Concrete + Water is the first place I stop when I’m in the mood for something cute or looking for a particular item, because I’m pretty much guaranteed to find it there (hello sweater that I wore almost daily this past winter!). It’s also the place I bring visiting friends when I want to impress them, lol! I’m so glad C+W came along — it’s just what this town needed.
