Stayed here for a fair whilst, sometimes hotel staff where hard to find, but one night I was really sick and messaged asking if it was possible to swap rooms as I was in a 2 story and felt dizzy with the stairs (due to being sick). Staff were amazing and moved my rooms with no additional charges or issues. The breakfast/ food and restaurant definitely need some improvement. Not alot of flavour and the staff working there really seem like they would prefer not to be 🤣 Other then that lovely stay, clean pool and perfect spot/ views.

I do not recommend eating anything, they have not formed in the food they make, everything is very bad, the juices are good and the place is beautiful, both the pool and the private beach. As constructive criticism: the nachos do not have tomato sauce and are in large pieces, not crushed and swimming in fried tomato, the squid had too much batter and was swimming in squid (also they were frozen from a bag), the pizzas should be left with a spongy edge and once again not add a tomato sauce that leaves everything wet.

Rooms are very basic, which is fine and kind of what we expected, but there is no fridge/kettle/coffee making facilities. This is the only place we stayed in Bali that didn't have this. The room had a musty smell and the mosquito net was mouldy.|No extra towels are provided for the pool, just have to use your bathroom towels, which don’t get changed because the rooms aren’t serviced. We had no hot water in our bathroom when we arrived and had to request a repair. |Breakfast is included but was pretty awful the first day, option of eggs any way with bacon and toast. One over cooked poached egg with one piece of inedible dried out cold bacon and white bread. Second day the banana pancakes were pretty good but you have to pay extra for this because it’s not in the set breakfast menu - even though the price is less.|The pool is lovely and looks out over the beach which is easily accessible by stairs.|This is a very relaxing place but they need to lift their game in terms of service and food.

Perfect location with a view of Mahanna Point and the surf break. Rooms are comfortable with air-conditioning. Two pools, good breakfast included and filtered water to refill your bottles. Such a great value stay for a few nights or longer.

Secret Point Huts is undoubtedly the best spot on Ceningan! We stayed in the Family Room, which provided plenty of space for two tall adults with luggage. For us as older Northern Europeans, the smaller bungalows would have been too compact, so the Family Room was perfect.||The resort boasts two pools, one of which is truly exceptional, offering unbeatable views. Additionally, there’s a staircase that leads directly to the best beach on the island—a huge bonus.||While the breakfast and housekeeping could use some improvement, there were definitely positives. Fresh towels were always available, and the pool area had plenty of comfortable loungers to relax on.||Overall, the value for money is good, and we’re already looking forward to returning to this lovely place.

The Good, the Bad, and the not Ideal. It would be hard to give this place a SOLID 5 stars, but it really is ALMOST that great. ||The Good: probably for the money, this is the best location on the east side of the island. Looking at Mahana Point, watching the surfers, seeing the tide come in, then go out hundreds of yards, is fascinating. The two breakfast offerings are OK and you can upgrade to pancakes and other options. Their rooms are decent size, they offer several different types, including family rooms if you want 3 beds. The quiet at night is overwhelming and my 9:00 pm the place is buttoned up.||The Bad is not really bad, but some of the upkeep needs some attention. We had a problem with the AC when we arrived, so they had to replace it and we moved rooms. The electricity (and wifi) went out a few times, but hey, this IS an island, so that can happen. (But it was their router), and we lost hot water until we realized all we had to do is request a new propane tank. Our sink clogged, they fixed it, but even though they CAN clean daily, I think they need a solid maintenance plan—including cleaning the AC filter.||The not Ideal: it is REALLY Important to check the BATHROOM location in your unit, since ours was OUTSIDE (no roof, very Bali-like)--not usually a problem--but so was the toilet and sink. For those who get up at night, this is and was a problem, but they allowed us to switch to a better room, same price, and all was good. ||Overall, their staff is capable, the breakfast people and front desk guy (Thanks, Putu), especially. Would we come back here? In a heartbeat, and we will.

This is such a gem. I really don’t want to influence you to go and perhaps change this place. But I’m afraid if people don’t go, then it will fail! So go! But just don’t change this amazing experience. July, school holidays, still not busy. It is seriously just magic. Their photos undersell how good it is.

View is wonderful! We liked the pools. Breakfast is good. Room was small, but fine. Stuff is very friendly. Thank you!
