As an independent traveller, it's always good when you come across a place like Seaview. Fantastic location for travel around the island and to Nevis. Nice accommodation, a great veranda for relaxing on, and super friendly and obliging staff led by Alex. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing customer service . Located within view of the ocean. Love the proximity to local spots and main attractions. Rooms are well maintained, clean and provide for one’s basic needs. Delicious local food and continental options are available. The pictures that I posted simply my specific diet. I find the decor aesthetically pleasing and will be sure to return there on my next visit.

This is a quaint, great-budgeted hotel right in the center of Basseterre, St. Kitt's capital city. You can walk to the ferry terminal (to take a $12 US ferry to Nevis) and there is a food court across the street nearby with delicious budget-friendly options (sushi, Indian, Chinese, gelato, Middle Eastern stalls). It is also close to Independence Square. ||Alex, the manager, is a friendly and terrific host; he will book your trip on the Scenic Railway Tour around the island ($89 but unlimited cocktails and a nice way to spend 3 hours seeing the entire island if you dont have a car). He will also cook breakfast if you're an early riser like myself, before the rest of the staff comes in. The omelet and pancakes for $12 were a favorite hearty meal before I started each day. ||The bed is super comfortable with great pillows, and the AC is strong. There is also reliable hot water and good shower pressure.||I would definitely return here and recommend it if you are looking to explore and just need a comfortable place to rest your head--the beachside resorts may be a lot more luxurious and easier beach access, but you'll pay 3-4 times the amount. I really liked being central to town for a taste of local flavor and life (and on Saturdays there is a produce market worth visiting just a block away on the beach).

A really lovely guesthouse within walking distance of Port Zante. The accommodation is unpretentious, and the service is excellent. Breakfast was lovely. This place looks so small from the front, but don't be fooled. Another lovely stay 🙂

Great location and great value. Only surpassed by the fabulous and service minded staff who were on call at all times, always ready with a smile. On-prem restaurant, bar and balcony. Options to park a car or scooter in the back of you rented one. Beds are comfy, aircondition good, and hot water in the shower. Laundry service also available.

Stayed two nights. Budget-friendly, no-frills property; well located within walking distance of the cruise terminal, with tens of shops and restaurants. There is also a full-fledged grocery store one block away. Reasonably quiet after hours.|The lobby is located one floor above the ground, and can be reached via a steep 20-step staircase, which is not the easiest to navigate with luggage.|The room was basic but clean, with a well lit desk area. Amenities included a mini-fridge and a small safe (the latter too small for a laptop). No coffee maker or electric kettle. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows.|Bathroom with everything in working order. Hot shower with good water pressure.|Wifi worked well.|Friendly staff.|For the price paid, the property met my needs and was a good value.

Alex was an awesome host from beginning to end and went out of his way to make us comfortable throughout our stay. His hotel serves as a peaceful haven amidst the heart of the action and is extremely convenient for anyone using the nearby ports. The entry stairs weren't easy for us due to our heavy luggage but he carried it up and down for us, no worries. Extra blankets were readily available. The bar was a nice place to unwind, the prices of all beverages were very reasonable, and the morning coffee was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in St Kitts who wants a clean, affordable place to stay complete with friendly people and excellent service.

Great location. Close to all amenities. The staff made us so welcome. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Will come again. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are cosy. Nice bar. Rooms cleaned daily. Great air conditioning. If you want luxury then go to Frigate bay! This area is the real experience!
