Great location and price but service was not great. I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks but no one at the front desk would even greet good morning or evening. Rooms are big but cleaning was not good. There was no point in having the room cleaned except for new towels and toilet paper and bed was made. The layer of dust on the work and side table and corners were still there after housekeeping left. Hotel has great access to several bus stops and within walking distance to shops.

Great location and 24hr service but the rooms were old style though the bathroom look newer but fit and finish wasn't quite there. Such as the shower glass door wouldn't close and door protruding slightly. Also the area between the toilet and towel rack was quite narrow. Also the room would make random noises. There was large $300 bond which was mentioned in the reviews but not at the hotel details. I probably spend a bit more for more modern accomodation

Spacious room (Standard Double room on 1st floor), but smelled odd like cat litter. Great location but took me ages to get checked in with the bond ($100). Restaurant downstairs was useful because I didn't feel too safe walking around after dark.

Stayed for 4 nights and wasn’t fussed about the $300 bond as we were informed when booking. Room was clean and tidy and staff were kind and helpful even when asking for additional towels/pillows etc. Pool area with the bar was really nice. Only downside was the bar/street got quite noisy at night which can’t really be helped understandably. Would consider staying again for the price and how close it is to the main shopping area.

I live in Perth and had a very important four hour online interview scheduled at 5 am so I have decided to book a hotel room to be away from distractions. I paid $160 for one night. The receptionist wasn't welcoming at all. All I heard from him was:"ID AND A CREDIT CARD PLEASE". He hasn't explained that I'll be charged $300 in case I damage something, he just asked me to proceed with the payment. I know, it's a normal procedure though I'd like to be informed about what I'm making a payment for. Also, I had to wait at least 20 minutes to be checked in. Once I've made the payment I was given an envelope with the card, the receptionist didn't drop a word regarding where I could find the room and the floor I'm staying at. By the way, it's a 4 star hotel. The room was clean and okay overall, but it was terribly cold. I had to study there for 2 hours freezing to death and hoping the air-conditioning is going to work until I realised it's broken. I had to drive back home at 11 pm to get some warm clothes. As a conclusion, it was a stressful experience, when I was looking for a stress free environment. I haven't received a $300 refund yet, though it's been 3 business days and I was very cold during my stay. I will never ever stay at this hotel again and will never recommend it to anyone.

The hotel time forgot! This place is not great! From the smells when you walk in, to the smell of damp in the hallway and even in the room! With the shock of a $300! Deposit! The room was not even vacuumed and the dirt was really bad! Felt like it was a hostel. Don't stay here unless you want a fancy-ish hostel and you don't want to set the fire alarm off with a hot shower or you have to pay for the fire service coming out! 🤦 Update 03/05/2023 still not got our refund back for this room! No one is taking responsibility for the refund! Really bad customer service 😒

We stayed in a kind bedroom at Seasons of Perth a couple of weekends back following a friend's wedding in the city. Firstly, I left an expensive cosmetic product in the bathroom and realised the day after we checked out. I rang the hotel and the concierge I spoke with was kind and seemed helpful. He said he would check with the cleaning staff as they handle all lost & found items from the rooms. He said I'd hear back in a few days. It has now been over a week and I've called once more and emailed to follow up but I've had no response. A) poor communication and service b) it's not pleasant to effectively have something STOLEN by room service. The room was relatively clean and the king bed was large and relatively comfortable. Check in was slow and staff were not friendly. $200 bond held. The room had a musty, moth ball smell as did the entire corridor for level 3 (can't speak for the other levels). Overall a little over priced for the quality and service provided.

The good: Bed linens, nice and clean. Bathroom updated. Downtown location walkable. The restaurant/bar did a great job. We had some tasty meals, breakfast and dinner. The smashed avo for breakfast was really well done. We had that twice and skipped the standard fare at the buffet. The not so good: The $300 damage deposit. Tired and worn furniture, damage to counter surfaces and table edges. Really did not want to sit on the couch. $30/day to park. For the price point, maybe they get a fair amount of people that bring the party back to the hotel? Haven't run into a hotel holding $300 before. Having to sign that I was responsible for the fire call if I set off the smoke detector with the shower steam. That was a new one as well. Not a 4 star hotel, think that ship sailed.

Yelp
Value for money in Perth. Large rooms with walk in cupboard. Spacious room with older style furniture. Value for money with $119 per night for a double next to Perth CBD. Restaurants and mall 5 minutes away. Good for someone working and wanting space without too much luxury. No on site gym but down the road. Small pool next to bar for hot summer months. Staff are friendly and helpful. Did not try food.

Yelp
The fact that this passes as a 4 star hotel is a joke. Service is shocking, rooms are tired and old.
