Sensations has surpassed my expectations. The service was impeccable. I never had to ask for my water to be filled. Our waiter was the best I have had in years. The atmosphere was very comfortable. And the food was amazing. I enjoyed every minute of this dinning experience. Truely a diamond in disguise.

Google
I really enjoyed this place. We've been looking for a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a nice romantic dinner, and this place hit the spot. We ordered bone marrow for starters, which came with toast bread - really good. It was really flavorful. The main dishes were pork tomahawk and the prime grade ribeye (with a side of mushrooms). I thought both platters were tasty. My boyfriend thought the pork was a little under seasoned, but the glaze made up for it. The doneness of my steak was perfect throughout the whole cut. Then for dessert, we had the blackberries and cream, and the brandy Alexander (ice cream drink). They were both phenomenal. However, I think the service was the star of the show. We were greeted warmly, seated quickly (we did have reservations tho), and our server (Logan) was very polite, kind and clear. He took his time to explain the menu for us and brought all of the dishes to the table with perfect timing. The other servers kept filling up our glasses. And everyone kept checking in with our (and surrounding) tables. Another thing to point out is that despite the amount of people at the place (the parki glot was packed), the restaurant seemed to be a little compartmentalized, so it never felt like we were in a crowded place, we never had to raise our voices to hear each other, or found any of the inconveniences that you might encounter at a crowded restaurant. It felt really intimate and coY. Every part of the meal came on time, fresh and at the right temperature; no delays and no issues with our order. We will be coming back, recommending and bringing family along.

Tonight was our second visit to Sebastians. Both times we received excellent service from the greeter to the water service and everyone in between. Our food was overcooked both times. I got the chicken and mashed potatoes. Very, very dry chicken and nothing special potatoes. Wedge salad was nice and desserts were good. Loud dining room makes it hard to visit. For the price and limited menu the food should be better.

Google
Great food and atmosphere. Love their tuna starter dish and anything fish/seafood on the menu. We always get at least one dessert even if we are stuffed because they are so good! Come early, grab a drink at the bar while you wait for your table.

Google
So amazing! Great food. The lobster crab cakes are delicious. The environment was cozy. It kind of felt the middle tables were in the way of the flow and seemed like other tables could hear conversation very easily.

Google
We went out for my wife's birthday, so we wanted an experience, a place that was classy yet not full of itself. Sebastian was exactly the spot for us. First, we started in the bar, and our bartender set the tone for a great evening; then we moved into the dining room, and our waiter was perfect for the mood I was shooting for, friendly and fun of energy gladly answered all our question and never rushed us no matter how much time we were taking, for me the place is cozy and welcoming but it a staff that makes the place, if you get a bad server or a bartender it doesn't matter how good the food if you leave disappointed, as sebastions, we always leave happy,

Google
The food was good but no lobster on the menu and my dates Londron Broil came with french fries and no other potato option was offered. Cozy atsmophere but made reservations a month ago and requested to be seated by the fireplace. Was not and they weren't overly busy. Raw oysters came with a pomegranite dressing? Wouldn't go back.

Google
First time here and wow! There was a selection of beef, seafood and chicken. Elegant and cozy atmosphere. Large wine list and drink list. Food is at an upscale price but worth it. The service was great and staff friendly. The table linens are changed after every guest. A very nice place. The creme brulee was my favorite! Try it, it's delicious!

Yelp
Amazing food, drinks, and service! It has been a long time since we've had a great dinner like this and would recommend. We tried it to explore a new place on a special occasion not knowing anything about it and it did not disappoint. Our service was great with each course being time and spaced out perfectly. There was just the right amount of time between each course, giving us time to enjoy and savor each one rather than feel overwhelmed and rushed to eat all at once before getting cold. The flavors and textures of our appetizers, steaks and desserts were to rave about. We had two of each plus drinks and thought it was very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great for any occasion and allows for conversation at the same time. I've never been able to eat dessert at other restaurants because the food comes out dish after dish, but here I got to enjoy each course and not be stuffed or hungry. Neither did my husband and he enjoys large and hearty portions. We will certainly be regulars!

Yelp
A friend took me here for my first time. We sat at the bar and were talking with the bartender and owner/manager. The place is very quaint but can handle larger parties - a big group had just driven in from multiple places that were some over an hour away which is usually a great sign when people drive for a great meal. I had a couple of glasses of red wine - they have a very nice wine list with reasonable prices for good quality. I ended up with the smoked duck scratch pasta which was delicious. Smoked meats can end up overpowering a dish but this do not. Service was impeccable and I really enjoyed the plating of my dish. My friend had a huge tomahawk pork chop that looked outstanding. I will definitely be back when I am visiting my friends in Racine!

Yelp
Food delish Service prompt and very nice Ambiance was warm and inviting. Highly recommend

Todd R.

Yelp
Eclectic. I'm a business guy and always marvel how a boutique restaurant like this can make it with such small seating. Never under estimate the volume of Wisconsin drinkers. Great staff and vibe.

Yelp
Really nice and relaxing at first site. Great background music. Amazing selection of appetizers, food and wine list. Very inviting atmosphere. Service has been outstanding from the moment we walk in until we got seated. First time here it has been so enjoyable. Our server Josh is on point and very attentive. The food smell right of the plates just delicious. The lamb is perfectly made, tender, tasty great combination with the vegetables and potatoes. The pork chop is wonderful, surprisingly juicy, and well done if you're looking for an intimate dinner or a place to have a great evening with a close friend or a family this is the place to come.

Yelp
Everything was wonderful! Food, service ambience and the locals we met. Thank you. Staff and Cory Sebastian . We'll see you soon!! Barbara and Scott

Yelp
Very good food and very good service! The Ambiance was good, maybe not my perfect vibe but I cannot knock it for anything. I got Au poivre Medallions and it was delicious! The dessert was good too. Get ready to pay a little more but the experience is good and the food made it seem worth it.

Yelp
Our party of four visited Sebastian's on a Tuesday evening. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered (tuna tataki; chicken tempura; grilled kale salad; beet salad; Tuscan salmon; Berkshire pork; a pork loin with mushroom cream sauce special). The pork loin special (larger than expected!), chicken tempura, and salmon were standouts. Service was attentive and efficient with the exception of the before-dinner cocktails -- our server explained that there was only one bartender and apologized for the delay. We were seated outside, which was pleasant and quiet. We drink a lot of water, and the gentleman who refilled our water glasses was attentive but not overbearing. Two of us (out-of-towners) were taking our hosts (Racine-ites) to dinner. They'd heard of Sebastian's, of course, but never been. It was a very appropriate thank you!

Yelp
Sebastian's is a great restaurant. Its location in Caledonia doesn't hinder its popularity. Sebastian's was packed on a Wednesday night. The kitchen takes supper club standards and does them with gourmet aplomb. While prices are higher than the typical Wisconsin restaurant, you get what you pay for. Portions are huge, and service is both professional and helpful. Sebastian's provides a wonderful experience.

Jackie W.

Yelp
Is it me or are their portion sizes greatly shrinking? I had the halibut and it was about the size of a silver dollar with maybe 4 spears of asparagus. Not a starch to be found on my plate when it used to come with a tasty quinoa. As a loyal previous patron of Sebastian's I sadly believe I need to find a new fine food restaurant where I won't go home hungry.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow! I'm in love with Sebastian's Fine Food & Spirits! Every detail about this lovely supper club is calling my name. I want to move to Wind Pointe just so I can be a regular. It was easy to make a reservation. The woman on the phone was lovely. When we arrived, the hostesses were very sweet and welcoming. Our server Brandon was exceptional. He was charming and fun. We were celebrating 3 birthdays and he made sure to make us feel special. After dinner we stopped into the bar for a nightcap. The bartender was sassy & funny. We enjoyed his hospitality as well. The location fits perfectly with the restaurant. Although it is on a main road, it felt tucked away. The patio area looks like it would be perfect for al fresco dining during the summer and fall months. Twinkle lights everywhere welcomed us. Walking in, the soft lighting, varnished wood and big fireplace created the perfect atmosphere for a lovely dinner. Although we were celebrating, I would enjoy a dinner for no reason just as well. The menu offers classic cuisine with a twist. Each entree comes with sides which is always nice. We enjoyed shrimp, steak and chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly. As a surprise, Brandon brought out flourless chocolate cake with candles. It was rich and decadent. I highly recommend Sebastian's for delicious cuisine in a beautiful space and perfect service!

Yelp
Two friends have heard raving reviews of Sebastian's so we decided to give them a try. We made reservations even though it was a Tuesday; it wasn't busy at first as we arrived as they opened at 5 but by the time we left around 645, it was quite busy. Service was great; our waiter was very polite and attentive. A warm bread basket was brought to start which was a nice crusty roll which I love. My friends each ordered the kale salad to start which they very much enjoyed. We each ordered a different entree; the ribeye, airline chicken and filet medallions. None of us were impressed; I had the chicken and it was incredibly dry and the sauce was mostly flavorless. The orzo with Parmesan was good. My friend who had ribeye said it was fine but not worth the price and my friend with the medallions said the same. We ended the evening with flourless chocolate cake which was very good but would have been better with more of the white chocolate raspberry sauce. Overall it was a decent meal but because of the price, we expected better and all three of us said we likely would not return.

Yelp
Beautiful building, awesome fireplace. Food was excellent. Have ice cream drinks that are enough to feed 3 or 4 unless you order individual size. Food was excellent. Beet salad was amazing. I had the special which was a veal strip steak. It was more like a roast it was so thick. See pics of steak and dessert which had a chocolate hard exterior and had chocolate mousse and raspberries on the inside. Server was excellent. Hostess staff were friendly and GREAT!

Richard W.

Yelp
Perfect devices and great food! The greeting was friendly, the waiter knew the menu cold. Every m hung was perfect!

Yelp
This was the first time (but not last) that we visited Sebastians and as this was our tenth anniversary, we were hoping to have a memorable dining experience. We most certainly did. We waited only a. Purple of minutes at the bar, and our bartender was fantastic! Very friendly and service was very quick. Outstanding bourbon old fashioned. We weee then seated by our hostess and were introduced to our waitress Lea. I swear she was only serving us by the attention we received. When we mentioned that it was our anniversary, she immediately offered us champagne on the house, which we had with desert. We both ordered the Friday night specials - my wife the baked salmon with roasted potatoes and I ordered the breaded pork schnitzel and spatlesa. Both were incredible. My wife was in heaven and the schnitzel was out of this world. When we were finished with the entrees we had the chocolate flourless desert with the champagne. Best desert I believe either of us ever had. I cannot say enough about Sebastian's - the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service. Thank you Lea for such a wonderful evening!

Yelp
This is it !!!! The best restaurant south side of Milwaukee. The wait and bar staff are all amazing and super helpful and friendly. Their steak is pretty hard to surpass anywhere else. The menu has a wide variety of choices at reasonable prices. Order or request a bottle of wine and a very well versed member will come to your table and explain the finer points of the wine you have ordered. The restaurant itself has an older comfy feeling about it, and I suggest you request a table in the fireplace room for your special evening.

Steven B.

Yelp
Great service, cocktails are great, food is delicious , old time supper club with new ideas for menu

Violet T.

Yelp
It was great food and a great time. Our server was wonderful and very kind. I would have left a higher rating if it had not been until the end of the night when I was talking to my sister while leaving and the host had corrected my grammar in a condescending way. Considering the conversation had nothing to do with him, I felt patronized and uneasy at the fact that he was listening in on me. It dampened the great night it had been so far. I was not signing up to have my intelligence questioned at an establishment that has an overall inviting and upscale ambiance. It quickly turned into a place I would not be thrilled to return to.

Yelp
So the FOOD. Is OUTSTANDING. Really nice staff. Sat at the bar and had the best time socializing! Great drinks! Not over priced at all! Very reasonable and again-- outstanding quality gourmet dishes!
google avatar

Yelp
Always a great experience here. Staff is great, food is great. Price might be on the higher side but it's the right kind of place when you're looking for a quality meal.

Yelp
Beautiful facility, serving Beautifully prepared dishes at a fair price. Love the salads and soups ,excellent steaks and chicken and fish. Good appetizers, great desserts. Very Professional servers .

Michele P.

Yelp
Love their food! Had the halibut Oscar and my husband had the Scottish salmon. Perfectly prepared and beautiful presentation. For desert we had the brandy Alexander - so good and plenty to share. Our waiter Marcus was a class act. Professional and attentive. The hostess was gracious and pleasant to interact with. Great service! The restaurant is cozy. Sat by the fire.

Robert U.

Yelp
my review would be 5 star but waiter never told us the price of special. $81.00 a person. needless to say its my fault also for not asking but highest price item on menu was under $60. Buyer Beware at Sebastian's.
google avatar

Steve F.

Yelp
A fine looking restaurant with a friendly staff made for a great experience. The menu offers a wide variety of options with our guests having a wonderful halibut dish, a couple of tender steaks ordered medium rare but slightly undercooked, and my new favorite smoked duck scratch pasta that I highly recommend.
google avatar

Danielle G.

Yelp
We've always had great service and top notch dinners at Sebastian's. We've dined there for family birthday and anniversary celebrations several times over the years. The atmosphere is classy and feels high end. I would say that the prices are a bit high. I've been to many similar restaurants in the area and I don't think anything is so unique to justify the higher cost of the menu items. That said, we will still return as we've always enjoyed ourselves and love to support locally owned businesses.
google avatar

Mike R.

Yelp
We stopped in on a weeknight after getting a recommendation from a local retailer who said they loved the place. After one visit, we have to agree and plan on going back to meet up with friends as we live about an hour away. The atmosphere is very comfortable with a spacious dining room. The food was all presented and prepared excellently.
google avatar

Dawn J.

Yelp
Great food and atmosphere! Love the friday night specials as well as the friendly service

Paul R.

Yelp
Incredible restaurant in rural Wisconsin. I knew it had to be good since I went on a Tuesday and it was completely packed full. Filet was outstanding. Loved the béchamel and Demi glacé combination. Excellent cut of meat cooked to a perfect med rare. The blue cheese wedge was special. Unique use of fresh Romaine instead of iceberg lettuce. Thick cut bacon was delicious. Nice cocktail menu and decent wine selections. Don't miss this Wisconsin gem!!
google avatar

Rachelle C.

Yelp
My husband and I went here for a date night. I couldn't have been more happier with this choice for dinner. We had the crab stuffed poblano pepper for an appetizer which was amazing. My husband got the grilled kale salad and I got the wedge which were also very good. For main courses we got the prime rib eye that was cooked perfectly and the Thai style chicken breast with purple rice. I have never heard of purple rice before but it was very tasty. For dessert we both got salted caramel White Russians. I would def make reservations for your meal. We will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Sarah R.

Yelp
Fabulous service, very good food and intimate ambiance (though we were in a secluded area). LOVED the halibut and my fiancé's filet was spot on, a perfect medium rare with a good sear. The sides were not phenomenal but the proteins were perfection. Overall a very happy customer.
google avatar

Patricia G.

Yelp
I simply like everything about this place, from what they serve, and how they serve it, and the atmosphere, and that it is chef-owned. We have dined there several times for business as well as private special occasions and have always enjoyed the experience and the food. There is a good balance of the staple favorites as well as appealing specials, and it's sometimes hard to chose! We've had meat, seafood, and pasta dishes and have enjoyed them all! Service is commendable: the staff is attentive, friendly, polite, and care about your experience. I tried to keep this short but couldn't as it is all worth mentioning. I had written a review on Facebook but figured to do it here.
google avatar

Tina T.

Yelp
Sebastian's earned every star! Service and food impeccable. From greeting to dessert just a wonderful experience. We were there celebrating a birthday and the low key but thoughtful approach was appreciated by the birthday boy who hates the embarrassing birthday celebrations some restaurants do. One of Racine's best!

Lynda K.

Yelp
Never had anything bad ever. Prime rib-eye & tenderloin are both excellent. Many choices & my husband and I go there & highly recommend. Great job Sebastian's.
google avatar

Ann H.

Yelp
If I could give Sebastians 6 starts I would! They have amazing food and excellent service. We visited twice in the last month and I'm ready to go back next week! The last time we came I had a steak entree (the filet) and was planning to have that again today (because it was sooooo good) but on Fridays they have "casual friday" selections for $23 (A STEAL) which includes soup or salad, an entrée, and a dessert. The selections change weekly and when we went, the choices were sea bass and - what I ordered: pan fried pork schnitzel with some sort of lemon glaze atop spaetzel. OMG it was outstandingly good. For dessert the choices were lemon dozen custard or chocolate decadence cake (that's what I had). The inside decor is very chic and they also have a wonderful outdoor patio. Maybe we will sit outside next time!
google avatar

Marci B.

Yelp
This place is great! I never have been disappointed. The fish is really good and the salads. Even the appetizers are delicious. We especially like the sliders and the kale salad. I generally order salmon when I go, and I've never been disappointed. Great place.

Grace D.

Yelp
Very cozy restaurant. We went for our anniversary and received a complimentary piece of cake after our meal. We ordered steaks and they were fantastic. Service was top notch also. Outdoor seating is available however the indoor seating is just as great. Highly recommend for date night or family dinners.
google avatar

Elisabeth M.

Yelp
Food was amazing, service was top notch. I went with my mother and aunt for my birthday and this place was amazing. I wonder how I've lived here for 3 years and never been before. It's deceiving in size as it is bigger inside than it looks but is somehow still intimate for diners. Only taking off 1 star because the kitchen's timing was inconsistent and the table next to us got their food well before we did despite sitting down a full 20 min after we were sat. I'd still go back though.
google avatar

Peter N.

Yelp
One of our go to places for great food, service and atmosphere. In the summer time the outdoor patio area is wonderful. Food is always delicious and the drinks are well done.

Yelp
Best upscale restaurant on the North Side. Great service, great food mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Steve F.

Yelp
Been back living in Wisconsin for a month. Nothing compares to Sebastians. The people at this restaurant know how to cook. This is the type of place you can feel confident trying new things. Last night I ordered the Turkish dumplings. Interesting and tasty. The mussels were awesome, the broth was spot on, finished with a little cream, some bacon and some butter. They didn't oversalt the broth. Outstanding, and the toast that came with it was a 10/10. Then I had the salmon. The salmon was served perfectly, slightly translucent inside, rare to get that in a restaurant. The side of spinach was perfectly seasoned. Some interesting signature cocktails and a good wine selection. This is my go-to place. Great food, fabulous atmosphere and service, fair prices, medium sized portions.

Kurt I.

Yelp
Great place to dine! We love the casual Fridays. Food & service has been excellent every time my wife & have been there!

Bill A.

Yelp
Truly one of the most exceptional dining experience you could experience. We are lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant in this area. Sebastian's represents one of the BEST supper club experience you could ever receive!
google avatar

Pamela M.

Yelp
It was my first time at Sebastian's last night, a friend recommended it for a good meeting point between Kenosha and Milwaukee area. We decided to sit at the bar, which is nice when it's more casual and only two people and you don't always want the dining room or a full meal experience. They also have a few booths at the bar, as well. The only weird thing is the thick padded rail on the bar which adds a lot of distance between your food and your mouth. There was a poblano pepper soup on special so I had to try a cup. While it was tasty, I would've enjoyed a little bit more heat in the soup in addition to some flesh of the poblano pepper itself inside the soup rather than just a thin, creamy broth. After that, I just wanted a couple small plates so I ordered the truffle cavatelli and the grilled kale which was more like a salad. I couldn't finish even my small plates because I accidentally ate two freshly baked warm rolls with gobs of butter that they brought out, oops! That kale was the absolute bomb! Get the kale! It had nuts, strawberries, a little char flavor - The strawberries seemed weird at first but it all went together really well. The pasta was like a mac and cheese type of dish. It had a nice crumble on top and it was a good size for a small plate. I'm sad that I had to reach for the salt and I almost never do that in a restaurant. My friend had happened to already ask for salt and pepper for her raw oysters or I probably wouldn't have, but I wish they would've seasoned the pasta a little bit better. Overall, it is a very nice place to have diner and I would both recommend it and return.

Yelp
First time At Sebastian we're a foodie. Good ambiance, service was good and food was good. I'm too impressed I had Organic Scottish Salmon Sliced and seared, served with sautéed spinach, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, and lemon-dill butter sauce and salmon was very dry. Maybe I'll try again next time, if we're in town.

Yelp
Super cool restaurant!!! We decided to take my dad here for a Father's Day dinner. We had a reservation for four at 6 PM on a Saturday evening. When we arrived it was quite busy which is always a great sign! We were seated immediately in the main dining room which is very beautiful. I really liked the atmosphere. Our waitress Rachael was absolutely amazing! We started with cocktails and ordered a couple of appetizers. We decided it to get their muscles which were in a nice curry sauce served with flatbread. We also got their cheeseboard. Both appetizers were delicious. The special of the night was sockeye salmon so my sister decided to try that. I went with the scallops, my brother-in-law got the tenderloin medallions and my father chose a pasta dish called "hay and straw" or Paglia e Fieno. The presentation of all of the meals was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed their meals however, the pasta dish was slightly underwhelming according to my Father. The prosciutto in the pasta dish was in huge chunks which made it difficult to eat without having to cut them down to smaller pieces. The taste was good but it was if the dish had been sitting for a while before it was served. For dessert we decided to share their specialty dessert of the night which was Panna Cotta. It was amazing! Overall our experience was excellent! I think this the kind of restaurant where you should go and enjoy one of their excellent seafood, fish or meat dishes. They change their menu often and they have a different specialty every night. We were told on Friday nights they have a great three course meal for 23.99 per person which offers a choice of a fish or meat entrée. I would definitely go back in the future!
google avatar

Yelp
Love the food, the atmosphere and the pricing is comparable to other finer dining options. Nice part about Sebastian's, you walk in feeling like you're in a friend's kitchen and you're just hanging out. Love it!!!!
google avatar

James S.

Yelp
Great food, fun atmosphere, attentive service; what else do you want in a fine dining establishment? It's all there at Sebastian's.

Randall S.

Yelp
In my opinion is the best restaurant in the area and that really includes much of south Milwaukee as well as Racine. On Fridays, they have a special offering of either a meat or fish plate that comes with super salad and dessert for around $25.
google avatar

Kim H.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants! People often ask where they can go in Milwaukee for a nice steak dinner, and I always recommend that they come to Caledonia to Sebastian's instead! We have never had any meal (mostly order steaks) less than amazing here. We do miss the ravioli special that we often ordered as an appetizer. Their peppercorn ranch dressing is one of my favorites. Those ice cream drinks as dessert are absolutely delicious! Also, love the comfy, clean dining room and personable servers!
