Patricia is a total sweetheart. Your property will be safe, warm, and watched over. I felt like I was going to my Aunt's house to store some stuff in the garage. I got a steal on a 5x5. The units are tall so you have more space than you think.

Patricia has been very helpful with renting and some issues that came up in that process. However, the company could use some improvement in their processes and training. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with Patricia. The staff made me feel warm & welcome. They were friendly clean and very informative. I had a problem with my prepaid card activating so I hung out and chatted for like a hr with the manager, anyone else would have told me to leave and come back with the payment but it was like I was out at my grandma's for the afternoon. Troy actually called me back and fixed the problem on his end with out me having to re run the card myself.I left feeling like they truly cared. They have competitive prices with TOP of the line security. I KNOW my belongings are safe here with out a doubt. They even gave me half off the first two months. Truly exceptional experience!

I am editing this review. After speaking with Marvin on the phone I thought this would be a great place to store my belongings. However when I arrived to complete the process by showing my ID to obtain my access codes , it was like a different place than what was described to me on the phone IMO. Then I met Patricia whom IMO was rude and descending (even though I sure anyone else’s opinion doesn’t matter to her since she is apparently in charge of the world) I discovered the place to be unusable due to the restrictions. I went up the street and rented a place. I was fortunate that I come before before the movers showed up it would have been a disaster to have got here with the truck to be met with Patricia’s demanding attitude and the multiple restrictions which made it this place almost impossible to use for my situation. I highly suggest doing yourself a favor and go less than a mile north to Public Storage.

Really good experience with renting a new storage space here. Patricia was particularly helpful and answered all my questions and was super friendly. The spaces were clean and a variety of sizes were available and prices are fair.

The space is great and the instructions were very clear for getting in to the building and the storage unit. But it was confusing to sign the lease agreement without having the option to opt out of paying for a personal protection plan, which is not necessary since most homeowners insurance covers personal items off-site. I had a lot of back and forth emails and phone calls to figure out how to opt out of that. Patricia was very helpful. The man who also helped me, can't remember his name, was not very helpful and seemed to not want to be bothered.

Online reservation and account setup for renting a storage unit was extremely user friendly, easy, and super helpful! Thank you so much for making such a streamlined process available.

I've rented from this place for a long time, and while prior management wasn't perfect, I've never encountered anything like what I've seen these past few days. I'll spare the all the details this time, but over the span of less than a week, had the payment portal not work, told not to worry, there would be no late fee, then a few days later there was a 300% late fee of $93 that they refused to waive, and another $93 late fee would be assessed Sat if the Fri late fee wasn't paid. This was partly due to an undated invoice that they randomly decided was due a couple days before my normal rent payment, even though there is no clear due date on the invoice, and the charge on the undated invoice was duplicated on an invoice due Jan 1. Getting through this involved hand delivering a check at the last moment after a long drive. They initially said they wouldn't accept the check, because it didn't have a late fee for the undated invoice, but I left it anyways. Got an email a couple hours later the payment was accepted. If you rent from this place, expect shenanigans and a super unhelpful head manager. Plenty of blame shifting, backpedaling and broken promises.
