I had an amazing experience with Patricia. The staff made me feel warm & welcome. They were friendly clean and very informative. I had a problem with my prepaid card activating so I hung out and chatted for like a hr with the manager, anyone else would have told me to leave and come back with the payment but it was like I was out at my grandma's for the afternoon. Troy actually called me back and fixed the problem on his end with out me having to re run the card myself.I left feeling like they truly cared. They have competitive prices with TOP of the line security. I KNOW my belongings are safe here with out a doubt. They even gave me half off the first two months. Truly exceptional experience!

Patricia is patient, registration was seamless, I am grateful to have found you. My only request is that you add more carts, there were many unit holders waiting. All in all, a good experience !

Patricia is super nice and very professional. I have been in this particular building even before SecureSpace took it over and Patricia was there working hard. A giant moving company used up all of the flatbeds and she went out there to get them to only use one--the nerve of those people using up flatbeds meant for everyone!

First time renter, and reviewer. Haven’t moved into the space yet, and am impressed with the level of service I’ve already received. I reserved a unit online, was able to pay, and sign my lease agreement. I promptly received a welcome call providing logistical information for my first time to the building, which was great information to have prior to getting there! So far, so great!

The space is great and the instructions were very clear for getting in to the building and the storage unit. But it was confusing to sign the lease agreement without having the option to opt out of paying for a personal protection plan, which is not necessary since most homeowners insurance covers personal items off-site. I had a lot of back and forth emails and phone calls to figure out how to opt out of that. Patricia was very helpful. The man who also helped me, can't remember his name, was not very helpful and seemed to not want to be bothered.

Hands down, the best storage move-in experience I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in Seattle for 21+ yrs and have moved plenty which also required storage for half of those moves. I’ve never experienced attentive, caring and genuinely nice folks that run/manage the buildings and that makes it all worth its weight in gold. The units are spotless, well maintained, spacious, convenient, safe, and affordable. Patricia is extremely thorough and you will feel an instant sigh of relief and calmness during stressful times that moves tend to bring on. She made the experience 101% that much better, sweetness individual you will ever meet. I can’t stress enough, if this location relatively close by and even if it’s not, it’s worth the trip and you won’t have to worry if your personal belongings and priceless memories are protected. This is a very clean facility , and very easy to access. The office manager, Patricia, was one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met. She was very nice to talk to and very helpful. I would definitely use this facility again, and would highly recommend it to my friends.

I've rented from this place for a long time, and while prior management wasn't perfect, I've never encountered anything like what I've seen these past few days. I'll spare the all the details this time, but over the span of less than a week, had the payment portal not work, told not to worry, there would be no late fee, then a few days later there was a 300% late fee of $93 that they refused to waive, and another $93 late fee would be assessed Sat if the Fri late fee wasn't paid. This was partly due to an undated invoice that they randomly decided was due a couple days before my normal rent payment, even though there is no clear due date on the invoice, and the charge on the undated invoice was duplicated on an invoice due Jan 1. Getting through this involved hand delivering a check at the last moment after a long drive. They initially said they wouldn't accept the check, because it didn't have a late fee for the undated invoice, but I left it anyways. Got an email a couple hours later the payment was accepted. If you rent from this place, expect shenanigans and a super unhelpful head manager. Plenty of blame shifting, backpedaling and broken promises.
