I have been to many spas within their sister resorts. I would have to say this spa at Montego Bay was exceptional. The relaxing massage was one of the best. I only regret is not purchasing the 80 minutes. I recommend you spend the extra for the 80, you won't regret it. Also, ask for Janice, she is amazing. She is very attentive, and will make you feel right at home. I even recommended her to another person, and they loved her. She will give you the best recommendations, and she is pleasant to talk to. Everyone who came across her, she gave absolutely nothing less than exceptional service.

The resort was a very short drive from the airport, and also has a shuttle service for a very affordable price to/from the airport. As soon as we got on the resort’s property, the hospitality was over-the-top fantastic. We were greeted by the bellhop with cold towels for us to cool down with. While checking in, beverages were offered. Every staff member we had come across in the first 5 minutes were absolutely lovely. The room was beautiful and pristine, and very spacious. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon entry! Daily housekeeping and nightly turn down service was a great touch. Also, the clothing steamer in the room was a plus! There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The mini bar was well stocked and replenished daily. We stayed for 4 days/3 nights. I’d say 99% of the staff we had come across was extremely hospitable and engaging. The resort itself was always kept and clean. The food was fresh and fantastic, and the service at the restaurants were always top notch. I was not drinking on vacation, and every time I asked for a non-alcoholic beverage they were always creative on what they made. This was a great treat. Night time entertainment, typically live music, was a nice touch to end each day! The only bad experience we had, which really wasn’t that big of a deal, was the woman who ran the water sports pavilion. She seemed to have 0 interest in what she was doing and it always felt like we were an inconvenience. Make sure to take the complimentary snorkel tour, it was so cool. One of the beaches also has schools of fish right on the shoreline that we spent most of our time at. The resort was the perfect balance of party and relaxation. It was quiet most of the day, but guests were still having a fun time. I was very glad it wasn’t loud and too party hard. We can’t wait to visit again! 9.3/10 experience

My honey I went on vacation at this resort about a week ago for our anniversary. When we arrived nothing was set up as requested in the room. Still then they didn’t try to fix it. On top of that the toilet wasn’t functioning properly and we kept calling down for maintenance requests the whole time we were on the trip. My husband money was missing from his wallet in the room when we came back to the hotel from resort. We put in a complaint about the money being stolen (US dollars). They so called did a investigation and nothing was done about it. I would have to say everyone was doing the bare minimum of their job’s description overall. Which is crazy because too much money was spent on this vacation for it to be crappie like this. The fact that people really take time out of their busy lives to go on vacation to enjoy themselves makes no damn sense. They don’t care about their guests but have no problem taking their money clearly. I do not recommend anyone to stay @ this place.

I stayed here for 5 days for work. You can’t help but also have a vacation while there. The service is next to no other place I have visited. The staff are consistently helpful and pleasant as if they love their jobs. The rooms are amazing (loves the rain shower and the soaking tub). Our balcony faced the ocean and had amazing views of the sunset AND of the unexpected fireworks Thursday night. We tried 3-4 of the restaurants - the Italian and Jamaican ones were our favorite. The conference rooms were quite comfortable too. I don’t have ANY complaints and can’t wait to visit again with my husband.

We spent a week here celebrating our 20th anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent, the room was nice, the food and drinks was descent. We paid for preferred which gave us access to better alcohol and access to all properties. It was advertised that Breathless was the party atmosphere. There was no party or foam party at Breathless. One major complaint was the mosquitoes. They need to invest in pest control for the mosquitoes. There is plenty of vegetation for a pest control company to spray for mosquitoes. With the amout of money everyone is spending they can afford some type of mosquito treatment. You are practically eaten alive by mosquitoes. Everyone walking around with bites all over their bodies. Bring mosquito repellent. Other than that, we had a really nice time. I would return.

Our first trip here but not our first all inclusive. The food was not good in most of the restaurants . The best food was at the outside grill. Steak was more like a charred piece of coal. While we were there I know of three other couples besides us that walked out of the French restaurant because the food and service were so bad. Time share people were very pushy. Servers at French, Buffet, Italian and Beach were very unfriendly. Drink refills were almost impossible to get. Beach service was non existent. They were too busy talking to each other than to serve the guests. Very disappointed in the whole experience except for our massage that was amazing and the new server Carl. Rooms were dated and the beds and pillows should have been replaced years ago. The resort is beautiful so hopefully they can turn it around. As it is now it is definitely not a 5 star resort.

The Resort is beautiful and is the perfect distance fron the airport. How the service needs some serious work. 2 hours before the ceremony they informed us they double booked the location. Completely unacceptable, and wouldn't provide any compensation day of. Would never do a wedding here again. Also very slow service over all.

We read so many awful reviews before we arrived, & we were so relieved when we saw most of them were not true. We came the last week of March, so although the hotel felt busy, it was not fully booked. Before we arrived we were offered preferred guest accommodations. It was $327 more for 4 nights. We decided not to do it, & we’re happy with our decision. I got up each day by 7 & put my beach bag on the lounge chair to mark my spot for the day. Towel service only opens at 8, so some people pick towels up the day before. People were respectful and left your belongings alone. We had booked an ocean view, but we could also see the pool from our room. We were fine with that, but some may want full ocean view. Housekeeping had to be asked to change towels & bring more waters; I’m sure preferred guests would not have to ask. Tipping is really appreciated by the staff; we brought a lot of $1 bills. We thought the food was really good. We read that the food was all the same, it was not. We had French, Italian, Asian…all different. There was top shelf liquor & service on the beach is constant! I would highly recommend coming here. If you want to take a trip to buy ANYTHING in town, or to see sights, a private driver can take you. I would recommend spending money for that!!! The property is exceptionally beautiful, too. You have access to the Wild Orchard hotel where all the restaurants are & nightly entertainment. The hotel is quiet by 11pm.
