Wonderful quiet place! Spacious rooms with outside terrace, big enclosed yard with plenty of parking space. Just above the gulf, overseeing the beach, Mr. P's place is a great place to enjoy silence and nature, and a starting point to adventures acros the island. I had an wonderful time! Thank you!

A brand new beautiful villa apartment, stayed there in July 2019. Located at Agios Dimitrios on the amazing island of Evia close to Athens, it is absolute paradise. Clean, comfortable and safe accommodation, awesome host that speaks excellent English and a pristine beach. Up the road are local restaurants and a beach cafe for afternoon cocktails, coffees and snacks. Relaxing, away from the crowds but all the creature comforts at your finger tips! This ones a cracker!

Great apartments,fully equipped with whatever u need in the kitchen,great view also, from the top ones,beach is 3 min walk,owners ar really great and trying to make u feel like at home.highly recommend.

Heaven is here! Everything is just wonderful!

Ειδυλιακό μέρος για χαλαρωση. Τα σπιτια ειναι πεντακαθαρα , οπως και ο γυρω χωρος. Η θαλασσα ειναι 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια, καταευχαριστηθηκαμε μπανιο! Παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικοι οι ιδιοκτητες, μας διαφωτισανε σε οτι τους ζητησαμε πληροφορίες. Θα ξαναπαμε σιγουρα!

Tα 5 αστέρια της αξιολόγησης για τη φιλοξενία, την καθαριότητα, το χώρο και τη θέα που προσφέρει το Seastone είναι λίγα!! Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα οικογενειακά ! Το δωμάτιο περιποιημένο και καθαροοο ! Ο κύριος Παναγιώτης & η γυναίκα του φιλόξενοι μας βοήθησαν στην διαμονή μας καθώς ήταν η πρώτη φορά που επισκεφτήκαμε τον Άγιο Δημήτριο ! Η αυλή προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης ! Η θέα είναι υπέροχη βουνό & θάλασσα ! Πραγματικά σας ευχαριστούμε για τις υπέροχες διακοπές μας!
