Hands down, the best storage move-in experience I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in Seattle for 21+ yrs and have moved plenty which also required storage for half of those moves. I’ve never experienced attentive, caring and genuinely nice folks that run/manage the buildings and that makes it all worth its weight in gold. The units are spotless, well maintained, spacious, convenient, safe, and affordable. Patricia is extremely thorough and you will feel an instant sigh of relief and calmness during stressful times that moves tend to bring on. She made the experience 101% that much better, sweetness individual you will ever meet. I can’t stress enough, if this location relatively close by and even if it’s not, it’s worth the trip and you won’t have to worry if your personal belongings and priceless memories are protected. First time renter, and reviewer. Haven’t moved into the space yet, and am impressed with the level of service I’ve already received. I reserved a unit online, was able to pay, and sign my lease agreement. I promptly received a welcome call providing logistical information for my first time to the building, which was great information to have prior to getting there! So far, so great!

I had a fantastic experience renting a storage unit at SecureSpace Storage, thanks to Patricia and Haley! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Patricia made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Haley was also super helpful, ensuring I found the perfect unit to meet my needs. Their customer service went above and beyond, making me feel confident in my choice to store my belongings here. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I highly recommend SecureSpace Storage, especially with such an amazing team on hand! Thank you, Patricia and Haley, for making this such a seamless experience!

I was very pleased with our service from SecureSpace Greenwood, and the facility itself. Manager Patricia is a very clear communicator and helped us know all the details about our recent rental. My only concern is that the rental price is generous up front, but apparently we are subject to undefined increases going forward. So we are left with some uncertainty about what our ongoing cost for our unit will be.

Was a great place to securely keep our things. I liked the extra steps it took to get in and up to our unit. Everyone at the front office was always super helpful. When we initially signed up we paid $92 for a 10x10x8 unit and our last bill was $333 for the same spot…that’s why we are leaving.

From the start my experience here was terrible. The access hours were placed as a 24/7 facility, and they promptly changed the hours as I ran into not being able to access my things at a later time. Thank you for updating the hours, but the reason for my review here is directed at the management here. Patricia, the staff member working last week was extremely rude from start to finish with my correspondences with her. I called a day ahead to ask when the front desk hours were open because I had movers coming with me to move my things out as I was flying in from a deployment for a few days to get my apartment settled. The reason for my question is that I needed a new key as they changed my lock out. Anyways, before I could even explain my situation she interrupted me with the hours and I let her speak. She then said she would be there at 9:00am. I arrived there on Saturday, she was at the desk and i went to open the door, she threw her arms up in a manner to shoo me away instead of coming over to speak with me and looked back down at her computer. Admittedly I met her with the same attitude, motioning her to please come talk to me as the movers i hired were 2 minutes out. She came over, opened the door and rudely told me office hours were open at 10:00am. I told her I spoke with her a day before, with being interrupted again that "The exit door should just open up etc etc-", then realized I needed my key. I got everything moved out, met with her to close out my account and she had me take a picture of the unit, do all the moving out procedures, and continued the same crass attitude. She tried to make small talk with me, I obliged and talked about how much I love Seattle. She then said something that stuck with me and I found absolutely unprofessional, and it was just the tipping point of the whole situation. Patricia went on about "how there's so many people that complain about Seattle, the west coast in general. and I just tell them well then they can just go somewhere else". Patricia, this is the exact reason people don't want to move here to Seattle. It's unperson-able, un-kind, and un-welcoming people such as you, people who don't want to walk 20 feet to ask what someone needs. I was in actual need to get into my storage unit that YOU situated for a meeting the very next day to help me with so I could turn around the next day and get back to the airport the very next day. This is a storage unit company. It's not that deep. go the tiny extra mile for people or at the least be kind. Renting a unit here was an absolute waste of my time and energy. Thank you to the other kind staff working and to the customer service agents that adjusted the correct access hours.

Patricia was very helpful in helping me secure the space that was best for my needs. She was patient with my many questions and helped me correct errors I made in filing out the rental information on line. I haven't moved in yet but if the rest of my experience is a good as it has been so far I expect to be a long term client.

I had a rough onboarding experience. I arrived my first day, my building/elevator code wasn't set up. I saw the sign that said manager is helping someone else, please call this number for assistance. I called twice I was told they'd ping the manager. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes. The place is advertised as 24/7 access. I was turned away at 7 PM saying to come back tomorrow at 8 AM because the building closes at 7. I've been a member for 2 months now. I would expect if hours changed that dramatically I would have gotten email notice. For me, the open after work hours was a pro to this location.

I've rented from this place for a long time, and while prior management wasn't perfect, I've never encountered anything like what I've seen these past few days. I'll spare the all the details this time, but over the span of less than a week, had the payment portal not work, told not to worry, there would be no late fee, then a few days later there was a 300% late fee of $93 that they refused to waive, and another $93 late fee would be assessed Sat if the Fri late fee wasn't paid. This was partly due to an undated invoice that they randomly decided was due a couple days before my normal rent payment, even though there is no clear due date on the invoice, and the charge on the undated invoice was duplicated on an invoice due Jan 1. Getting through this involved hand delivering a check at the last moment after a long drive. They initially said they wouldn't accept the check, because it didn't have a late fee for the undated invoice, but I left it anyways. Got an email a couple hours later the payment was accepted. If you rent from this place, expect shenanigans and a super unhelpful head manager. Plenty of blame shifting, backpedaling and broken promises.
