Kimberly was great. She helped me find a unit that fit my needs when the one I selected online wasn't the right size. She was very pleasant and helpful. The space is very clean and in good shape. Minus one star because the website doesn't have images of the units that show which side the door is on. Which makes it easier to visualize how you can load and unload large items.

The team over at the secure space have been amazing. I've had a storage unit at this location since the building opened a handful of years ago and the team there have always been great. Especially Patricia. Very friendly, great location, great secure access, and drive up units on the first floor.

Edit-UPDATE Secure space raised the monthly fee for my 5x10 from $79 to $138, with the increase starting next month. I think it is an odd business model for Secure Space, to risk appearing as though they are assuming that they can squeeze established customers once they have settled in, in the hope they won't want to go through the ordeal of moving again. An increase of this magnitude spread over two years or so, would be understandable, but doubling the rate with one months notice could have the potential of being interpreted as "callous exploitation, at best". Original review below- I WAS very happy! The facility IS really nice..... Just locked up my first ever storage unit with secure space greenwood. The move-in process is very quick and easy. Richie and the staff there are extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming. Even though the facility is huge, I feel like my precious (to me!) Items will be safe and very well cared for. Facility is clean, bright and has plenty of secure, covered space for parking/loading. 100% recommended. I will try to update in a few months!

Fantastic at every step! I requested a unit and within the hour, I had everything taken care of for me and was already moving in! Great prices and even better people! Richie and Patricia helped me get moved in and they were both absolutely amazing, very kind and helpful and answered every single question I had! 10/10!!!

I was excited to rent a nice clean unit at secure space with a move in special of 50% off the first two months. A system glitch prevented the move in special from being applied to my account when I leased the unit in April. No worries, Patricia said, the move in credit will be applied to my account. I have been calling, emailing, and visiting Patricia and Jason in person for almost two months and my move in credit STILL hasn't been applied to my account. My rational response was to stop paying until it's applied. Guess what, they charged me a late fee and restricted access to my unit! This is a horrible way to do business, I cannot believe the amount of time and energy I've had to waste for $74. Please please please issue the credit I was promised!!!

My wife and I decided to move out of our home and travel for a while. After searching for a good storage facility, we wandered upon this cube smart. They staff weresuper helpful and helped me to come to the right decision on size, length of time, and other various aspects. For a 10×10 unit, it settled to around 140$ a month, which in comparison to others we are very pleased with. The whole facility stays super clean, well lit, and carts are accessible near every elevator. I have a feeling we will have this storage unit for a long time. Also, the use of a moving van for your big items was a huge selling point for us.

We have been here literally since the day they opened. These folks at the desk are so incredibly helpful and I appreciate them immensely. Specifically the manager Patrica, top notch! I'll never leave!!

I've rented from this place for a long time, and while prior management wasn't perfect, I've never encountered anything like what I've seen these past few days. I'll spare the all the details this time, but over the span of less than a week, had the payment portal not work, told not to worry, there would be no late fee, then a few days later there was a 300% late fee of $93 that they refused to waive, and another $93 late fee would be assessed Sat if the Fri late fee wasn't paid. This was partly due to an undated invoice that they randomly decided was due a couple days before my normal rent payment, even though there is no clear due date on the invoice, and the charge on the undated invoice was duplicated on an invoice due Jan 1. Getting through this involved hand delivering a check at the last moment after a long drive. They initially said they wouldn't accept the check, because it didn't have a late fee for the undated invoice, but I left it anyways. Got an email a couple hours later the payment was accepted. If you rent from this place, expect shenanigans and a super unhelpful head manager. Plenty of blame shifting, backpedaling and broken promises.
