Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana is a quick 30 minute drive from the airport. Of course a beautiful location on a very swimmable beach. Food was excellent across the board! The entertainment team was fantastic, encouraging participation in fun activities. Some shout outs would be Golden Boy teaching merengue, Junior and Aladdin teaching water aerobics, Flower going around engaging with guests, Hot Chocolate was a great buddy during evening entertainment and also helping set up yoga on the beach (I was the teacher that week), Maluma was excellent for water aerobics, making it engaging and fun. Lady and Selene were also fantastic and friendly servers around the main pool.

We had a group of 8 girls at Secrets Royal Beach for my 50th birthday celebration. From the minute we stepped on the property we had nothing but 5 star service, so many special touches from our butler Eddy - Happy birthday sign on the door, cake, champagne and balloons delivered on my birthday. And he found us on the beach on day 1 to make sure we knew about the preferred beach area. Birthday dinner at Bordeaux was amazing - we met Frederico at lunch and he made us a reservation and said that he was going to make the night special - and BOY did he - handed us all a glass of champagne as we walked in and surprised me with a beautiful decorated table and of course cake and song at the end. The servers at the beach were great and came around frequently. And the preferred pool servers were also amazing - shout out to Rosa, Daniela, Argeni, Aris and Benjamin - the drinks were constantly flowing. We also had a great time at the mixology class by the preferred pool (I didn't write down the bartenders name but he was so much fun) and he made us his specialty drink the green honeymoon at the Show Time bar later that night. We had a walk out room to the lazy river which was great, there were lounge chairs in the water right outside the room. Only down was one of our groups booked a private pool room but were given a walk out room (since it was next to mine) they didn't ask to move. Minibar was refilled daily with water, juice and beer. Room service was great after a long night of dancing. LOL Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

My experience on the resort was mostly positive. The main worker that stood out was Lawrence. His drinks were made with love and were absolutely delicious! Chocolata was funny and a good time! Joberson was very sweet and attentive! The DJ Miguel was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn’t allow me to request a song. Felix was responsive as well.

Chose this resort because of the reviews and the amount it had to offer. Alfredo (our butler) was amazing from the jump. We upgraded to the preferred club, a bit pricey but worth it. Private pools, bars, and restaurants . Rudy in the preferred pool bar was amazing! We just visited Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana for my sister’s wedding, and were there for about a week. I can not say enough great things about the staff there!! Everyone was very kind, professional, and helpful. The ladies at Coco Cafe (coffee shop) were absolutely AMAZING and made every morning great and cheerful. They really made us feel like family (and their caramel crunch frappe was to die for!!!) Ruben was our bartender for the night of my sister’s wedding, and he was the BEST!!! He was so much fun, and so kind. I would hire him for my own wedding in the states if I could! He really felt like a friend we have known forever. The resort itself was beautiful, and food was pretty good. They had lots of fun events while we were there as well. I would definitely recommend this resort! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!!

We stayed here in early June and had the most amazing time! It was honestly the best vacation I've ever had. The staff and everyone that we encountered on the resort were amazing and attentive. Sammy works the pool bars and he is fantastic! He made us feel right at home! We will visit again!

Stayed here last week with my partner and we loved our time there. Eddy who was our butler made the experience much better. I couldn’t recommend him more if you have the chance to choose who your butler is. Only complaint is that we wish there was a Dominican restaurant. Our favorite dishes were the Dominican breakfast and soup at the preferred club lunch, but a dedicated restaurant to try out more of the local food would really improve our overall experience.
