Great location and price but service was not great. I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks but no one at the front desk would even greet good morning or evening. Rooms are big but cleaning was not good. There was no point in having the room cleaned except for new towels and toilet paper and bed was made. The layer of dust on the work and side table and corners were still there after housekeeping left. Hotel has great access to several bus stops and within walking distance to shops.

Spacious room (Standard Double room on 1st floor), but smelled odd like cat litter. Great location but took me ages to get checked in with the bond ($100). Restaurant downstairs was useful because I didn't feel too safe walking around after dark.

Great location and 24hr service but the rooms were old style though the bathroom look newer but fit and finish wasn't quite there. Such as the shower glass door wouldn't close and door protruding slightly. Also the area between the toilet and towel rack was quite narrow. Also the room would make random noises. There was large $300 bond which was mentioned in the reviews but not at the hotel details. I probably spend a bit more for more modern accomodation

This motel did not meet expectations. Rooms was old and shabby. As we were there Saturday and Sunday nights then again 10 days later. 2 different rooms. They did not clean the cups, that were stained already. There is no housekeeping on a Sunday at all. They weren't friendly nor informative, it took ages to check in and out. They have a security deposit in case you damage anything. The furniture and facilities, shower over bath ect, are not to be recommended for older people. Beds were comfortable. No where to put luggage to pack and unpack. Overall not recommended Location was central for sightseeing around Perth CBD. Not a lot of food shops without walking a few blocks. Room as mentioned above.

Great location to shops. Housekeeping threw away a new pair of shoes and refused to ownership of the accident and could only say put it in writing. First room had plumbing issues - moved us across the way instantly - basement lobby smells like cat urine - rooms very outdated . No Foxtel even . $15 to use the laundry facility and $30 a night for car parking

Not enjoyable stay… I They ask for $300 deposit bond which is a bit high if I’m completely honest and doesn’t state that it needs to be on a card. Can’t use cash. You have to sign to say that if the smoke alarm goes off due to steam etc in the room you have to pay for the fire service which is over $1000. Cocktails were overpriced for what you get in a standard drinking cup, bit of mango syrup some dried yuck looking lemons and mint and a tonne of ice. Not worth $9. Especially when they promote them throughout the bar. Staff were reasonably nice. Overall I definitely don’t want to stay here again though. The property is very outdated and needs some work done. The price kind of shows that but you don’t even get a kitchenette in the rooms. Noisy outdated aircon plus noise from outside can be heard very easily. Windows seemed dangerous opening to a little level bit where someone’s child could easily squeeze out of. Just not up to standard and shouldn’t be 4 stars.

This is not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 star motel. The room was not clean, the shower door was dirty, the sink was brown, with dust on the outside. The tea cups were so badly stained, I don't think they were ever washed. There was a sheet over the duvet which was brown and stained. The bed and pillows were so hard. The bed sheet was just a thin sheet covering, that kept coming off. The iron had cellotape over the broken water cover, so when you iron, water falls out. There was 1 shampoo and 1 body wash for my family for 3 nights. The toilet was stained, the sofa material was torn and damaged, so obviously old. There was barely any lighting in the room. The pool is not part of the hotel, it is between the 2 pubs, so anyone not from the hotel that is eating or drinking can watch you swimming and it's not heated. The gate to enter the parking is rusty and bent, it bangs against the wall when you enter.

Certainly doesn’t deserve 4 stars! Unfriendly staff, didn’t mention anywhere before the carpark was $30/ night where it’s free in most hotels in Perth. Didn’t mention about the security bond either. The receptionist was unclear when explaining we had to pay $100 extra for the bond. Took awhile to get the bond back. Rooms were okay but not very clean, no microwave, fridge was stinking, hair blower not working, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever seen, very old furniture, dodgy car park (specially for the price!!!)…. We only got one key to enter the carpark and the room even through we were two staying in the room. Location is good but for the same price you can find WAY much better hotels in the centre of Perth. Very disappointed… First getaway in almost a year and it was literally ruined! Stay away from this hotel!
