Secret Garden Beach Resort

Myself, my partner and our 5 year old son stayed here from 22nd December til 26th December, we had the most wonderful time here which we will never forget. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, attentive and kind. We had massages which were 10/10, the food was outstanding 👌 the entertainment was superb also. We want to give Sam a shout out because he always noticed us and was so friendly to us and our child. Such a little gem we found , accommodation was good.. when we highlighted a problem it was sorted asap with no issues . The rooms have an element of being rustic so to speak but we liked that. Thank you so much to all the staff we would definitely come here again.

I wish you had more than one number and i wish you answered the one number that is available oh your web site. I tried to call starting Saturday morning for a Sunday evening reservation, I got zero response. When I showed up there at 6pm, the manager wouldn’t even look at me. He sent some waitress to turn me away. I tried to explain that i had desperately been trying to make a reservation but they didn’t care. Later around 8pm, one hour into the live music, I called again to ask if there was any space for 2. I was told I cant make a reservation and have to walk in?!?!?!?!? Place seemed pretty from the outside but 2 stars for their communication.

Was here 15 years ago. Was beautiful. Now the drinks are over priced and the measures are too small. First place in koh samui that won't accommodate. when confronted , I was told that my measure was fine. Maybe fine in the uk . Not comfortable 😕

We had a wonderful breakfast at Secret Garden! The food was delicious, the coffee was rich and aromatic, and the view of the sea made it even more special. Such a lovely spot to start the day highly recommended!

Just off the busy road is a quiet oasis! The people were excellent, greeting us warmly! Plenty is scooter parking! The food was really nice! I had a masaman curry with a mango smoothie, both were quite tasty! Prices were average - not cheap, but certainly not expensive either! A good value! Would I stop in again? Absolutely!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in by far! Perfect location, lovely designed room, made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was super tasty and the live music was excellent and it was the perfect distance to all the shops you need to get around the island, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

Sleepless stay! Don’t book the garden suites due to it’s close connection to the road with heavy traffic. Rooms are otherwise nice and service friendly staff compensates a bit. Pool small and nice but should get daily cleaning (we found sand in the same position for a week). Beach acceptable but very close to the piers. The hotel info needs to be updated with info about music shows three times a week and noise/vibrations from traffic.

Didn't stay. Went twice. Once for dinner, very good and then on Sunday night for the very good band. "Funky something or other. 3 piece played everything from Fleetwood Mac to Janis Joplin. Well worth a few baht in the tips box.
