The salad was simple and not really lack luster. The key lime vinaigrette was a little too light. The bread service was delicious...as the accutraments were amazing! The meat platter, well everything was well done and delicious. The bread pudding was good, but O'hanas is better.

Google
Overall it was okay. Service was friendly but we felt it took a little long for the food to come out. The bread and salad was really good. The guava butter was unique. The salad was refreshing. I was most disappointed in the entrees. The steak was good. The chicken was okay. The fish was bland. The pulled pork was boring and unappetizing. Decided to try this restaurant due to annual passholder discount but won’t be returning.

I hate giving this place such poor reviews but it’s just not good food. Family style dining so you get what you get. Good vegetarian options. Bread and salad were decent (found a small plastic lid in my salad) but the meat was horrible. Fish and chicken was so dry it was hard to finish but I NEVER waste food. Beef was the best part and that just ok. Dessert was amazing. Thankfully we had the DDP so I didn’t feel I was getting ripped off for the price. Come at sunset, it was beautiful! The staff were amazing. Make a reservation.

Food was delicious. The chefs have tweaked the recipes slightly. Better than the already great. Service was extremely good. Dan, our server was awesome. Very efficient and personable. Also the general manager was doing a wonderful job of interacting with guests and staff. Great job Disney!

Wow this definitely a must try spot for vegetarians! I absolutely loved the vegetarian options and they can even do vegan if need be! I could not stop eating. The crab-less crab cakes come with this yellow curry sauce it’s simply heavenly. The impossible meat is so flavorful and the sausage and fried tofu is also full flavored. The sides are delish! Fried plantains, cilantro rice with beans…and my mother loved her meat filled plus fish dish. The desert is a sweet treat as it’s a pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream I mean what’s not to love right?! Totally worth it here and great price!!!

Tons of food that is family style. Service was good, but the womens bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty. Thankfully, they had tissue. The food was made to perfection, and the mixed drinks were good as well.

Our new favorite restaurant in WDW! We loved it so much we went back 2 days later! Excellent service. Delicious food. Everything was fresh and our servers (both nights) kept coming back to ask if we needed more of anything. We were seated before our reservation time both nights and our servers greeted us promptly. Food came fast and spaced out just perfectly. We loved everything about Sebastian’s Bistro and already made another reservation for our Feb trip! A++++. Hidden gem.

Google
This place is very delicious! It’s kind of a hidden gem, like a Caribbean version of ‘Ohana. The food is fantastic, the staff were so nice and the atmosphere is really elegant. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Yelp
Excellent! I think this is one of the most underrated Disney restaurants, located At Caribbean Beach Resort, Sebastian's is an all you can eat family style meal. You begin with bread with guava butter & onion jam, salad with key lime dressing, main entree includes chicken, beef, pork & fish sides are a delicious rice, potatoes, sweet plantains remember if you want more just ask. Just save room for dessert because the Coconut Pineapple Bread Pudding is to die for.

Yelp
I am just absolutely beside myself after dining here. Tip: bring your own to-go boxes because they refuse to allow you to take your leftovers. Unfortunately, we weren't able to eat the majority of our food and it just makes me sick that even after speaking to a manager, it's "Disney policy" that they they'd rather throw the food away than let you take home something you've paid for. That is absolutely asinine. With some BS that they torn it into "biofuel". I cannot believe that this corporation would rather throw away food than let their customers take it. As good as the food may be, never again.

Yelp
We recently went to Orlando and we decided to make Sebastian's Bistro our first stop. We had a reservation that wasn't quite ready but thankfully the restaurant is on the Caribbean themed resort at Disney so we took a walk while we waited the extra 30 minutes. It's a pain when your reservation isn't ready but at least the weather was nice so we were able to walk around a bit. When we got inside the restaurant, we were seated and greeted promptly. It's a family restaurant so it can have varying levels of noisyness, thankfully for us our reservation was latter so there was less and less commotion as we sat down. Generally the feel of the restaurant is lively so if you want a chill evening you may want to save this place for another night. Our waiter was a nice guy, very friendly and attentive. Sebastian is a family style restaurant where everybody shares the entrées and sides. There is currently two starters buttered rolls and a spice necked salad. The buttered rolls were alright but the guava butter and caramelized onion jam were quite good. The spiced neck salad was excellent with the key lime dressing really standing out! You have the option to add one or both of two entrée enhancements, which are basically appetizers you can add in addition to the the other courses. One being crab cakes and the other being coconut shrimp. We ordered both and they were amazing! I can't recommend these appetizers enough. Both starters were really flavorful and crispy, while the guajillo sauce for the crab and sweet chilli sauce for the shrimp were so good I'd bathe in them if I could! For the entrées they have two choices, taste of the Caribbean and harvest of the Caribbean. The harvest option is all plant based so if you're a vegitarian this would be the way to go but we went with the taste of the Caribbean. The taste of the Caribbean came with roasted chicken, slow cooked mojo pork with mango sambal, chilli rubbed beef with red pepper roasted chimichuri, and baked fish. The entree was quite good however, our one gripe was that this was made a little earlier and sat under a heating lamp for a while. The food was warm but not hot and didn't have the kind of juicyness something freshly cooked would. Also we both would have preferred that they be a bit more heavy with the seasoning, as you would expect extra flavor and some heat from a Caribbean themed place. We decided to do desert which was coconut-pineapple bread pudding, with vanilla ice cream and Carmel sauce. The bread pudding was decent but the warm caramel was particularly delicious. And it was a nice way to end the evening overall with fireworks from the magic kingdom visible from the window in the restaurant. Sebastian's was overall a great choice to start our vacation with and I would recommend you do the same on your next trip to Orlando! The only thing to look out for is the food being under a heating lamp but overall it was a great experience, would definitely recommend!

Yelp
This was a fun restaurant at the Caribbean Beach Resort, which is fresh off of a refurbishment, which made it look clean and tropical. The menu seems to lean Caribbean with a Latin American influence. Maybe Cuban but not saying Cuban? It's the all you "care to enjoy" family style menu, which is sort of all you can eat but the kitchen is able to slow you down. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well, and they definitely take food allergies seriously. I saw the chef checking in with a few different tables making notes and adjustments to what the table would be served. The servers were friendly, but one of my biggest complaints is that there weren't enough of them. Our server was great but he would just disappear between courses because he was swamped. With a delay of our reservation already at 40 minutes this did not make for a great experience. Food wise, the salad and muffins were a nice start. The mains were solid, the pork was very salty though, save a muffin to make a pork slider, which might cut the saltiness. The steak with the chimichuri sauce was the best protein. The fish was nice and the chicken was cooked through though the bbq sauce served with it was odd. Don't skip dessert, the bread pudding is better the Ohana. Maybe skip the whole place during a busy season though.

Yelp
Tonight's dinner took us to Sebastian's Bistro at the Caribbean Beach Resort - Disney World. Possibly the best value on Disney property. They feature a pre fixe menu for $39 per adult. We went with the Taste of the Caribbean Menu. The other option was the Harvest of the Caribbean Plant-based Menu. I started with their Marooned Pig Old-fashioned. It was outstanding. The dinner started with pull-apart rolls served with guava butter and caramelized onion jam and The Spice Necklace Salad. The rolls were fine, nothing really special about them. However, the guava butter and caramelized onion jam were absolutely delicious. The onion jam was a bit sweeter than I expected, but I loved it, nonetheless. The salad was good, the candied pumpkin seeds gave it a nice crunch and the key line dressing was well balanced. Next came the Taste of the Caribbean (Entrée). It was served family style and came with roast chicken with a tamarind barbecue sauce, pulled pork with a mango sambal, steak with a chimichurri sauce, and baked fish with citrus butter. The fish tonight was pollock. The roast chicken (thighs and legs) was cooked perfectly, and the sauce had a nice tanginess. The pulled port was so good it really didn't need the sambal, but it was a perfect complement anyway. The steak was served between medium and medium-rare. It was tasty, especially with the chimichurri sauce. A bit of a warning, the sauce was strong and a little spicy, so use sparingly. The fish was well cooked and had a nice lightness to it. The entree was accompanied with a platter of side dishes. cilantro rice and beans, sweet plantains, and seasonal vegetables filled the platter. The cilantro rice was amazing. Our evening ended with coconut-pineapple bread pudding. It was served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. There wasn't really much of a coconut flavor, which was good for me as I don't really like coconut all that much. My wife likened it to a pineapple upside down cake. It was very good, but by that time, we were all pretty full, so we only ate about half of it. The dining room is fairly small, so I would definitely recommend you make reservations.

Yelp
The ambiance of the restaurant definitely feels island themed. It is nice to complement the resort and purpose of the restaurant's style. The rolls and guava butter are amazing. The butter is sweet and very tasty. The fish was not amazing. It lacked flavor and was not very tender. The pork, steak, and chicken were delicious, especially with the sauces. The dessert of bread pudding was delightful. It tastes similar to the bread pudding from Ohana. Overall this place was good, but lacked a few things to be great.

Yelp
Tonight we are dining at Baskin bistro we got the Caribbean meat platter with a mango salsa and a cucumber slaw. We also got the sides which is Caribbean rice with beans as well as a looks like a vegetable curry and some chard broccoli. The highlight of the dinner is the shredded pork along with the beef tenderloin the chicken is good however due to the spices they use it is slightly pink. I had it some bread and the onion jam is stupendous and Zach had the guava rolls with same onion jam. First I had some of the Caribbean rice it taste like the rice they make at work. The chard broccoli is not my favorite it taste kind of like the grilled steak that we have and it also tastes like the top of the grill pan. Just tried the vegetable curry and it has peppers, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, pieces of onion as well as chopped tomatoes. It has a great flavor and very light on the spice. With the newly renovated Sebastian's bistro the inside is very modern with some accent colors of the Caribbean flair. From the plates on the table to the pattern on the chair everything else was very minimalistic. Our server Lisa this evening was OK. She checked in on us three times; and then it took her roughly around 15 to 20 minutes to get us the extra food that we ordered because the restaurant is family style so it's basically never ending. However it was around 930 and finally around 950 she finally got us the extra steak that we wanted and then it took her about 15 minutes to get us a bill. We finally left the restaurant at 10:30. Do they have good food here yes they do. Would I go eat here again not necessarily. I will say though the sunset view from our table looking onto the Skyliners and then watching the Epcot fireworks was very nice. However the cocktails that they have are absolutely phenomenal. 10/10

Yelp
Overall I loved this place and will be back. The pina colada was great! The rolls with the guava butter and onion jam were great! And the 2 additional appetizers that you could add to your meal, the crab cakes and coconut shrimp, were the best part of the meal hands down! So yeah, order both of those! The place is beautiful inside and has the Little Mermaid themed decor. I loved it, super cute! Our server and food runner were both super friendly! Which was great because after a hellish day at the airport getting down there, food and comfort were most definitely needed! Be aware that this is an all you can eat meal served family style, so no, you cannot take home your leftovers. Now the issues, because this place only serves basically 2 choices on its menu (carnivore or vegan), the salad and dessert being almost the same for both, the kitchen is constantly turning this food out. The consequence of that is you may get food that has been laying around for a while if you get served at the wrong time. This is what happened to me. So the veggies were either overcooked or undercooked but all were cold. The meats that came out were dried out and also cold. The fish on the meat platter completely lacked seasoning. This was pretty disappointing. I'm telling you this so you are aware to tell your server to bring your table the freshly made food. Don't let them pretend that they don't know what you're talking about, trust me they know. The dessert was underwhelming and dry as well. But that caramel sauce! Sweet Lord have mercy, I wanted a bucket of that stuff! It made me come home and make my own. Delicious!

Yelp
Wanted to try a sit down restaurant while visiting Epcot and found this one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Taste of the Caribbean. It was started off with amazing rolls with 2 different spreads - an onion one and a guava butter one. Both good, but I loved the guava butter one. The Spice Necklace Salad - I loved the pumpkin seeds and the key lime dressing. We also ordered the crab cakes - they were delicious! The main entrees and sides were great (so much food for 2 people!!) The dessert - coconut pineapple bread pudding was fantastic - moist and full of flavor.

Yelp
This hidden gem has become our annual Halloween dinner, with very good reason. First of all, it's not a bad price at $39 per person for family style, all you care to eat food that is unique and delicious. Everything is Caribbean-spiced or island fare with a twist. From the guava butter and yeasty rolls that could easily be a meal alone to the pineapple and caramel bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream. The tropical salad has an amazing citrus vinaigrette, and the chicken, pulled pork, steak and fish are all amazing with perfect blend of spice and some sauces on the side including a tamarind BBQ sauce I wish they would bottle and sell. And save room for the sides - cilantro rice and beans, plantains and grilled veggies - so good!

Yelp
Food was amazing and our server Lisa was super nice and fun. We were so hungry we didn't get a chance to take a picture.

Yelp
The service was amazing and we had amazing seats with a view of the fireworks! You get a lot of food for what you pay! Definitely a cheaper all you care to enjoy option than most at Disney. The bread service was great and the salad was tasty. The meats were really good except for the fish that was the texture of mashed potatoes. THE DESSERT is the best one on disney property and maybe even ever. The pineapple coconut bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce! I would go back just for this. It is the same one as Ohana but dare I say better.

Yelp
We had a great casual dinner at Sebastian's our first night at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The whole experience was great , especially our server--super friendly and attentive from start to finish. Service was smooth, and the pacing of the meal was just right. The food is served family-style with a Caribbean twist, and almost everything was a hit. The warm, fluffy bread with guava butter and onion jam was amazing--definitely don't skip it. The roasted chicken was packed with flavor, the fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, the pulled pork was tender and tasty, and the steak was great too. The sauces were a standout--each one had a nice little kick that tied everything together. The sides were mostly excellent: the cilantro rice and beans and the sweet plantains were delicious. The only slight miss for us was the veggie mix--it was underwhelming and leaned a bit too raw for our taste. We used the Disney dining plan, which included two cocktails and two soft drinks--huge bonus. And the bread pudding dessert was next-level good. Rich, warm, and the perfect way to end the meal. The vibe at Sebastian's is festive and welcoming--felt like a real vacation. Honestly, I'd come back even if I wasn't staying at the resort. Highly Recommend!

Yelp
This family-style (buffet when the options are brought to your table) restaurant has a wide array of flavors and it steers clear of "theme park" food. This is a small location, so it is highly recommended that you get a reservation - even if you are staying at the resort. I don't always order drinks, but I did get the Mai Tai on this occasion and I think they wanted to knock me out. The drink tasted good, and was heavy handed.

Jon-Michael H.

Yelp
The food is really good. The food is served AUCE family style. There is nice variety of meats- fish, pulled pork, steak and chicken. The fish is a little bland compared to the other meats. The sides are also good. I even enjoyed the plantains. I normally do not care for those. The restaurant is small, so do not plan on walking in without a reservation. The issue is the price. As with all AUCE locations at Disney, you cannot eat enough to justify the price of $40.

Yelp
This restaurant had all the vibes! Service was amazing! Our server was very attentive and the food was delicious too. My favorite was the chicken and steak. The cilantro rice and beans was surprisingly very tasty! The curry sauce was not my favorite but still good. Food is served family style and you can ask for additional plates as well. Our favorite part of the whole meal was the bread pudding. It was warm, sweet, and a bit tangy from the pineapple. It was a perfect ending to our delicious meal!

Yelp
Great atmosphere & amazing experience! The restaurant is set up nicely and is well taken care of. The food was all so good and presented so nicely. I really enjoyed the experience! I did not care for the food at the time but the experience was so great and the food truly was good. I just wasn't well. we had been at the theme park all day. This is definitely a hidden gem! Great servers too.

Yelp
This was now my 3rd visit to Sebastian's and it remains one of my top favorite restaurants on Disney property. I didn't take photos this time because the food looks the same every time... The service remains outstanding with friendly and helpful wait staff. The speed of service is also quick without feeling rushed. It was quiet for our 7:50pm reservation, as it is both past the dinner rush and also a bit of an off season for Disney. When the restaurant is full it can be a bit louder but not anything unreasonable. As usual, I highly recommend this restaurant both for the quality of the food and also the price point. The only sad thing to report is that they do not have the passion fruit iced tea which was truly the best thing to drink with the food. I would definitely suggest they bring that back ASAP!!!

Yelp
Started out a bit slow & reason why they got 4 stars instead of 5. We made a reservation and they were 40 minutes behind. Upon asking hostess several times for an update and being told x amount of people had to leave before they could take anyone in. Ended up speaking with a staff member inside and they were puzzled why the hostess wasn't allowing guests into the open tables and there were more than 8 open & waiting for guests in the area were seated. First when the meal comes -- the Pull apart rolls! This were SOOOOOOO yummy! The Mickey cracker was a bit weird and bland but those rolls were delicious! We asked for extra bread and they brought us another basket. Steak was super tasty and cooked great, dish was delicious too, pork was tasty and flavorful, the chicken was SUPER dry and less than appealing. Not sure if my dog would even eat it it was so dry. Waiter brought us more steak when we asked. Curried vegetables was good. The cilantro rice was tasty too. The bread pudding was okay-- we didn't particularly like it. I think they could forgo the amount of coconut. Overall, Highly recommend this little gem of a place. I would go back just to get more of the rolls and steak. For 2 adults and 2 kids with our annual pass discount including tip was around $110 ish. Not bad for a sit down Disney restaurant. We will come back.

Yelp
Love love love looooove this wonderful restaurant. The pre fix menu they have now is spectacular, especially for the price and it being on Disney property. You start with rolls guava butter and onion jam. The rolls are tasty and we loved the onion jam. The guava butter is a bit sweet but it's great that there are two options. You also get a salad with sweet dressing and the combination of the two things together makes for a great start to a meal. We added the coconut shrimp for an additional cost and thought the chipotle dipping sauce that came with them was one of the best parts of the meal. Highly recommend Then you get a platter of meats for the table. All are flavorful and served in good portions. The beef is particularly delicious and well cooked. The mojo pork has some fun flavor to it. You also get sides to go with the meats. We didn't really touch the vegetable curry as the other options, we thought, were better. The seasonal veggie when we went was broccolini. Dessert is a a coconut pineapple bread pudding. It's delicious! Everyone always raves about Ohana's but we thought this one was on equal playing field with that one. We'll definitely be back here with family and friends!

Yelp
Sebastian's Bistro is the best budget-friendly family-style meal at Disney World. Located at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, this charming spot serves up all-you-can-eat Caribbean and Latin-inspired dishes at a great price. They've also recently updated their menu with a few enhancements. Here's what we tried: Spice Necklace Salad (New) - Fresh and flavorful. Buttery House-Baked Pull-Apart Rolls - Served with guava butter, and they're addicting. Oven-Roasted Chicken - Now with tamarind barbecue sauce. A solid upgrade. Slow-Roasted Mojo Pork - The mango sambal adds a great sweet-and-savory kick. Chili-Rubbed Beef - Comes with a new roasted red pepper chimichurri that's packed with flavor. Baked Fish - Light, flaky, and topped with citrus butter. Grilled Seasonal Vegetables - A fresh and tasty side. Cilantro Rice and Beans - A classic, well-executed. Plantains (New) - A great addition. House-Made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding - The perfect ending to the meal. For the price, this is one of the best casual dining options outside the parks. No major complaints--just a great bang for your buck!

Yelp
I was blown away. We have been wanting to try this place for sometime now and it was worth the wait. Great price, amazing service and delicious food. Oh and view of the Epcot fireworks from the windows! We had both the regular and plant based meals. Both where fantastic. Descriptions in photos. I highly recommend eating here. Three generations loved it.

Yelp
I know that Disney chefs are supposed to change up their menus to keep things interesting but sometimes if it's not broken don't fix it!!! Very disappointed in my dining experience here tonight. Almost everything I enjoyed on their one price carnivore meal has changed. Yes, you do get a salad but it's pineapple based and salty too just not the same delightful taste as it had with the original dressing and mandarin oranges. On the meat main entree the fish was just inedible ( even had an ammonia smell too), the steak was rather tough and the chicken dry but at least tasty. We did not get the pulled pork because it normally is too salty for me so opted out of that from the beginning. The main platter normally comes with a salsa for the fish and a mango type relish for meats. Those were not on the platter. Instead two kind of ok sauces were given: one a bbq like and one a spiced sauce. Not a fan of either. The side vegetables also changed. No more broccoli rob, no more curry vegetables ( like a ratatouille delicious blend). Instead there was a medley of roasted mixed vegetables ( broccoli, cauliflower, root vegetables and a few underwhelming plantains). The green rice and beans remained the same. The bread basket also remained the same and the pineapple bread pudding remained the same thank goodness for that. I will say that the couple we went with thoroughly enjoyed their vegan/ vegetarian main meal ( nothing was changed on the vegan main entree). Our waitress was lovely she managed to tell the chef how unhappy we were. The chef came and spoke to us for feedback and seemed to appreciate it although I got the impression that wouldn't make a difference in their new menu changes. I feel I left the meal unsatisfied, and disappointed. You would think Disney would have made half our dinner complimentary due to the chef knowing our complaints! So it will be quite a long time before we go back and I'll have to inquire about the menu ahead of time before we go. On a positive not those that are vegan/ vegetarian will not be disappointed in the variety of main entree selections and value. I really wanted to give 2 stars but I couldn't because as I said the vegan entree was good.

Yelp
Let's be real - when you think of Disney World, "gourmet dining experience" probably isn't what comes to mind for most of us and generally I have tempered expectations for meals at the massive theme park and resort complex. Which is why I was so pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Sebastian's Bistro housed at Disney's Caribbean Beach resort. At just $35 per adult, you enjoy a family style FEAST of Caribbean inspired treats in a subtle Little Mermaid themed dining room in shades of blue. I don't think it's possible to leave this place hungry, and if you do, that's on you my friend. You'll start with a basket of warm bread, a salad, a HEAPING plate of meats, various side plates, and then you'll finish off with a warm coconut bread pudding. Service was great, the food very surprisingly tasty (the pulled pork paired with pineapple chutney was my favorite), and the ambiance perfect. Try it out if you can!

Yelp
We went to Sebastian's Bistro during a recent trip to Walt Disney World. We stayed at the Art of Animation Hotel, so we took the Skyliner (gondolas that travel between resorts and parks) from Art of Animation to the Caribbean Beach resort and then a short walk to the restaurant. The restaurant interior is beautiful. We had been in the parks and just had on "park clothes" (shorts and t shirts). Other people were more dressed-up. Our waiter was great. The food and drinks came out in a timely manner and are served family style. Our server even went to get coffee from a nearby restaurant for my dad because their coffee machine wasn't working. I tried all of the food and it was all so good. The pull-apart rolls and mango butter were delicious. The salad was citrusy and light. The meats were all perfectly cooked - the steak was my favorite. The sides were all good, my favorite was the rice and beans. The show stopper was defiantly the dessert - that coconut bread pudding with ice cream and caramel sauce was AMAZING!! We joked that we needed to be rolled out of the restaurant because we ate so much! Lol This is one of the cheapest family-style meals on Disney property. It is a great value and I highly recommend it!

Yelp
We visited here when we could not get reservations at O'Hana and read it is similar, but better priced. The setting was cute and we were able to see Epcot fireworks out the window. The food was very good. I especially enjoyed the steak and the cilantro rice/beans. The plantain was unique, but a bit sweet for me. The chicken wasn't very appetizing and we didn't eat it. We did enjoy a few bites of the dessert and it was very good.

Carolyn F.

Yelp
Restaurant was very nice and clean . Service was amazing . Protein options were very good . Whats missing the sides cilantro rice is not good at all, just plain rice should be an option . Veggie not good either. Plantains and Rolls , Dessert were great . Have a different option than cilantro rice and veggie and it would great .

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at the Caribbean Beach resort for a short honeymoon after our wedding. The first night we were there we really didn't feel like venturing out being tired from the day before. Finding this place was the best thing. It's family style portions and the restaurant is so nice and clean. Everyone is so friendly that works there. I have to eat gluten free and every single server that came by our table was so attentive to that fact and making sure I had what I needed to be able to eat safely. Our server Mo was absolutely incredible. It was easily one of the best meals I have ever had at Disney. It was pricey but absolutely worth it for us to celebrate our marriage.

Yelp
Great chill spot for dinner at Disney World. Not sure if I would necessarily go out of my way to dine here but great for those staying on the Skyliner. Tons of food for a great value. You can ask for an extra food. We got extra steak & rice. Make sure you save room for dessert- pineapple coconut bread pudding.

Yelp
Food was really really good. And price was great! Our server did an amazing job and was so friendly. She seems to really enjoy her job. Our toddler was acting up a little but the hostess was slipping her stickers over the seats and it really cheered our kiddo up.

Yelp
We really, really, really wanted to like Sebastian's Bistro, and while most of our experience was good, the service was so bad that I have to take away two stars for it. Here's a rundown: Food: Mostly good. It's a prix-fix menu served family style, and you can definitely ask for more, so you won't leave hungry. Most of our dishes were good, with the best being (in order that they were brought out) the rolls, the shrimp (extra charge), the salad, the broccoli and other veggies, the steak, and the bread pudding. The only really bad item was the chicken, which was so dry it was basically inedible. Otherwise, a lovely menu. Drinks: Really good, and unique selection, especially if you like rum. They have a ton of different rum options from all over the Caribbean, including lots of different cocktails, a rum flight, an even a build-your-own rum old fashioned. All in all, we liked our drinks. Service: Definitely NOT Disney. Our server seemed pretty disinterested in us, which is almost never the case. To add to that, things came out at a glacial pace; we generally waited 10+ minutes after finishing each course to get the next one (and it took even longer to get the two dishes we wanted seconds of). This put a damper on the last part of our meal as our toddler started to get really fussy (our desert came out about 1:30 after we first sat down). Pricing: pretty good for the quality of the food, but not for the service. We would love to come back and have the food here again, and are really hoping the lousy service was a one-time thing.

Yelp
The food here is SO delectable. The green rice and beans are addictive- you will just want to keep asking for more. The pulled pork is just so juicy and such an amazing mix with the rice and beans. EVERYTHING is amazing from this family-style restaurant. The service is amazing. What I loved is that the service was just top tier. I know it's Disney and it's /expected/ but there are some hit or miss spots. We had a reservation for 30-40 minutes before closing time and they were running late on reservations, which was fine because it made me more hungry anyways, which made the food taste a lot better. They treated us with NO rush at all and we kept ordering. We loved the service. SUPER affordable restaurant. The ambiance is amazing, such a small restaurant and it feels very beachy. The music is amazing; Sebastian singing some random songs in the background is the best. DESSERT is amazing oh my goodness. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Third visit to this fabulous restaurant. Our server Lisa was amazing. You could just tell she was so happy to be there and was so pleasant and funny. Then Chef David came to our table to discuss our allergies (dairy, gluten) and our son's vegan options. They have added a fish dish since the last time we went and it was yummy. For the plant based platter it's a "fish" cake with a coconut curry aioli that was very tasty. And for the regular platter it was baked cod a la Veracruz. So flavorful. My favorite fish is the salad. It was so yummy as usual. I had 2 bowls. All the food here was so good. Our server Linda saw that it was our son's birthday and she brought him a plant based cupcake! So sweet of her to do that! I love this restaurant! $35 for all you care to eat at Disney World! ($20 for kids) And it's gluten free and plant based friendly!

Yelp
I recently stayed at the Caribbean Resort and made a reservation at Sebastian's the first night after check-in. What a tremendous way to start my vacation! Sebastian's offers family style dining, which is great for trying many items (and not having to make a decision on what to order) while also ensuring that if you leave hungry it's your own fault. The spice necklace salad was a beautiful looking dish, a perfectly light & citrus start to the meal. There were also pull apart rolls with a guava butter that were delicious. And that was just to get you started. We were impressed by the slow-cooked pork, grilled steak, and roasted chicken. The pork and steak in particular were very flavorful. To finish things off, the coconut pineapple bread pudding was spectacular. I wasn't sure how hungry I was when we got to dessert, but I had to make room for it and was glad I did.

Yelp
We are always interested in trying new restaurants when we visit Disney so we were thrilled to snag a reservation at Sebastians Bistro. We checked in and were seated within minutes. The restaurant is a nice size and has plenty of tables with a cute underwater theme. We started with the pig old fashioned and the seasonal margarita which was pear. Both drinks were very good, the margarita was a little on the tart side but still delicious. The main dishes were yummy with the curried vegetables and the chicken being our favorites. The cilantro rice and beans were very cilantro heavy which my husband loved. We ordered the plant based dessert and unless you told me I would've never known. It was so delicious. This restaurant had great service and is a great value so I would definitely recommend visiting.

Yelp
Server was fantastic start to finish as was the runner/busser assisting him. Smaller restaurant w/prix fixe menu cost of $39 pp, drinks extra of course. Nice ice water to table immediately. Delish rolls w guava butter or onion jame or you combine both. Random Parmesan Mickey head singular as well in the bread basket. Pina coladas were yum. Meat platter standouts were the pulled pork the ends of the sliced steak (spiced nice) and the tender chicken. I hate cilantro and the cilantro bean rice was just green in color not cilantro flavored and a sticky rice which I really like. Curry veg are not my jam but my partner loved. Broccolini was garlicky and we enjoyed even the stems. My husband had the vegetarian entree and the standouts for him were the tofu and the fake sausage he really enjoyed it. You can ask for seconds and we did of the rice. The pineapple coconut bread pudding at the end when we were stuffed we still managed to order a second of as well and do damage to with the dripping caramel and vanilla bean ice cream atop it. This was night 1 of Disney great spot to start our journey. GPS to Caribbean beach resort was wrong fyi

Yelp
This was one of our top 3 restaurant experiences in Disneyworld. While seemingly less busy than more popular restaurants on property (probably due to location at the Caribbean resort), this restaurant lunches far beyond/above the expectation at a lower price point per person. The dinner consists of: -bread appetizer with a delicious butter and onion/shallot (?) type spread. This was definitely a table favorite! -a light/refreshing salad with a nice zing -steak cooked perfectly medium rare -pulled pork with an amazing mango salsa (reminiscent of kalua pork) -roasted chicken (nothing special) -cilantro rice (couldn't get enough! This was so good!) -vegetable curry (kind of a miss in my opinion) -broccolini -bread pudding dessert (pretty much the same as what is served at ohana but for some reason...much MUCH better) Our server was really friendly. Despite not being an 'all you care to enjoy' restaurant, she made sure we had plenty to eat: 2nds...and 3rds for the hungrier ones in our party (me. I am the hungrier one). Fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Thought it was just ok, but still glad we went. At $29 per person for all you care to enjoy, it's a pretty good value. Service started out strong, but when we wanted some additional rolls, we had a hard time finding our server. The guava butter and onion jam were great. Some food was pretty good, some lacking flavor. The Chipotle mayo for the coconut shrimp had no flavor and was by no means spicy, but I really enjoyed the flavor of the shrimp themselves. Chicken flavor was great, but a bit on the dry side. The broccolini had more of a smoked flavor than any of the meats. With so many options on Disney property, I'm not sure we'd return, but at the same time, I'd still suggest it.

Yelp
Really tasty dinner on Disney property! Located right off the skyliner in one of Disney's moderate resorts, the Caribbean Beach resort, you'll find this dockside restaurant. The 4-course family style meal had a very nice selection. Started off with some bread with delicious butter and guava jam. My 1 year old is a carb lover so he thoroughly enjoyed the soft, pull-apart loaf of bread. I was a fan of the citrus salad so I happily indulged in the greens myself. It tasted fresh and light, perfect size and not too filling as an appetizer split amongst the table. We had a later dinner with an 8:30 reservation so not sure if this was part of the hold up, but we did wait well over 35 mins for our main course to arrive. The server was very apologetic and recognized the wait however this does hold me back from giving 5 stars. I would love to give them another chance in hopes this isnt the norm... Thankfully when dinner did arrive, everything served was delicious. Chicken, steak, pulled pork- all the meats were flavorful and tender. My son loved the sides of rice and beans and I couldn't stop eating it myself. I noticed the veggies had a bit of spice to it so made sure the little one just focused on the other sides and entrees. We devoured the mains in no time and I made sure I saved room for the pineapple bread pudding dessert. The pictures alone really sold me on the restaurant so I was so excited to indulge. The dessert didn't disappoint and was worth the trip- and the wait! What was also nice was that you can see the Epcot fireworks promptly start at 9pm. We were seated awkwardly at an angle so couldn't get a direct view, but there were many guests who peaked outside from the docks to get a better view.

Yelp
Service was prompt we enjoyed our visit. Make sure to make a reservation before hand so you can get a quick table. Food was good but nothing out of this world. Its a typical Disney restaurant. Place had nice decor and was welcoming.

Yelp
The place's got decent decor, people say this place is better than Ohana and I'd have to say that I agree. Their food is alright for the price that you pay ($35 per person for all you can eat) and it doesn't taste that bad. But I'll have to say that you pay what you get, you get $35 per person worth of a food.

Yelp
This was our first time to eat at Sebastian's and we really didn't know what to expect. We were seated for our reservation upon arrival. I think you could easily just walk up from 4:30-5:30, but it starts to really pick up as the night goes on, so if you want to go after 5:30 I'd make a reservation to be safe. The atmosphere is very bright and lively and the decor is really beautiful. Everything is served family style. You start off with pull-apart rolls with guava butter and onion jam. The guava butter and jam are tasty on their own, but mixed together, they work well. Next comes the spiced necklace salad. I love a good salad and this is exceptional. It's mixed greens and kale with spiced candied pumpkin seeds, tropical fruit, and a key lime vinaigrette. The key lime was delicious and so unique. I would buy a bottle if they had it. Next comes your main meal- pulled pork, flank steak, chicken, and fish. There wasn't a single protein that we didn't like. I had seconds of the pork and steak because they were so good (yes, it's all you care to eat). For sides they have vegetable curry, seasonal veggies, and cilantro rice and beans. None of the sides blew me away, the meat was the star of the show. For dessert they serve you coconut pineapple bread pudding with homemade vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. I am not a coconut fan, but it wasn't super noticeable and most people compare it to Ohana. Overall this was 100% worth it. The prices were way more than reasonable and the quality was superb. We will be back!

Yelp
You will not leave this restaurant hungry! I was so pleased Sebastian's was a dinner venue at my resort! A great place to eat within walking distance is a special treat. This is a family style menu/service with Caribbean food that everyone will enjoy. This also makes it much easier to order! The only choice I had to make was my drink (soft drinks and juice are included in the price) and then the meal started. The appetizers were delicious pull apart rolls served with guava butter (so good!) And a onion jam. Up next was the salad with a lovely citrus vinaigrette. It was so light and fresh, not to mention pretty, that I wanted seconds (even the next table over ordered a second serving). The entrees came next: oven roasted chicken, slow cooked pork, and grilled steak. They were divine! Wait, there's more! They also served a side of cilantro rice (one of my favorites), roasted broccoli and vegetable curry. The curry was too spicy for me, but might be perfect for someone else. Just when I thought I was almost too full, they brought put coconut pineapple bread pudding with ice cream and caramel sauce. This was an awesome spin on bread pudding and some of the best I tasted- ever! The food was a great way to try something outside of the box, but not too far. The staff was great and the ambiance was bright and jovial. Definitely make your way to this resort and try Sebastian's Bistro!

Yelp
The food was amazing. I can not believe it was only 35$ per person. The grilled beef was soooo good! Everything was better than we imagined. The pineapple and coconut bread pudding with ice cream was also amazing. Service was high quality and the restaurant looks like brand new, I loved it

Yelp
I'm so sad. I wanted to really love this place. The food wasn't good and the service was worse. I loved the theming. We sat right next to the water and its a beautifully decorated restaurant. The positives were the rice, salad, vegetable curry and the dessert. The beef and chicken were flavorless. The fish and pork were over salted. If this was a $15 meal, I would say it's worth the money. At $35/person, it's robbery.

Yelp
Sebastian's Bistro was a dream. We went for my birthday dinner and it was SO yummy and cute. Very subtle theming but nice. Everything is served family style - but my bf and I had separate plates since I am plant based and he's not. The bread pudding was definitely the highlight it was SO YUMMY. Topped with tofutti vanilla. It was probably the most satisfying vegan dessert I've had at Disney. The tofu was a bit lackluster but the rest of the veggie entrees were good. The tofu worked well with the mango spread since it was so neutral so it worked anyhow. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
The price per person is in the low 30s. We had tried other family style dining experiences at Disney and wanted to try this one too. They open at 4:30 for dinner. Reservations were not available between then and around 7:30. We did the walk in and beg method and to our surprise, it worked. The waitlist wouldn't even accept guests. We arrived around 4:35 and had a table by 4:50. We did the Taste of the Caribbean (non-plant) option. The steak, rice, rolls, and dessert were my favorites. This is a very nice place. There is some theming but it is limited. It was nice to try and I am happy we tried it. I don't think it would be a weekly meal but if you are wanting a family style type restaurant at Disney that has a variety of non-spicy items, this is the place to go.

Yelp
Amazing food! Incredible service and the least expensive all you can eat reservation we had on our recent trip. We loved the decor. The colors and fabrics were very beach/ocean/Caribbean.

Yelp
Sebastian's is certainly a unique restaurant on Disney property, however I felt the food was just OK. Appetizers were solid and it's hard to beat all you can eat meat, however I do feel like they skimp on quality for quantity. Location at Disney is great; would love to have ability to sit outside over the lake and service was good.
