My boyfriend had ordered me BEAUTIFUL flowers from here on Valentines Day to be delivered to my work. He had called Secret Garden around lunchtime to make sure they were going to be delivered and they said they would be going out at 3:00. I received a call at 4:48 pm from an unknown number and called back at 5:00, and was told that they were trying to get a hold of me ALL day to deliver them. I had the one missed call. I then, had to go pick them up at 5:15 after they offered to have them delivered later (but didn't know where any delivery drivers were) or have them delivered the next day. So, I went and picked them up and barely got an apology. And never got a refund for the 10 dollar delivery fee. Fast forward 3 days, and my boyfriend's debit card had gotten charged TWO times at over 100 dollars a piece. When I called back, the owner never apologized or did anything about it. I had to fax and email transaction history to get it all figured out, which they weren't helpful either. As of right now, I am not even sure when it will be reversed. I don't think I have EVER had worse customer service. The flowers were so gorgeous though, but definitely not worth the hassle.
