OK, so it is not the newest or most luxurious property, but it fully met our needs and expectations. We stayed in a deluxe double room, which was exceptionally large and comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The aircon was quiet and worked well. The bathroom was very clean and spotless (no mould).||||On arrival, we walked across from the international terminal (about five minutes: across the road outside the terminal, through a break in the fence to access the car park, then through the right hand side car park (bus park) then across another road to the hotel). We were given a free transfer to the domestic terminal early the next morning. We let them know on check in that we were checking out early, so they had a light breakfast pack awaiting for us on check out in lieu of breakfast in the restaurant.

I spent a night here in between flights with my 14 yo son. The Hotel is very tired and in need of a make over. The rooms are very basic but clean. The bathroom was old but the water was hot. Just remember to turn on the red hot water button near the room door to heat the water up first. It took me a couple of hours to sus this out. The TV has very basic channels, and if you don't like soccer, there is not much else in English. I didn't try the "Chinese" restaurant, and wouldn't recommend it. The pool looks like a health problem if you had the courage to get in! The location is clos to both terminals, and took me about 10 min to walk through the car park to reach the hotel. Take you luggage trolley with you. The beds were small, but comfortable, and the A/C looked new and worked well. If you only have a short time between flights, then this place would suit. If you can be bothered taking the hour or so to get into town, then its probably worth looking elsewhere.

Stayed here for a night in December-2017. Good for a transit stay otherwise there are good options inside the city. The hotel is close to the airport and is about 5 minutes of walk away. Hotel looks good from outside but rooms are old. We reached in the evening and had a morning flight to catch, hence worked out well for us. I would not recommend this hotel for more than 1 night. There is a food complex right in front of this hotel and we had a good dinner there.

This is my fifth stay and things continue to improve slowly. They now have wifi in the rooms not just in the public areas. Still had trouble getting the hot water to work. Rooms do not have fridges. Aircon works well which you definitely need. Breakfast is still quite poor but you can order omelette or other eggs. They do not tell you this and they have very little English. It is only 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk to the airport. Free transfer offered. Probably would only stay here because so close to airport and the traffic in Yangon is very bad. There prices have come down due to increased competition. This time I paid $60. I have paid up to $100 US. Its not worth anymore than $60. If you have to stay overnight for airport transfers this is a good place

The staff were lovely with excellent English. The hotel is in dire need of a return. Rooms are spacious and mine was very clean. The Air con was on and pre set. There were 4 power cuts throughout the night which is not the hotels fault but annoying when I was only there for 5 hours. ||As a stopover in between flights it is ok. Wifi only in the lobby.

Some well flavoured dim sum for breakfast at a reasonable price. We enjoyed some fried pumpkin. We also had a large beef soup to share between three of us. Thank you to the friendly family staff. The place was very empty in low season but is close to the airport.

This hotel is located opposite the International Airport, just 5 mins walk across the road.||I stayed at this hotel on 23 - 27 Sept 2018 with 3 other friends, using Superior Rooms, each room at USD50 complete with a simple breakfast. ||Service was friendly and helpful. However, this old hotel is not clean and I suspect it is full of dusk mites and caused me to have skin rashes, together with another friend. One of them had rashes on the backside in his previous stay earlier this year.||So I have decided next April when I plan to revisit Yangon, all 4 of us will not use this hotel again
