Our wedding at Secret Gardens was absolutely perfect! The venue is breathtaking, and all of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and magical it was. What truly made the experience even better was the incredible support from Joe and Blanca. They were so helpful throughout the entire planning process and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. Their guidance, professionalism, and kindness made everything seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue or team—highly recommend!

Truly a secret garden of beauty- with stunning surprises of waterfalls and swans. The palm trees open to hidden paths with lush landscapes and fish and little streams it is so quiet and almost mystical. They put up a gorgeous tent with tons of fairy lights for the wedding dinner. A beautiful, quiet and peaceful magical place.

Had the best day of my life at this gorgeous venue for my wedding. Joe and Blanca were responsive and reasonable when asking for special requests and a very well maintained property. Best value property for a wedding in Miami!! Guests complimented everything about this stunning location.

I am so happy that we went with Secret Gardens Miami for our wedding venue. It was the most beautiful venue that we’ve seen and the combination of the outdoor waterfall ceremony with the AC ballroom was perfect. Everything was SO BEAUTIFUL AND OUTSTANDING!!! Joe and Blanca Doyle were a PLEASURE to work with, their easy quick communication, accommodations, and always keeping me knowledgeable with any updates to ensure the wedding day was PERFECT! This venue was an absolute dream come true. My guests were WOWed with how gorgeous and magical it is! They cannot stop telling me what a beautiful wedding I had. From the moment I visited the venue for the tasting and tour, I knew it was the one. I was shopping around for a while but once I spent the day here, I was hooked. What I loved about this place was that it is beginner friendly. What I mean is, is that I moved here about three years ago and had no clue where to start when looking for trustworthy and professional vendors. This place is like a one-stop-shop for all things wedding! Joe did an exceptional job explaining everything crucial when planning a wedding at the tour. He explained that they have numerous vendors they prefer and recommend. All of these vendors know each other so well and have worked together for over 20 years. I have to say, that sold me. I love a place that is like a family, and this is what the staff at Secret Garden's Miami is. My day could not have gone any better. It was absolutely seamless, no hiccups! The planning was absolutely stress free as I had my choice of vendors, and everything booked within one month. Anyone that asks me for recommendations on venues, this is my #1. We were fortunate to win a wedding giveaway and Secret Gardens was the venue for our wedding. We held our wedding at Secret Gardens, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we visited, we fell in love with the beautiful surroundings and the landscape. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The outdoor ceremony space was breathtaking, with stunning views that provided the perfect backdrop for our vows. Inside, the reception air conditioned area was spacious and elegantly decorated, allowing us to personalize it to fit our theme. The bridal suite and groom's man cave was perfect for capturing the most beautiful pictures. The cocktail area in a separate tent was perfect for rainy and hot days and to have an alternative for a rainy ceremony. Overall, Secret Gardens Miami exceeded our expectations in every way. It made our special day even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to tie the knot!

As much as I would love to give Secret Gardens Miami a 5 star review, I CANNOT because of their recommendation of my first wedding planner. Please DO NOT hire Yeni from O'Love Events. She was at the tasting when we chose Secret Gardens Miami and Blanca (owner of Secret Gardens) introduced her as the best wedding planner ever. THOSE WERE TOTAL LIES! Just look up her Yelp reviews (Gala Event Designs) and you will see quotes from many unhappy customers such as: "Please reconsider before deciding to hire her. She promises so much and then goes missing." "What a nightmare ! Please save your time and money and DO NOT hire this person by the name Yeni. She promised a lot and delivered nothing !" "Horrible wedding planner. Takes your money and you will never hear from her. If I could I would give her no stars." And so on and so on. In short, I recommend this venue because it is gorgeous! Joe (the co-owner) was AMAZING. He tried to help as much as he could, and heard me out when I told him his wife (Blanca) should not be recommending vendors that are HORRIFIC to brides. Weddings costs thousands of dollars, and it is very unprofessional for such an established venue to be recommending vendors who have YELP reviews like "Yeni is the worst. She is a scam artist. She made me do everything myself and it really made no sense paying her my hard earned money that she does not want to give back." Also, she did not return our $750.00 deposit either. I do recommend Fortuna Events Wedding Planning, Cigar Love, Molina Catering, DJ Willy, Coll Music, Belk Events Flowers,Carlos Osorio Photos, The Miami Events Hora Loca, and Bee Ella Fizz - THEY WERE TOTAL HITS! They are preferred vendors for this venue and they actually did their jobs! Also, be aware, if you go over 150 guests you have to pay an additional $15.00 per person, contract a portable bathroom from YML Bathrooms, and pay for extra valet parkers. So try to stay under 150 or you will have to pay A LOT more. Overall, it truly was a beautiful wedding because the venue is truly stunning and these vendors: Fortuna Events Wedding Planning, Cigar Love, Molina Catering, DJ Willy, Coll Music, Belk Events Flowers,Carlos Osorio Photos, The Miami Events Hora Loca, and Bee Ella Fizz WERE BEYOND AMAZING. But unfortunately, this venue did make the first part of the wedding planning HORRIFIC by recommending Yeni. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HER, trust me! I've attached pictures to highlight the beauty of Secret Gardens Miami.

I had my wedding at Secret Gardens in December and had an overall good experience. The venue is potentially the most beautiful in South Florida, with stunning landscaping, varied areas for beautiful pictures, space for guests to explore during cocktail hour, and truly beautiful bridal accommodations. The pricing is also one of the most affordable options I came across in my search for a venue of this caliber, and the fact that there were 5 different catering companies to choose from, all for the same low price, was really helpful (I highly recommend Sogno d'Elite!). For these factors alone, I would highly recommend Secret Gardens. However, there are a few negative aspects that, although they wouldn't deter me from suggesting the place, are worth mentioning. First, Blanca was definitely not my favorite person to deal with. She did call my wedding a red flag to my face because I didn't have a planner and she talked badly about other weddings that didn't have planners or didn't use their full suite of recommended vendors. She also yelled at my day-of coordinator who was this sweet older woman who was just doing me a favor. Thankfully, I was able to deal with the other owner, Joe, for most of my interactions with them, at least up until the last couple weeks when Blanca handled the smaller details. Next, there is a smaller property next door where they also hold events, and a mariachi band started playing very loudly during my vows. I think because they own both properties, there should have been some consideration for the group that was holding their wedding vs. what I found out later was a birthday party. Lastly, there was one issue with follow-through that isn't a huge deal but did irritate me. They told us that if we dropped of little sheer baggies that they'd fill them with fish food so that guests could feed the fish during the cocktail hour. I went out of my way one day to drive 1.5 hours down in traffic, spent about 30 minutes on the property being told that someone was there and then that someone would be there soon, all to find that the little bags weren't put out on the wedding day. It was something that I'd put in a little activities sign for the guests, so I was frustrated that they did not provide that. Again, none of these are dealbreakers, but they're things the venue should work on to make future experiences better, and could be worth discussing with Joe and Blanca if you're a couple wanting to book the space. A couple more items! You can't get in earlier than 1:30 for photos and getting ready, so if you're having an earlier wedding like I did (3:00), take that into consideration. And if you leave anything behind, don't expect them to save it for you! My family went back the next day and the staff said there was nothing left behind, although there were a few things we realized we'd neglected to pick up. It's not a huge deal, but just be careful!

This place was absolutely stunning in every aspect. My childhood girlfriend was having her wedding here. She definitely chose the perfect location. When they named it secret garden, they definitely picked a appropriate name, considering how far west we did have to drive to get here. We did get a Uber to drop us off and were greeted by a valet person. You should definitely consider your heels getting a bit dirty, because this is a garden. Not just some typical garden with boring flowers on the ground, but beautiful sculptures all over and breathtaking waterfalls with actual fish swimming below and the water is even heated. One of the other ponds had an actual swan. This one was so still we were wondering if it was even real. This place is the perfect photo op for the typical Instagram craze. I can't wait to see all the beautiful photos that her and her husband were posing for. The ceremony was on a walkway that was concrete that did have a waterfall in the background. The after party was located under a tent that had beautiful, twinkly lights. Overall, if I actually did have a wedding,( we eloped ) this would've been on my consideration list. Overall, the celebration of their wedding in this beautiful atmosphere was breathtaking.

I've always seen pictures and other wedding photos here. Always thought it would be beautiful and an out of state experience -- which it still is. However actually attending a wedding here wasn't as magical -- everything was located sporadically and not convenient at all. The staff also is not the friendliest -- rude waiters and we also had a rude bartender. They also weren't good enough at time management. Everything was delayed. I would think of a venue such as thing they would be better equipped and take things with a sense of urgency. As far as location it is located in a much secluded area with beautiful greenery areas the water is filled with little fishes. Great for photo taking.

Secret Gardens is the most spectacular venue in all of Florida !!! Think BLUE LAGOON, meets THE BEACH (and stick to the happy-exotic scenes). From the moment I arrived I was swept off my feet. Every nook and cranny was perfect. A whimsical bellini cart placed at the entrance before the bridge. A violinist greeted us with classy tunes as we crossed said bridge. A cigar lounge for the men (and some women). A bar-attendant elegantly dressed, and happy to serve up bubbly, beer and more. A gourmet coffee station complete with specialty coffees and every-ccino under the sun. This in conjunction with all the natural beauty and splendor of the place. Blanca and Joe are are no-nonsense top notch party planners. They were the masterminds behind my baby shower this past weekend and along with their recommended vendors, created a magical experience I (and my guests) will never forget. They were easy to reach, friendly, and above all patient with my countless inquiries. Words can't do this place (or my shower) justice. Thank you Blanca, Joe and the entire Secret Gardens crew for blowing my event out of the water.

My review is based on my first call with a lady (Blanco), she was rude and very unprofessional. Asking simple questions and you get a smart respond back with no further details. I called and told her that I have a few questions since I didn't have any knowledge about this place. My cousin showed me how beautiful the pictures turned out so I set everything a side and reaches out to them. I called... Me: Could you give me an estimates on the photo shoot Her: $255 for 3 hours Me: What about the clothings? Her: I don't know what you mean? What is cloning? Me: Are the dresses or gowns being provided? Her: No! That's on you. Anything else? And then click I called back ... Me: I wasn't done sorry, what about the photographer? Her: That is on you and your photographer? Me: Thank you, but why are you so mean about it? Her: I am not you asking so I'm answering Me: Yes, but first you hung up on me after telling me is $255 3 hours and not informing me about brining my own photographer or how to even book? Her: Im not mean Me: I was looking forward to go here but now I won't and I will yelp this. Her: Oh Hunie, you don't have to do that Her: I am the owner-Blanco you do not have to do that. I'm not sure if she just didn't wanna help or because she thinks she's the owner and doesn't care about "firing" but you just lost a few clients.

At first glance of this venue, I know this would make for a day to remember for the bride and groom, even though they advised that the manager Blanca was unprofessional at the showing but, they still were in love with the venue. Helping in the day of preparations and arriving at the overnight bridal suite , I quickly noticed that it was all a facade. Lets start with the onsite bridal suite. Convenient that it on property but no proper cleaning and maintenance seen in years. You would think for roughly $1000 a night this place would be impeccable, but it was filthy! Broken drawers, animal dropping in drawers (in the ones you could open) and dust accumulation beyond belief. Being a bridesmaid, I was proactive and went go out and get a mop to avoid getting the gowns dirty that night in preparation for the morning. Again, still giving the benefit of the doubt of things being overseen. After cleaning, went to take a shower...comical! If you taken a bath in 3rd world country where you have to sway your body to get the driplet of water coming out the corroded shower head, then you know what type of shower we had in a $1000 suite. Its not the price, but that the price doesn't align with what was provided (Some photos attached). Wedding day was finally here and the groomsmen and groom were on the way to the venue. We had arranged a elaborate breakfast spread to have ready for them upon their arrival. Once we got everything setup in the Man Cave, Blanca advised that they were going to move to the other suite that was under construction. I am trembling just thinking of here she had the audacity to suggest such a thing. First thing, contractor was CURRENTLY cutting wood and working on the front patio. So, imagine the saw dust and noise but still went inside. NOTHING! Base boards on pile as soon as you walk in, caution tape on doors, no furniture or even chairs to sit, but this is where you want to put the wedding party. She gave us the option to stay in the 1st suite with masks on (they all had no issue with that) or "Have more freedom" in the unsafe/under construction suite. I suggested the guys stay in the suite and left to check on the vendors and other pressing issues. Later to find out, Blanca gave the groom continuous attitude about their choice, so they just moved to the hut , but stayed outside due to dust. My husband in particular has bad allergies but regardless, who wants dust on your clothes,food and etc. Notice in photos-caution type in hut .So much so the photographer did the "getting ready shots" outside because it was unacceptable for his photos and couldn't bare it. I can go on showing unprofessional texts she sent to the wedding planner and recorded conversation about threatening to cancel to wedding the day of because of "her inconvenience" but you all should get the idea. I prefer to spend my money on a stress free venue, on a clean and professionally managed venue. I would highly recommend looking into: Redland Koi Garden** For similar venue and world class service. Not to mention, she attempted to hold deposit being" someone wet towels and flooded suite", but when asked for picture and proof , quickly refunded. Mind you, you went to suite after to retrieve our stuff and film because we saw how Blanca handled us during the wedding and what foolishness and dishonesty she may try to take it. Glad we did! STAY AWAY! Photos: * You can see the caution tape and bare room in "Man Cave" * Dust and broken drawers in "Bridal Suite" * Unable to add text messages and videos.

Secret Gardens lives up to its name in the best way possible-- stepping foot onto the venue, you instantly feel like you're in a private oasis. It feels luxurious and refined, but with a tropical Miami flair. Beautifully manicured foliage, waterfalls, coral walking bridges...there are so many little coves and walkways that wedding guests can enjoy (especially during cocktail hour). What the photos *don't* show you is how incredible the team is at Secret Gardens. From our first visit, Joe and Blanca have made us feel like family. They're seasoned pros, transparent and reasonable with their pricing, and very responsive to any questions. During this COVID-19 crisis, we unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding. Without question, Joe and Blanca offered flexible date changes and were so patient with my incessant calls (lol). After extensive research online and in-person, choosing Secret Gardens Miami was a no-brainer. We're so happy with our decision!!

Blanca, I use this method because in my messages with joe the last message that I sent never was answered but my last review was Since the beginning I explain that I understand your policy but I let you know just 6 days after I made the payment that I was in the situation to cancel the date, I book the date for November 2024, I explained you that I currently don't have a job because my work fired many people And also I see your policy says you cannot bring a DJ out of the preferred vendors list and when I ask you by message, you told me I do can bring a Dj out of your vendor ist So sometimes the policy is not that strict that cannot provide a help to costumers Only because is about money you cannot help costumer? I wanted to write this little review to express how happy I was with the Secret Gardens the throughout my entire wedding planning process. The staff was out of this world, Amazing!. Valet super professional. I'm beyond happy with the vendor recommendations. Events by Molina, Nadia's Flowers, and Reverend Pedro Martinez were beyond amazing. The venue being so beautiful and cleaned was just a plus. Also, they are constantly making improvement to the property (not that it needs it, but is always great)I'm beyond grateful for the entire Secret Garden team, specially Blanca and Nadia specially because they make you feel like family. I recommend this venue 150% believe me, you wont be disappointed.

Where do I start. The location is breathtakingly beautiful. The venue is well kept and very clean. Accommodations for my maternity shoot was great. They were able to squeeze me on last min (due to my last min decision to have a maternity shoot) I came in a few days prior to my shoot see the venue. I met Joe and man was he helpful. Walked me through the facility and explained everything in details. Joe also followed up with me the day before my shoot to make sure everything went as planned day of. Also it was a bonus that my 2 year old liked him and was excited to go back to see "Mr.Joe and feed the fish" Made the day of the photoshoot very exciting for him. The day of my scheduled maternity shoot the weather was horrible thunder storm's and lots of wind. I received a call from the owner and we were able to reschedule our shoot for the following day. Over all my family, our photographer and I experience was amazing. I would recommend this venue for upcoming photography needs. We will definitely return for more family pictures.

Such a beautiful place! But poorly managed. So story time...my auntie was so excited looking for BLUE LAGOON FARM a venue and event space located near Secret garden. This location caught our eye. We took nonprofessional photos with an old iPhone just to show our cousin later. When 5 min later the manager comes up to us. She was very unwelcoming, rude & with poor customer service skills. We asked for a card with information and she just said it's $275 for 3 hours that's it. No communication or interest to give us information. This beautiful place deserves better. Be gentle! What a beautiful slice of paradise tucked away down in the Redlands. A family owned and operated property, with fair venue pricing, and a phenomenal spread of caterers, photographers, wedding planners, etc. Blanca and her husband Joe do a fantastic job with food tastings, tours, and making what can feel like an overwhelming amount of decisions very easy. We have been to secret gardens miami for weddings, photo shoots, and events in the past. Now we are planning our own wedding here and couldn't be happier with the services provided. Highly recommend!

Venue is not up to code Electical wise! Was hired to do uplights and cold sparks for the wedding entrance. Did not have 4 independent 20 amp to run lights sound and FX. FYI Blanca is the owners wife.

The secret garden of Miami is worth every penny and more. As a groom I want to express my experience with this venue. My wife and I are currently living in Vegas but we lived in Miami all our lives and wanted a beautiful venue that would capture Miami. When I first went on the tour, I wasn't with my fiancé , I went with her mom. We instantly fell in love. The venue is breathtaking. The owners Joe and Blanca welcomed us and constantly stayed in touch helping me and my fiancé plan our entire event while we lived cross country. The "big day" arrived and the owners were there to welcome us and congratulate us. We felt extremely grateful and appreciated that they cared so much to be a part of such a special day for us. We never kept looking, we booked with the secret garden from the first visit and I know we made the right choice. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Perfection!! Most amazing venue in Miami! Blanca and Joe go out of there way to give you the most beautiful venue. They are always available and work with you on anything you might need. I also recommend renting the house they have on the property, it's beautiful!! Absolutely the most romantic stay you could ever have. I can't even express how many compliments we received from guest about the venue and we didn't even book the entire garden, we booked a smaller side of the property. It's just gorgeous.

I recently went to the Secret Gardens of Miami for my best friend's wedding. This place is stunning! From the entrance to the pond to the bridge to the waterfall... everything was gorgeous! Talk about Instagram photo opportunities everywhere. Another thing I noticed was that the staff was super helpful during planning stages. Complete opposite from the staff at my wedding venue lol. They were super nice to my bff and I appreciated that. There were no complaints on that front. Parking is good, location is far but you're in the Redlands, come on. How can it not be beautiful and lush? Go! You won't regret it.

This is the most beautiful and well kept venue you can find in the Redlands from lagoons, waterfalls, a piano, a bed, lighted signs, swans and more all immaculately kept. The website falls short when you actually visit the place. Service is exceptional Joe and his wife Blanca are always available and will respond promptly finding a way to please you. I have not yet found a negative spot on it.

The customer service is horrible! I also seen a lot of other complain about their customer service and it's the same woman. I don't know who she is to the company and why they still have her hired but she's terrible!

Secret Gardens down in Homestead is a beautiful property. There are many things to do at this venue from photo shoots, quinceañeras, weddings, etc. However, the only reason why I give Secret Gardens 2 STARS! is bc the MANAGEMENT (JOE & BLANCA) is terrible. It's disgusting! How DARE YOU! Blanca come into my wife's dressing room hours before the wedding and be so RUDE! I can go into details with that, but I will let my wife do that under her own review. But that was just the Icing to our whole experience with Blanca and Joe. You both are either completely disorganized, disconnected from each other, or you just 'pimp' your property out that half the time, Joe, you don't even know who or what you have planned at your property. You are a wheeler and dealer and will take anything you can to make money from your venue. We came for a tour one Sunday and we immediately fell in love with your property. Within weeks we had already set our deposit so we could secure our date. Then within days we start getting random calls from all sorts of vendors. *(somewhere in the info we gave for the tour, they give your info out to their vendors). We didn't want your vendors and you guys even said in the tour that it is ok to you use outside vendors, however you don't recommend it and that they need all the proper licenses and what not, *which all of our vendors did provide!!! BUT YOU still gave us issues after issues. You play games with the phone and insist on doing phone calls but always impossible to reach you. We rather discuss through email just so we have a paper trail of what's been said and agreed on, BUT AGAIN you insist on Phone calls. Just bc we chose not to use any of your vendors, you and your wife made sure to make it as hard as possible for us and our vendors to plan our wedding! I'm sorry that we aren't your typical clientele with all the money in the world that can afford all the extra bells and whistles ppl. have at weddings. All we wanted was a small and intimate wedding. We choose the main property just for the fact that we live in Miami and we wanted the tent just in case we get rained out. If we had chosen the other side, then we would be SOL as you said. We wanted our close family and friends to enjoy a beautiful property and intimate ceremony and reception. Which everyone did, but Blanca/Joe, you guys made it the worse experience ever, especially during this time of uncertainty with COVID on top of it all!! Either way, I know you two don't care, you guys still are making a killing, and your photo shoots are your bread and butter. However , after reading the true and honest low star reviews, it seems to be the same thing about how rude and terrible Blanca and management can be! **The only reason again, that SECRET GARDENS gets 2 STARS, is because your property is beautiful and our families and friends had an enjoyable and memorable evening. Valet was also great. Also, Javier was very nice and professional and even said that we were great and had even called you guys to let you know we were great.

This location is beautiful to take pictures. I did my engagement photoshoot here. However, be wary, if someone else is using live animals in their photoshoot, such as the tigers or lions, you can't be anywhere near. I had to basically stop my photoshoot to let someone else do theirs. I understand for safety reasons, but just understand this may be a possibility for you. There are gorgeous spots to take pictures. Staff isn't 100% friendly but decent enough. I was able to do my photoshoot & that's all that matters.

Wow! I'll start with wow because that was the first word that came out of me and my now wife's mouth when we first entered The Secret Gardens. I've always believed that excellence has a head and tail to its work. As long as the is HEAD operates in excellence, then so will everything else in between the TAIL on down. Joe and Blanca were nothing less of excellence from the first time we met up until our wedding day. Our day was made that much more special because of the excellence The Secret Gardens of Miami provided. We love and appreciate everyone that is apart of their team and things will only get better alas time moves forward. I mean even from when we first saw the place there were upgrades and new amenities that we were able to take part in, so The Secret Gardens of Miami wont be much of a secret for long as long as excellence continues to be their priority.

This is probably one of the worst reviews I've ever had to write and the fact that is has to do with one of the most important days of my life hmm.. where do I start ahhh yes the mimosa tasting on a beautiful Sunday a year ago , me , my planner and my fiancé went to go see the property , we arrived on time Blanca- manger NOT OWNER walked up to us already looked like she was in a mood and eyebrows arches, she said I don't have you on my list you never confirmed you were coming, my planner brought up the email and showed her our last email to her assistant, that we confirmed the day and time and that it was us 3, she literally said whatever go sit down, i was like whoa that super rude especially when your trying to have us book this venue, but we kept it moving due to the place being so gorgeous i immediately fell in love with it, now let's fast forward to a year of planning after we made initial deposit and picked our date, we had so many unanswered emails, and text messages to her, and on one of the text she blatantly and unprofessional just did not want to deal with us, so I decided to contact her very nice and professional husband Joe, we felt not only more comfortable dealing with him but unlike his horrible wife Blanca he spoke with us NOT AT US, fast-forward day of wedding, where do i begin, let me remind you all this was the most important loving day of my life, we rent out villa for an overnight stay - the lady pops out literally the day before we needed to pay a deposit of $250 -like hello maybe if you communicated with us that wouldn't have been a problem but the day before you're going to throw another $250 deposit at us , ok I'm game i sent it in- we walked into villa and IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!, whoever said they cleaned that place LIED, we literally have videos and photos showing dust, mold, dirt crumbs ants all over the place it was a disaster, i again did not want to stress so my aunt literally stepped up and cleaned the bathroom, cleaned the kitchen and swept and mopped floor, we even left the place way cleaner they should have hired us to clean it, so now the deposit i paid was for anything that happened with the villa ( mind you we left it immaculate- day of wedding, my very nice friend just got a new Ferrari , he didn't want valet to park it so he did and mistakenly bumped into the gate, ok problem solved i mean it's a Ferrari he has super great insurance, it was going to get fixed and so was his car and he even said that he will pay for everything to the valet and the manager , well Blanca took it upon herself to say that we are ruining her property, I'm sorry what?!? i obviously had no idea what was going on i mean i was in the middle of my father walking me down the aisle , we she started with the harassing phone calls and text messages to my planner, when i tell you this lady is so unprofessional she literally needs to be FIRED and replaced with solemnly her husband she literally gives the most magical beautiful place the secret garden a BAD FACE AND NAME so my wedding planner is freaking out , this lady was saying she was going to shut down our wedding WHY BECAUSE OF A SMALL INCIDENT ARE YOU NUTS, i paid over $6000 for the venue alone , who says that to a bride and groom and wedding planner in the MIDDLE OF THEIR EVENT , I cried literally on my wedding day all because a Ferrari and a bump on your fence ( that mind you wasn't working because me myself tried closing it the day before since were staying on the property ) like this lady was irrational are you crazy, my very pregnant wedding planner was almost in tear as this lady continued to go in , on her text message, we were confused on why she acting that way like it was a minor mishap that was going to be dealt with and it was a guest( and this was at the beginning of the night during our ceremony , not the bride and groom, i literally can't tell you how horrible i felt on my wedding day all because of this horrible woman, this was so upsetting on only to me but other guest who were hearing what was going on, we finally decided to ignore her text and calls and continued with your night i couldn't stress something that was going to be an easy fix on my night , that i spent my hard earned money and wanted to enjoy , neither the less the place was beautiful , the pictures don't even do it justice but if i knew beforehand i had to deal with a power trip horrible woman who swore up and down she owned the place AND LATER WE FOUND OUT SHES ONLY AN EMPLOYEE THERE i wouldn't have chosen it, my night was almost ruined because of her power trip so with that i let you decide but because of her i had to give give a 1 star

I literally had the wedding of my dreams! Joe, Blanca, Nadia and grettel were all a dream to work with and are extremely responsible. I had the best night EVER!

I had my wedding here last month. I can tell you the true Dos and don'ts. The venue SG is absolutely beautiful, my pics turned out amazing!!! All these issues people have with the owners seem personal and not related to the actual venue. I had no issues , I mostly worked with Joe. The only thing I will say is if you or a guest forgets something and try to collect your belongings in Lost and Found the following day it's a little bit of a mission so don't leave anything behind. Events by Jess -2 Stars - wedding planner than secret Garden recommends was not good for me. Wasn't very attentive and honestly didn't do much for me I could've googled all the things that I needed to do as a bride and didn't really see my money worth the day of the actual wedding I had a mason jars with table numbers on it and the table numbers were upside down I had baby breaths that were supposed to go inside the jars that were never done it was just very sloppy. They say that they'll help you find cheaper vendors but I found all the cheaper vendors everything they found was so expensive in people they were in cahoots with so they can get spiffs from. Flavio on the photographer-5 stars. Pictures turned out amazing also what I didn't like Events by Jess actually bashed him ( bc she wanted me to use the photographer of her choice so i'm sure he could give her a little spiff of money on the side for the job)and said they could find somebody better than him and that's not true Flavio is the most cost-effective photographer and I think my photos came out amazing I don't appreciate bashing. Molinas- 3.5 to 4 Stars. She is a very nice person but truly needs an assistant to help with her customer service the day of the actual wedding everything went off flawless my food was a little cold but all my guys were happy and that's all that I can ask for. Felix Phoenix DJ- Hands down 5 Stars. Great customer service from start to finish played everything that I asked for and kept the dancing going!!! Amazing Nevot flowers- 4 Stars- flowers came out absolutely beautiful but somewhere not the color that I requested but for his price he did an amazing job.

Had the honor of attending my best friends wedding on wedding on the 19 of January but unfortunately of the wedding party the room for us to get in was under construction literally (as we were in there changing),with no working bathrooms and nowhere to sit in the rooms...the owner of of this place some lady actually asked me and another groomsman to take the couch from the reception over to the room in our suites.the lady did not care for one but that this was one of the most important days for the Bride and groom. I guess she's just all about the profit and not about the hospitality. Thankfully we made the best of it. No thanks for the management. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

I'm not happy that I had to do my best to put on a happy face on my wedding day because Blanca was so rude to me on my way to the venue. I was so nice just running a little late to talk to this other lady about what flowers to put on my canoe. Blanca said to forget about the canoe even know she also told me not to worry the canoe lady will be there all day kept telling me I'm very picky and not to do it. I was like no I want it I was nice about it and she was so rude and mean to me on the phone. I really couldn't believe it on my wedding day I don't know how she could treat brides this way! it was also a hassle trying to get a hold of her for anything

Secret Gardens was the PERFECT venue for my daughters baby shower. It was beautiful, elegant and everything I wanted for her first baby shower. Blanca facilitated the entire event by recommending EXCELLENT vendors and guiding me the entire way. I recommend this place to anyone looking to host a beautiful party, either intimate or grand.

Secret Gardens is a hidden paradise, we just got married here on September 25th 2020, YES FREAKING 2020 but the wedding was amazing and not only Secret Garden is absolutely beautiful and your pics are going to be amazing but Joe and Blanca are amazing they were so nice and understanding us rescheduling the wedding from Feb to Sep with this COVID situation but They made us feel comfortable and at peace having to make these changes, we used the place again today for a wedding photo session and again I can't get enough of the beauty of this place.

I just had the exact same experience as one of the previous posters. I contacted the venue an hour ago and encountered the rudest person I've ever talked to on the phone. Apparently I called after hours but I'm calling from out of town and I did not see any postings on Instagram or the website regarding the operating ours. There's nothing wrong with kindly stating that the office is closed or simply letting the machine pick up. Instead a rude woman answered the phone: Woman: hello Me: hi is this Secret Garden Woman: yes we're closed Me: Oh I'm sorry I wasn't aware. I'm calling from out of town. Woman: call back during regular business hours. Me: Ok sorry to bother you Woman: CLICK! Take the phone and customer facing away from this rude individual. The place is too pretty for that.

This was one of the first venues my husband and I saw when we were deciding on a wedding date. After the tasting tour they offered at the venue, we knew we did not need to see any more. The venue is beyond beautiful! There are multiple locations to accommodate different interests and all of them are well maintained. The property is clean, offers a large selection of photo worthy areas, and all of the employees are sweet and kind. After meeting Joe and Blanca, they were both beyond helpful in helping us with potential vendors, answered every single one of our questions with a smile, and we're accommodating. My wedding day was beyond amazing! Aside from all the compliments on how beautiful the location was, all guests that interest with any venue employees had nothing but great things to say. I definitely recommend this venue to brides or anyone wanting an outside event!

The location is beautiful and there are so many great possibilities to choose from to enhance your shoot. The day I arrived I met with Joe who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us from start to finish organize our shoot. My rating is three stars only because I found Blanca extremely unprofessional and borderline hostile. She should not be doing anything remotely related to customer service; not only did she expect us to actually park outside the gate and haul all of our equipment indoors, which was not going to happen and did not happen because of Joe, she was completely impatient with me with ultimately forced me to order the wrong canoe that was initially intended for me and my fiancé. Later I was told the blue one only holds one person, important information that would have been nice to know before hand. Luckily some persuading (and Spanish speaking a tactic that obviously I should have used with Blanca) the two ladies that arrived from the rental company accommodated us and was able to make it work despite the poor communication from Blanca. They entered the water and made sure we were secure before entering. I would go back if I had another POC.~ Dr. T

Where do I start, this venue is BEAUTIFUL and versatile. I was looking for a venue for some time and when I walked in I was instantly in love. What made The Secret Gardens Miami so helpful was the tasting and tour they offer on Sundays. Blanca was so warm and inviting during her presentation. The best part was I was able to find my caterer, wedding planner, and DJ all in one spot. Which was really helpful because like most, if this is your first wedding you don't even know where to start. Once my date was set I mostly spoke to Joe, Joe is so awesome and easy going. You name what you want and they will work with you. If your looking for an outdoor wedding location this is the place. Thank you for all the help and letting me have my special day at The Secret Gardens Miami.

Just had my wedding at Secret gardens it was everything I wanted and more. I dealt the most with Joe one of the owners and he was just amazing, helpful and patient. They recommended great and very professional vendors. I couldn't think of a better venue for any event!

This venue is perfection! Everything was amazing! Our wedding was everything we hoped for !! Joe and Blanca go above and beyond to help us! All my questions always answered and the day of was so smooth! Great from start to finish! All the guest were in awe of how beautiful this place is! I wished the night didn't end because it was so much fun!

I booked this venue for my maternity pictures. I was told it would be for 3 hrs. But the weekend I had booked it for... was raining nonstop and I called to try to change the date because of the weather. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and told me that because of the weather they would change it without charge. But she said if I decided to come on the day I had booked and the weather was not so great the would allow me to stay an extra hour. Thankfully the weather was nice enough to shoot the pictures. While we were almost finishing up with the photo shoot a a lady came to us, and didn't even introduced herself but instead with an attitude asked us if we were almost done shooting? I responded that I had called twice the day before and I was told I could stay till noon instead of 11am. And very rudely she told us we needed to be out by 11am. Mind you... that it was only 10:30 when she abruptly interrupted us while we were trying to take pictures. I responded I was told I could stay till noon., only then... she said I'm the owner of the place and you need to leave by 11am! Very rude owner and manager doesn't even speak English and my photographer couldn't communicate with her. The 3 hours are supposed to be for yourself to freely take pictures or so I thought.... but there was a huge production company setting up while we were taking our pictures and They were in our way at times. Better book Bizcaya! Don't waste your money in this place!!!

This is a beautiful location for any photo shoot. The price is very reasonable for an outdoor location for a three hour rental. The secret garden looks like a tropical paradise. I rented for a sweet sixteen photo shoot. There is an air conditioned trailer on the property that was very comfortable for us to use while doing hair and makeup changes. The staff was very nice to us. We were even offered champagne It was definitely worth the money. I was not disappointed.

First time I've ever been there was for one of my very dear friends Cathies wedding. Everything about this place was absolutely magical. Beautiful. Breathtaking. From the entrance to the house inside. Just amazing.

We did my wife's maternity pictures here at the secret gardens and the place was great. Excellent pictures spots with waterfalls, greenery and many shaded areas. They also give you a room to be in the AC in between pictures and wardrobe changes .

This place was insanely beautiful and all my wedding guests were in love with the location. So many beautiful photo backdrops! Nadia, who was my florist and also the property manager was more than exceptional. She went above and beyond to make my wedding vision become a reality and my wedding came out more beautiful than I imagined.

The Secret Gardens was everything I've ever dreamed of for my wedding, the venue is absolutely breathtaking, from all the waterfalls, the palm trees and the natural coral arches no other venue in Miami beats it. All my guest at my wedding raves about how beautiful it was! Blanca and Joe are simply amazing! They go above and beyond for their clients, always there to answer any questions you have and help resolve any problems you might be facing! Blanca and Joe treat you like part of their family! I'm so happy that I chose their venue for my wedding! 10/10 recommend you have your event here you won't regret it!!
