Great location and price but service was not great. I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks but no one at the front desk would even greet good morning or evening. Rooms are big but cleaning was not good. There was no point in having the room cleaned except for new towels and toilet paper and bed was made. The layer of dust on the work and side table and corners were still there after housekeeping left. Hotel has great access to several bus stops and within walking distance to shops.

Great location and 24hr service but the rooms were old style though the bathroom look newer but fit and finish wasn't quite there. Such as the shower glass door wouldn't close and door protruding slightly. Also the area between the toilet and towel rack was quite narrow. Also the room would make random noises. There was large $300 bond which was mentioned in the reviews but not at the hotel details. I probably spend a bit more for more modern accomodation

Stayed for 4 nights and wasn’t fussed about the $300 bond as we were informed when booking. Room was clean and tidy and staff were kind and helpful even when asking for additional towels/pillows etc. Pool area with the bar was really nice. Only downside was the bar/street got quite noisy at night which can’t really be helped understandably. Would consider staying again for the price and how close it is to the main shopping area.

The good: Bed linens, nice and clean. Bathroom updated. Downtown location walkable. The restaurant/bar did a great job. We had some tasty meals, breakfast and dinner. The smashed avo for breakfast was really well done. We had that twice and skipped the standard fare at the buffet. The not so good: The $300 damage deposit. Tired and worn furniture, damage to counter surfaces and table edges. Really did not want to sit on the couch. $30/day to park. For the price point, maybe they get a fair amount of people that bring the party back to the hotel? Haven't run into a hotel holding $300 before. Having to sign that I was responsible for the fire call if I set off the smoke detector with the shower steam. That was a new one as well. Not a 4 star hotel, think that ship sailed.

Good central location and decent sized rooms, but very dated and in need of a deep clean as things like skirting boards were thick with dust and hair and the tv controller and phone were caked in filth. The noise was terrible too. Didn’t get much sleep as you can hear the pipes in the walls every time someone showers or turns a tap on and others talking.

It was not bad, but nothing too fancy. The price reflects this. The room was recently renovated. The bathroom was quite nice, the actual room was fine but just seemed "old". We just needed somewhere to stay after a night out for my birthday so it was great for that, but probably not somewhere I would go for a longer stay personally. The cocktails that we had brought up from room service were great and so cheap! $8 each or $25 for a jug which was great value.

This motel did not meet expectations. Rooms was old and shabby. As we were there Saturday and Sunday nights then again 10 days later. 2 different rooms. They did not clean the cups, that were stained already. There is no housekeeping on a Sunday at all. They weren't friendly nor informative, it took ages to check in and out. They have a security deposit in case you damage anything. The furniture and facilities, shower over bath ect, are not to be recommended for older people. Beds were comfortable. No where to put luggage to pack and unpack. Overall not recommended Location was central for sightseeing around Perth CBD. Not a lot of food shops without walking a few blocks. Room as mentioned above.

Room was as advertised. Comfortable bed. Staff pleasant. Central location. Enjoyed room. But also: Money i saved booking early, taken back by extra charge for parking when hotel had its own under ground parking lot. $30 extrs a day. Also not up to 4 star expectation, with no microwave, cutlery was just one wooden stick, and no toaster or plates. Even at every 1 and 2 star and budget hotels we ever stayed, all the above and parking were included free. It meant we had to have takeaway every day.

Yelp
Value for money in Perth. Large rooms with walk in cupboard. Spacious room with older style furniture. Value for money with $119 per night for a double next to Perth CBD. Restaurants and mall 5 minutes away. Good for someone working and wanting space without too much luxury. No on site gym but down the road. Small pool next to bar for hot summer months. Staff are friendly and helpful. Did not try food.

Yelp
The fact that this passes as a 4 star hotel is a joke. Service is shocking, rooms are tired and old.
