The Best Hotel Restaurants in Palm Beach County | Eater Miami

"In addition to Florie’s, a collaboration with Mauro Colagreco, the Four Seasons dining scene includes this outdoor seafood spot close to the waves. There is a large selection of chilled seafood, including stone crabs; an Amador grill that turns out skirt steak and chicken for tacos; and a wood-fired grill used to cook local fish and burgers." - Beth Landman

This is definitely a vibe! If you’re in for a bougie brunch, you definitely want to come here. My food was amazing. I had the fresh catch salad and I cannot complain. The fish was fresh and the salad dressing was incredible. I tried the fried yucca just to see if they knew what they were doing and for sure, it was fried to perfection and the dipping sauce was amazing. The drink special was a coconut margarita that was out of this world. I don’t know how I’ve never tried this before since I’ve been all over the world and I have no idea how I’ve never been introduced to this magnificent cocktail. Their pores are super heavy because after one, I was definitely a little buzzed. But it’s the perfect place to feel relaxed, calm and enjoy the ocean breeze and a magnificent fuse.

Great views, food was good. Service was just not there. 20 minute cocktails, dirty table, no water refills, asked for silverware two separate occasions, basically ignored the entire time. Thankfully the other servers and assistants that picked up the disappearing waiters slack.

This place is as good as it gets! Rodolfo is the man and all the servers are so personable. Best dishes are chirashi bowl, cheeseburger and steak. Doesn’t get better for an upscale lunch on the water

My father and I had a great experience here. The location was absolutely gorgeous and the food was exceptional. We ordered Ceviche as an appetizer and I ordered a Tuna Poke Bowl. My father ordered the Swordfish. He usually doesn’t enjoy swordfish (nor do I) but we both enjoyed the swordfish greatly, especially him. My poke bowl was full of flavor and was really a great lunch option. Beautiful resort, great restaurant, good service.

My wife and I are in town for the summer and have been here a few times. Each time has been exceptional we always get the guacamole, tacos, and chirashi bowl. The kitchen does an amazing job getting the food out quickly and the quality is great every time. The past few times we’ve been lucky enough to have the wonderful gentleman Bozan and I believe his name is spelled Rodolfo as our servers each visit and let me tell you these guys know their stuff, they are best servers on palm beach island we’ve been lucky enough to have ! Always take amazing care to accommodate us and completely blow us away with how good their service is. Very personable and they both have taken their time to recognize us and treat us like family. Great food and wine knowledge from both of them and they go out of their way to make sure we have a 5 star experience every time we join them even when it’s very busy so I hope management recognizes how lucky they our to have them on their team. As far as atmosphere goes you’re eating 50 feet from the ocean how does it get any better than that ? We can’t wait to come back in a few months for those tacos and hopefully see our server friends again soon !

Spent my birthday at the Four Seasons-enjoyed a lovely lunch while looking at/listening to the ocean waves. The fish dip is outstanding. The burger and fresh catch of the day were delicious. Definitely will be back for a beautiful atmosphere and delicious lunch.

Yelp
Undecided on where to go for a late lunch, we stopped at the Four Seasons and were led out to the back pool. The setting is perfect. And, our server (Rodolfo?) was excellent. The menu is difficult to navigate unless you already know what you want. My companion settled on the grilled mahi sandwich, I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich. Each came with choice of salad, fries, or sweet potato fries. The plates arrived with no noticeable delay. Stacked high, both looked delicious. Both types of fries were fabulous, with a light dusting of salt. The proteins were cooked and seasoned nicely. Unfortunately, bigger is not always better. The vertical height of the sandwiches is not easily manageable, leaving two options: (1) off the bun with a knife and fork, like my companion, who otherwise enjoyed her grilled mahi; or (2) sloppily attempt to maintain sandwich composition. My mistake which I abandoned for option 1 half way through. Notably, the concept and appearance of the crispy chicken is brilliant. Execution was less than exceptional. The thick crust is beyond crispy and tasty, but it's just too much of a good thing. The chicken is tender but overbreaded or dipped. The crusting as deep as an inch at the outer edges. I ordered wrong. Next time I'll try a burger, salad, or steak frites. But, I would definitely give the restaurant an opportunity for redemption.

Yelp
On my last day visiting my friend before returning to Chicago, she suggested we go for a nice lunch. I was certainly down for that! We decided on the Four Seasons in Palm Beach. Seaway is the quaint and charming outdoor cafe there. The property itself seems to offer a bit of vintage charm, reminiscent of a lovely time gone by. We walked through the lobby out onto the pool area that was pristine. All the hotel staff I encountered along the way were wonderful. Just past the pool, in a beautifully shaded area was Seaway. Many tables with umbrellas sat with a peek a boo view of the ocean. There was a grassy area nearby and a vast array of foliage that created a lovely backdrop for our ladies lunch. We met a kind gentleman along the way. He offered to walk us out to the restaurant. Then, we were lucky enough to have have him as our server. Juan was the epitome of class and customer service. He was personable yet professional. He made us feel like we were the only people there. Now that's real talent. The lunch menu is simple yet there were enough choices to keep us all happy. I enjoyed a bowl, which felt like a salad with grilled shrimp added. It was beautiful and tasted divine. My Lychee Gin Fizz was the perfect lunchtime cocktail to pair with my salad. My friends loved their lunch and cocktails too. They tried different versions of bowls and I must say the salmon looked incredible. One friend had a mimosa and the other tried a lychee martini. Perfection all around. We were very happy girls! Thanks Juan!!

Yelp
Staying here on vacation. Had food twice and wouldn't recommend. We ordered at pool when we got in. Had Panzanella salad which was not a panzanella salad. It was a regular salad with large extra dry crunchy croutons. Panzanella is supposed to be mostly bread and the bread absorbs the dressing. Day two ordered fish and chips and the fish was so over fried it was dry, burnt tasting and inedible. I expected much more from a Four Seasons restaurant as the prices are very high and don't match the value.

Yelp
I have been a regular at this restaurant for years and there were times I would go once or twice a month. The restaurant was closed for renovations then re-opened only to close again for a Covid related hotel buy-out and this was my first time returning. But its surprising how much its changed for the worse and the decline is seismic. The menu is limited and includes hotel basics but The Four Seasons always elevated these selections and made the mundane interesting but that is no more. A friend wanted to order a mojito with fresh fruit (there were no fresh fruit mojito's listed in the cocktail menu) and in most places we go to that is not a problem. Take the fruit and incorporate it into the mojito, but our waiter told us they could only use juice or a puree. Whoa! There was no fresh fruit at the bar - a Four Seasons bar no less. I ordered my usual burger and at $27 its high priced but I'm paying not only for the view but for a good burger. I always get the sweet potato fries but now they are using frozen fries and an order of these frozen and inferior fries goes for twelve bucks. The Seaway's signature charuschi bowl has also gone up in price to $35 but has gone down in quality. All the food was so bad that we opted to cut our loses and head to a restaurant on Royal Poinciana Way where we resumed lunch and enjoyed our food. I expect more from The Four Seasons and I hope they get their act together. As an aside, it's also more than time for a complete hotel overhaul as the hotel's east facing facade looks like a 1970's Holiday Inn.

Yelp
Great location right on the water! Poke bowl had a little too much sauce on it but otherwise it was good!

Yelp
Seaway is exclusive to Four Seasons Palm Beach guests. The perfect outdoor lunch spot, with views of the Atlantic ocean! Choose from cozy table seating with a canopy of umbrella shade or sit at the bar and catch a game. Alternatively, you can order food to be delivered right to your pool or beach side chair. The menu is largely seafood-driven. My favorites are the smoked swordfish dip, tuna & salmon chirashi bowl and lobster roll. Everything looks and tastes fresh. They also make a pretty good Bloody Mary. Or choose to drink their Piña Coladas out of a carved coconut shell! The friendly staff and delicious food is definitely what keeps me coming back.

Yelp
Beautiful view of the ocean and nicely shaded. Philip was a wonderful server that was attentive and friendly. The burger was good, the sweet potato fries... even better. The palm beacher salad was fresh and delicious!
