loud music until 4am morning, and worst as per the arrogant receptionist I have mentioned above, if you book the hotel arriving 3am morning then expect to pay double if you leave the following morning! As a travel agency owner I had never had this kind of policy with any hotel worldwide. Probably I advise the hotel management needs to find serious guys on business to handle customers with dignity

Worst experience! Bedbugs! Mosquitoes Spent a vigil night at a deluxe room. The mosquitoes couldn't allow me to sleep..the swam of bedbugs feed on my blood. Waaah left the bedsheets full of blood Before morning just decided to sit upright for sanity. Cannot imagine another person going through the experience. Currently my body is all itchy coz of bites.

Exactly what I was looking for" “Was exactly what I was looking for. Affordable, close to the airport, quiet to get a peaceful sleep and internet was fast enough to FaceTime or watch Netflix. I even got a pedicure at a nearby shop. Free American breakfast... Would stay again.

Seasons was a few hours of sleep for me before Safari. They accommodated a 2:00am check-in. I will always be grateful, sirs.

1. Plumbing didn't work at the basin2. Next day, there is no water at the basin3. No Cole's water in the shower. Only hot water was working

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is also professional and I liked their service. There are lots of activities going out in the surrounding area so you may have to put up with some noise, especially over the weekends. The noise is not too loud though and cannot prevent one from having a peaceful stay. Overall, it's a great hotel.

It was just one night. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel is clean. However it is not as close to the airport as I thought. There was no transfer from airport as stated. Mosquitoes in room, net was broken. Neighbours were partying till very late. The area does not feel very safe. But I guess you get what you paid for.
