A rare fine that’s delux & pet friendly. I booked a suite which was of high standard & rooms are very clean. |Check in staff a lovely Welsh girl & friendly. The ladies at breakfast couldn’t do enough. |The breakfast menu had a great selection of hot options & the fresh fruit especially the rhubarb was amazing. |Overall staff were so welcoming & professional to me & little Gypsy 🐶

Wonderful staff: attentive, friendly, genuine. The hotel is quite dated and the beds are extremely soft. We booked a room as married couple and got 2 single beds. The rooms upstairs and downstairs (bar and restaurant area) all felt quite stuffy and hot. It was summer, but not particularly hot outside. Maybe more airing or ventilation would be a good idea. Breakfast was delicious!

We recently enjoyed a surprise party for my husband in Sea View.|From the first phone call , Ronan and his staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother to them.|Such a fabulous setting. Beautiful gardens, spacious and spotless en suite bedrooms.|Delicious food and fabulous menu for both dinner and breakfast. Everything was so fresh and beautifully presented . An extensive GF menu also .|Fourth generation of my family have now stayed there so can highly recommend .

The hotel is a bit of the beaten track, which is great since there's not going to be much noise. Located just outside of Bantry, you're a 5 minute drive from the town.||The hotel is splendid. It's beautiful, outside and inside. Rooms are big (we did have the Jr Suite), well appointed and charming. We even had a door to the garden, which was great since we're travelling with a dog.||The room even has a top notch nespresso machine... very helpful in the morning.||Breakfast was very good, all inclusive with a buffet and on order any type of hot breakfast, and of course a full Irish breakfast.||They have a very nice and modern spa facility, including seaweed bath.

Beautiful old manor. Great furniture & fixtures. ||Prices for accommodation and any extras are very competitive. ||Fabulous reception & bar staff. ||Lovely intimate bar unlike most hotels. ||Good filtered decaf coffee. The metal flask-type decanter kept it piping hot. ||We were given a bedroom at the front of the house with lovely views. ||Winter duvet on the bed. We asked for a top sheet instead. We slept well. I heard other guests complaining that they couldn't get to sleep because they were too hot. ||Very good shower. ||Basin tap heads could be swapped for ones with little levers that would be easier to turn. ||A split bin for recycling would be great. ||Fabulous breakfast buffet selection, better than any 5 star hotel & well-thought-out menu. Begins at 7:30 which is great. ||One attentive breakfast waiting staff at the dining room doorway would be better than two young inexperienced girls sitting and chatting in the far corner of the buffet room. The more experienced waiting staff the second morning were very good. ||The marmalade is too sweet & sugary. The jam was fine. ||Rashers were good. The sausages & puddings were only ok. ||Mushrooms weren't with the full Irish so we asked for them the second morning. They were lovely as were the poached eggs. ||We will be back.

A beautiful hotel set in mature gardens overlooking the sea. Service was warm and friendly, food excellent and the breakfast a real treat. The dining room is stunning with views into the gardens. Very quiet. Decor in the rooms is a little jaded and my room had a faint odour which may be on account of the fact that’s it’s a dog friendly hotel. A little refresh of the rooms would take the rating from 4 to 5. Highly recommended

A one night stay on our tour. Nicely kept and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed dinner on-site and the filet mignon was delicious. They also offer a breakfast and was good to have before heading out for the day. Close to Bantry.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaview House Hotel. The hotel has a traditional, classic charm and is very well maintained and spotless throughout. There are lots of thoughtful touches that really add to the experience. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and always attentive. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and plenty of homemade touches. I’d highly recommend booking some time in the Serenity Garden – it’s a beautiful, peaceful space – as well as a massage, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
