With incredible programming like the Virtual Dementia Tour (designed to simulate dementia while cultivating empathy and understanding), the Dreams program (designed to fulfill the dreams of seniors in nursing homes), and the Dementia Doula program that certifies doulas in end-of-life care, Second Wind Dreams is a shining light in the community.

This organization consistently challenges those interested in journeying with a person with dementia in the latest in clinically proven techniques and approaches. Empathetic training that makes sense. Highly recommend.

Synergy HomeCare has been working with Second Wind Dreams for 2 years now as a facilitator of the Virtual Dementia Tour. Pk Beville and her organization have been instrumental in improving the lives of those with dementia as well as their caregivers! The Virtual Dementia Tour is an eye opening experience for anyone who has been affected by dementia and should be mandatory for anyone serving this population.
