It such an honor to thank the good service that I'm experiencing in this place. I've been with them from the beginning until now,out of all the places that I used to go still there is no good service than the place called secret.they know I can go wherever I want to go but I wll finish my night with them,just because I wll never loose nothing from my belongings and they wll take good care of me and my friends.❤️❤️❤️Thank you James,Lebo, Solomon and the rest of your staff keep on givinge the best 🙏

Unfortunately I had a bad experience because the staff tried to charge more than what we consumed. The music was good, but I wouldn’t go back. I suggest ordering and paying right away.

Service food drinks everything is a top tier deffinetly a stop for cape town night life . No funny characters

hookah is tasteless and 350R. Additionally they insist on adding the 10% service fee on the bill because “our waiters dont get a salary here”. I always give tip but that is just blatantly outrageous. Avoid this scammy place!

My first time at Secret Euphoria Cape Town, Belinda welcomed me like I was a prominent person, the food was perfect, I got my favorite, shisha, and alcohol was served to me. I enjoyed my evening, and I recommend everyone visit this place. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely come back, especially for thier Ribs THANK YOU

Very nice place in the city centre of Cape Town. The main difference is the excellent, very polity and professional staff working there, especially Carlos who attended us. Food also very good and tasty. Recommended.

I’m really disappointed with the service we received at secrets last night !!!!! Me and my friends and I ordered few drinks while waiting for the rest of our friends to arrive . We moved to another table Shortly after, a staff member with the name Samantha approached us in a very rude and aggressive manner, saying, “I can’t run around looking for you guys with the bill.” which we never asking for it.This was unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome, especially since we had no intention of leaving we were planning to stay, order more, and enjoy our night there. She also told us we weren’t allowed to sit in the area we moved to, even though we had politely asked the customers already sitting there if it was okay. area, and to our surprise, she actually went over to the other customers and asked them directly if they had “given us permission” to sit there — as if we were lying. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and made the whole group feel uncomfortable and unwelcome!!!!!!!
