SECRET GARDEN FLORAL

I ordered some flowers for a veteran celebration of life. We wanted red, white, and blue. The bouquet was beautiful. She delivered it, even on a Sunday. It's still quite lovely. I would recommend Secret Garden Floral.

I ordered a grave blanket for my brother's grave and it turned out so beautiful. When we got there to pick it up this morning, she took us in the back to make sure we were happy with it. My mom and I both started crying... The florist said, "I know how special these are and I want to make sure you like it." We could tell she paid attention to the details and put her heart in it for us and for my brother. Thank you so much! ❤️

My daughter and I walked into this shop with a very tall request. We needed flowers for my daughters backyard wedding which was happening in like 10 days. They treated us very well and had it ready on time even offering to deliver it to my daughters house. The flowers were beautiful especially because we just gave them colors to work with. I would highly recommend this shop and hope that my daughter provides them with more business in the future. Thanks again for everything

Needed a bouquet on the day that I called. Asked for flowers that didn't really wilt or die fast. Oh my gosh!! They were So beautiful! Plus, a week later, still looking beautiful!! What a gem of a place. Columbus is lucky to have them in their community!

I called today (Saturday) to send a flower arrangement to my mom, who's going through a difficult time and lives in Fall River. They picked up the phone, understood exactly what I was looking for, and delivered the flowers within 2 hours, and they are beautiful. Thank you!

I do not live in Columbus, so I can't speak to the physical shop, but I was very pleased with their service via phone. I called in an order for same day delivery, which they attempted, but were unable to reach the recipient. They were able accommodate delivery first thing the next morning. My sister sent me the photo of the beautiful arrangement once delivered-so pretty!

Robin makes beautiful arrangements and the store is gorgeous. A lot of fun items to buy as presents or to decorate your home. If you are lucky there is a super cute dog who will welcome you into the store.

Nice lady at the shop wanted a bright bouquet with A Pink Rose and the spider flowers it was ok but too many dark colors and not enough bright like yellow and pinks. I will be more specific next time and price was right

My boyfriend had ordered me BEAUTIFUL flowers from here on Valentines Day to be delivered to my work. He had called Secret Garden around lunchtime to make sure they were going to be delivered and they said they would be going out at 3:00. I received a call at 4:48 pm from an unknown number and called back at 5:00, and was told that they were trying to get a hold of me ALL day to deliver them. I had the one missed call. I then, had to go pick them up at 5:15 after they offered to have them delivered later (but didn't know where any delivery drivers were) or have them delivered the next day. So, I went and picked them up and barely got an apology. And never got a refund for the 10 dollar delivery fee. Fast forward 3 days, and my boyfriend's debit card had gotten charged TWO times at over 100 dollars a piece. When I called back, the owner never apologized or did anything about it. I had to fax and email transaction history to get it all figured out, which they weren't helpful either. As of right now, I am not even sure when it will be reversed. I don't think I have EVER had worse customer service. The flowers were so gorgeous though, but definitely not worth the hassle.

If you want your flowers delivered as promised, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I called to place an order and they confirmed the delivery day and time. However the flowers never showed up. Surprisingly, I was never contacted by Secret Garden or told that there was a problem with delivery. When I followed up 2 days later, they said that they had called the recipient and left a message. (There is no cell record of their call so maybe they dialed wrong?) On the following delivery day, they did not make any further attempts to deliver the flowers! I guess they were just going to charge me for undelivered flowers. After learning that my flowers were never received, I contacted Secrete Garden and asked them to please deliver the flowers that I had order. Since the flowers had been sitting in their shop over the weekend, I also asked them to replace any flowers that were faded or dying. Their reply "My flowers don't die after 2 days." No apologies! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST and do not trust the ratings on their website. I posted my experience in the testimonial section. However, it was never displayed.
