The mid-term sailing camp was amazing. Our son loved it and could not stop talking about it. The team is great. I loved the venue, with the Burj Al Arab as a backdrop on one side and the fronds on the other side, it was spectacular! Thanks SeaYou, we hope to be back !

Parents of the kids are still thanking me for the invite! because they had so much fun!! I must say they did look like they were having the best time :) We had decorated area ready for us, we were able to bring snacks and cake and lunch we just ordered in nearby restaurant. Guys taking care of them were brilliant, made sure boys understood the rules and that they were safe while entertained the whole time!! it wasn’t that expensive either, I can truly recommend. I cannot say anything about the service provided by Seayou team in regards to their renting services/training, but I can definitely provide feedback about one of the co-owners Adrien. He seemed like a nice person, but in the end after following up with him for the last 4 months to claim the money for my service and help - he did not honor our agreement, and simply ignores my phone calls and messages. Unfortunately I do not have any contract with Adrien, but I have WhatsApp communication with him which acknowledges the fact. Adrien approached me in November, and asked for help to organize a tour for some of the kids that he is teaching to watch the Sail GP race down in Port Rashid. He had an allocated anchoring space, and I had a boat - so I agreed to take 8 people + Adrien so that they can spectate the Sail GP race. We agreed for a certain lump sum amount that he will pay for this service, and ever since is ignoring me and not giving the promised money. Again, this review is not about their school and renting facility, it is about my experience with Adrien, and I must say it is very disappointing and bad.

Held a dragon boating group event on the palm. Team is very well organised and used to group events of all sizes. Super fun afternoon.

My kids had an amazing spring camp learning sailing boat. The team is really nice and the kids enjoyed every minutes of it.

I’m disappointed with the service, they are scammers. I was given a voucher for 300 aed as a birthday present. I booked a visit on the website at a time that was free and convenient for me, but then my reservation was simply canceled without explanation. I tried to find out the reason and it turned out that they had another more important event at this time. They didn't bother to note it on the schedule and just canceled my reservation. And they offered me to train at noon under the scorching sun in 35 degree heat. That didn't suit me and I was very disappointed with their attitude. I asked for a refund because I didn't want to come to this center anymore. They promised to do so, but then they just started ignoring me and did not return the money, did not answer by mail or watsapp. In the end, I got a response when I threatened the police, but even then they refused to give me my money back. From the beginning, I checked the validity of the certificate and was told that it was valid for one year. But now, when I ask for the money back, they started saying that the certificate is valid for half a year. Despite the fact that I asked for a refund in April and they just ignored me. All proofs in screenshots I do not recommend using this service. They might just waste your money and ruin your gift for your friends in important day. The worst service I have ever experienced

Upd: their new spot at Rixos is so much better. The entrance is still narrow, but the sailing area is now quite long and wide. Views are breathtaking. An enjoyable spot. Very close walk from the station to the starting point. The equipment is a little tired, but worth the money. The sailing area itself is a little narrow, but offers breathtaking views of the modern architecture of the palm hotels. Also, so welcoming reception by Dhillon, warm and chilled altogether, really liked it.
