My Fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at SEDA, we had a 3 night 4 day stay just to celebrate the holidays together. The hotel was really good, the bed was excellent and so comfy, plus the hotel staff were really friendly. But there were a few things that were not pleasant.||Upon arriving, the lobby driveway was completely congested with cars, and there was no organization, making the situation quite chaotic. There was no clear indication of how long guests were expected to stay with their vehicles, so everyone was essentially stuck waiting for others who were taking their time exiting. I spoke to the security guard, explained that I didn’t want to prolong the wait, and asked if I could drive down to the parking area instead. I also requested that he encourage the other guests to make way for those trying to reach the garage. He was very understanding and, frankly, seemed just as frustrated with the lack of movement.||Another issue was the overwhelming scent of perfume in the elevators. It triggered allergies for us, and my fiancé couldn’t stop coughing every time we used them. Finally, the breakfast area was incredibly crowded. It might be a good idea for the hotel to add more tables and create more space, especially during busy holiday periods, when the demand is higher. We ended up only using one of our three breakfast vouchers because of the overcrowding.||Once again, wonderful hotel stay, comfortable and spacious room, amazing and friendly staff, but a few missteps that can be very much improved!

I stayed at Seda BGC just before the holidays in an executive suite with club access. It had enough room for my family with kids on the couch. There was a spacious closet and large bedroom and bathroom. ||Club access was great and provided a less crowded breakfast buffet option, snacks and drinks at tea time, and a happy hour. The club was just below the rooftop restaurant and still provided great views. The staff at the club and lobby were fantastic - attentive and personable. Breakfast buffet downstairs and in the club had many options from the omelette station, noodle bar, and baked goods/ breads along with many Filipino dishes and other breakfast options. ||We used laundry service which was prompt and well done. And rooms were cleaned daily. ||I also loved the location near many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Great interior of the room as usual. Nice bed and comfortable pillows. Even if the hotel is not positioned as a 5 star hotel, in fact it is even better compared to the unit I stayed at in Okada.|Gladys at the 21st lounge access is very helpful. |The hotel is also very conveniently located at the heart of The Fort Strip where Serendra and the stores are easily accessed.

Great variety of breakfast prepared and cooked by Chef Jonathan. He never fails to cook a scrumptious breakfast from garlic fried rice to scrambled eggs, nothing fancy but just really perfect! There are more food offered but I just want that authentic Filipino style garlic fried rice and scrambled eggs he made. Staff are very friendly as well and coffee is great also . Keep up the good work Chef Jonathan and all 21st lounge crew. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities. The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help.If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help. Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

AVOID - Filthy & disgusting - Don’t believe positive reviews Booked 1BR for my family with young kids after reading positive reviews. Place wasn’t properly cleaned and absolutely disgusting, as I could see so much dust on the floor and skirting, even after asking housekeeping a second time to clean the room. If you enjoy finding other humans body hair and copious amounts of dirt, lint and other things, definitely stay here. I spent 10 minutes cleaning, see the pictures. Bathroom floor looked normal, but upon simply wiping, lots of dirt. I complained and was given the run around after bringing the dirty wipes from the room to reception. Apparently the manager was in a meeting at 10:15pm with no finish time. No resolution, compensation, just apologies. I’ve had to clean the room myself as everything is booked out so close to new years and there is nowhere else to stay. I usually don’t factor in negative reviews too much (assuming it won’t happen to me), if the overall net rating is positive, however I’d avoid this hotel in all circumstances. The only redeeming factor was earlier check-in, however there was no luggage assistance or directions given where to go.

Good hotel at a great location. BUT…I had bad luck with the room (533). Got one of those rooms with a connecting door. Unbelievable how loud the neighbors were at night. You can hear every word, no privacy. Then my room was next to the elevator and you hear this annoying sound when the elevator arrives, and this in endless loop. Last but not least, the smoke detector flashes every 3 seconds at night to show it’s working. Whoever designed such smoke detectors should be fired. The view from the roof top is amazing. But the food is crap, so just have a drink and enjoy. The staff is overall friendly and it‘s clean.

Yelp
We booked and prepaid our stay since May. One for 1 night and the other was for 2 nights. I understand the saying you always get what you pay for and I know its not Shangri-la. The first night we stayed. We arrived very late and had to leave early as well so we did not have a chance to be picky. I noticed the room looked unfinished and towels looks worn out other than that it was clean, so no big deal. So I thought maybe, and I'm being serious the motive of the rooms are distressed. So the next time we stayed I asked if this was the case and the short answer was tower 1 is actually due for a reno because it's an old area of the building. I was surprised so I ask if we can be at tower 2 and they said no due to being fully book, I even implored to them 3x. We had no choice and tried the room and see as we are so tired already from our trips. But the room was so worn out and full of stains we just could not deal with it. Despite feeling worn out ourselves we still tried to look for another hotel place to stay. I'm glad Shangri-la pulled through and found us a room and picked us up from SEDA. The manager at SEDA tried to stop us and says he can get us a room at tower 1 just for us not to leave. So why not offer it to us in the first place after all the requests, why wait for all our inconvenience? The 1 star is for a few staff who was hospitable otherwise our experience was horrible. Disgusting rooms, I just hope they return my money. They need to disclose this to there future guests before booking.

Yelp
Stayed here the last night in Manila before our flight back to the US. Booked the hotel through Hotels.com so it really allowed for a faster check-in. Also located in BGC Manila, Seda is considered the flagship location under the Seda hotel brand. Lots of business folks were here, both international and local travelers. Clean and modern lines throughout the rooms and amenities were stocked plenty and neatly. Your stay comes with the breakfast buffet and as with the other hotels in the Philippines, breakfast here is not your average continental. So varied and friendly wait staff are available to clear your plates with their clean, pressed uniforms. Will definitely stay here again on the next trip!

Yelp
The hotel is in a good location. But the hotel itself is at the top end of mediocre! I think it plays at being a 4 Star hotel. I stayed in a exec lounge room which was fine but if being critical it needed some attention. The lounge needs happy and friendly staff and I found them to be stand off ish which is very unusal for the Phillipines. The lounge is small with limited food options and a small breakfast buffet, most of its 'hot' items are luke warm at best. It really is playing at this and should go and sew how the other local hotels do this much better. Will I stay here again is the big question.... Simply put no! I come 2 - 4 times a year on business but will not be coming back here.

Yelp
The staff were very courteous, except for one instant with a staff member in the restaurant. Our suite was clean and with modern amenities. The gym is small but it had all the equipment you need to stay in shape, especially with the breakfast buffet. Regarding the breakfast buffet, on our first of 4 days. A staff member approached my wife, while she was about to get her food. " Excuse me mam, your room does not come with buffet breakfast. Can you speak to the receptionist" My wife replied, " I know that, we will pay for breakfast but you really want me to speak to the receptionist now?" "We are fully aware that we didn't include the breakfast with our reservation", we both replied. Afterwards, we spoke to the management and she changed her tone and was very apologetic.

Yelp
1st time back from the since 2005 and decided to stay around BGC and picked this hotel because of its location, that everything is walking distance. So far, this hotel is very disappointing!! 1st my hot water wasn't working for the past 2 days! Second, in the restaurant Misto! Horrible staff service!! My booking came with breakfast and been eating here for the past 3 days and the service SUCKS!! After I got seated it takes the servers 15 min just to get me coffee and water! And practically seating by the window close to the cashier where all of the staff passes by. 10 staff passes by my table and no one came to pour me my drink until when I was about to ask for the manager and got scared and started to come to my table...?! WTF?! Im sadly booked here for 2 weeks of my stay and check out on the May 27th. I'm currently staying in room 1031, And if I could get a refund and move to a different hotel I would gladly leave ASAP!! I would definitely not come back to this hotel!!!

Yelp
Really loved staying at Seda! I had a 16-day stay in one of the suites and the staff got to know me, my name, and my preferences. They knew me when I came down for breakfast every morning. They were polite when I asked for room service. The hotel itself is very chic and modern. It has free wifi, luxury furnishings, and large elevators that come very quickly and raise/lower silently and stealthily. It's in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It has a Starbucks on both the left and the right! The room came with slippers, toiletries like a dental kit, shaving kit, sewing kit, etc. And free bottled water! Basically - this is the top place to stay in Manila if you are looking for luxury and comfort. I recommend it!

Yelp
Stayed here awhile ago when we were having remodeling done at our condo. Great and affordable. Fast internet. Notes: 1) don't eat here food wasn't great and over priced 2) if you have a Filipino passport you get a discount! 3) they have a gym and pool 4) in the heart of BGC 5) near a lot of movie theaters, restaurants, activities If you're here for vacation or for business definitely one of the nicer and more affordable hotels in BGC!

Yelp
My former colleagues and I had our meet up in this place as I was visiting the country. I have never been in town for ages and surprised how nicely the place has been turned into. I used to work in the nearby neighborhood and honestly, being here now, I am seeing a very BIG improvement in the community. I heard this city is the trendy place to go to now. I am not surprise why we had our meet up here. The review is for their rooftop bar by the way. The traffic in the surrounding area was not that bad during Friday rush hour but coming from BInan, it took us longer on time we have expected. As my friend was parking her car in the garage of the hotel, noticed some interesting modern decorations in the lobby . No complaint with the elevator that brought us to the top. I could tell that the building is not even 5 year old. We were welcome with a smile when we reached the top. We were seated first on a non-likeable area but moved as requested to an area with good city view upon availability. The rooftop ambiance is cool. It is airy, has comfortable seating while enjoying our company with a very nice backdrop of the city. They should have no smoking area for those with preferences. The bar is located right after the entrance. They have lots of choices for drinks and tapas. Had 3 glasses of their not so strong cocktails. The tapas we had were okay. I can't say much about the pricing as the tab was handled by my girlfriends. Our hostess was super sweet, pleasant and efficient. Music was low which was just perfect for an intimate conversation. A good place for meet-ups or even small gathering.

Yelp
I am loving my experience here at Seda, BGC. The amenities are above board: all new/clean equipment in their fairly sized gym, the breakfast buffet is , they have working dogs that remind me of the "Napa dogs," the rooms are not too shabby (they remind me of the rooms I've had at the "W" hotel) and lastly all (I mean ALL) the staff go out of there way to make your experience enjoyable. I could have stayed at a higher end, way more costly hotel. But I'm really pleased with my choice to stay at Seda Hotel (:

Yelp
My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to stay in BGC for 2 nights to enjoy BGC and to bypass the bad manila Christmas traffic. When we arrived everything seems to be perfect, nice entry, welcoming reception and fast check-in. Our room was clean and well equipped with everything you need. We switched on the AC when we arrived in the room, as we were unpacking and made ourself comfortable, we recognized that the AC is running but it's not cooling as it is supposed to be, it has constant 27 degree. So, we addressed it at the reception, they had it checked when we went out to discover the area. After returning to the hotel, they assured that the maintenance had checked it and that it is working now. We entered the room, it was still warm in there, but the temperature has already fallen. Since we were already tired and were thinking that it will adjust after a certain time, we did not address this at the reception at night. In the following morning it was very hot again, so we decided to complain about it after breakfast and asked about transferring to another room. They told us that it will be on the same floor again, so no upgrade for these inconveniences?! They asked us to pack our things and insured that they will be getting another room ready for us, it will take 20 min. After 30 min I called up the front desk to inquire if our new room is ready, but then she checked and she will send someone to have the room ready only by then.... We waited another 30min in this hot and sticky room. I called up again, ensuring that they will send someone to us immediately, but after 5 min another lady from the front desk called up again and asked if we are ready to transfer?! So there seems to be no communication between the receptionist? Very poor customer care... After another 5 min waiting they transferred us finally but to the room only beside our old one, when we entered it was even hotter as the room (28,5degree) we were staying at and at the same time it was smaller?! The men helping us to move to the other room said we should give it 10 min to cool down, because he can hear the AC working, but again it does not feel like cooling down, as in the room before.... I am very disappointed, instead of relaxing and enjoying BGC, we have to experience those inconveniences and are not really treated like guests. I would not recommend to stay here.

Yelp
My utmost favorite hotel in Metro Manila. EVERYTHING is outstanding! First off the location is ideal! Right in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. You basically walk out of your hotel and Bonifacio High Street is right there, right across from Serendra, and a block from Market Market! And still a close walk to SM Aura. Trust me you'd rather walk than be stuck in traffic! Restaurants and shopping literally right there. The breakfast buffet is superb. Ensure your room rate includes breakfast! I swear I think I gained 10 pounds. Also, doesn't hurt to upgrade to a suite because this will include access to the club lounge which provides unlimited beverages, afternoon tea & snacks, and cocktail hour & snacks! Staff is so helpful and very courteous. Pool was under renovation but they gave us access to shangrila fort pool and gym which was at the other end of bonfiacio high street. And can we give kuddos for the in-room massage available 24/7?! This place is so good they're expanding the hotel and creating a bigger pool. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This was the hotel I stayed for my 10-day quarantine and it was ok. However, the ECQ that was to take in effect on Friday, 8/6/2021; therefore my 10th day was useless because I can't go anywhere. PROS: (1) daily meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) delivered to your room on a table outside your door; (2) daily refill of three bottled water and a plastic bag for you to dispose of your own trash; (3) clean and no smell from the hallway; (4) a list of do's and don'ts are provided along with a menu outside of daily prepared meals; (5) daily meals was good not always traditional meal and (6) great front desk abides hotel policies. CONS: (1) if you check-in early your next meal is dinner; (2) no dish soap to clean your plate and utensils as indicated in the list of items, I had to call the front desk which took them awhile to deliver; (3) no laundry detergent for you to clean your belongings; (4) trash must be placed before 4pm daily, I put my trash out at 3:45pm and it was not picked up, it had to wait the next day; (5) no channel station guide so you call the front desk and they themselves don't know the local stations; (5) coffee, creamer and sugar refill, you need to call the front desk at one point I called twice and still didn't get it until mid-afternoon; and (6) Bellhop and front desk should know and communicate with each other. Since, I was in quarantine I could not meet my cousin therefore I had to call the front desk to pick-up the paperwork and pasalubong "gifts". I had my cousin ask for the receptionist I spoke to. Since she could not go in the lobby, she asked the bellhop (he told her there is no one by that name) and I had to talk to the bellhop and all of the sudden there is someone here by that name. The receptionist told me they needed to open the package, however when I talked to another receptionist a couple days before they told me I would need to pick it up at time of checkout and it would not be opened. Overall experience would be great if the following was improved: - as one of the quarantine hotels, meal time should not be omitted especially if you are coming straight from the airport. Airline arrival and whole Covid process is out of your control. Good thing I'm not diabetic, because this would of been an issue. Yes, you can order (your expense) for room service but if you are paying for 10-days you should get the services free of charge. - Housekeeping should have a checklist of items that are required for each room (i.e. dish soap & laundry detergent) before an occupant arrives. - Breakroom/condiments supplies these items should be refilled daily just like how they provide daily refills for water. I gave this hotel a two star because there is room for improvement.

Yelp
Just landed at Ninoy Aquino Airport straight to Seda. Not even a couple of hours in Manila and the drive alone was getting me anxious. As I look at the sights I recall previous visits and wondered will this top the last. It's Sunday morning so none to very little traffic and that's saying plenty if you know this metro city. It's great to be back and accommodations like anywhere are always a make or break your business, pleasure, forget-about-your-life, or whatever trip you're taking. Leave it to the Ayalas to have perfection, again! Doorman greeting, Bell hop, Security, Front desk Cath who requested a business card (not sure why but was told "later" by Yaz and quickly adhered and apologized) and the guy who suddenly popped up from nowhere announced that he "Would be taking care of me" just pure prelude to this trip. Located at The Fort Bonafacio, I remember the great restaurants, bars with music, night strolls, great sights, people watching and shopping. Well dropped my bags with excitement dismissing my running on 6 hours sleep last 48 hours and headed to breakfast downstairs. My room (secured floor) is awesome with the view of the avenue!!! It's exactly as they describe it on the web site. It's only 7:30 am...can't wait to SEE DA place more!

Yelp
A must stay. Pros: Right along the heart of High Street in Bonifacio Global City. Roof top bar. Pool. Wine buffet happy hour. Very friendly staff! Cons: Don't get a room close to the rooftop bar because they have a club and band playing at night. And walls are thin. Overall GREAT HOTEL!

Yelp
If you knew me, I wouldn't normally be in places as fancy as this. But I really liked Seda hotel's rooftop bar. I was attending a family friend's graduation party which was held here. I can't tell you about how much things cost at this bar, but I can tell you that it's a great place to hold a small-ish private gathering of 20-30 people or so. The view from the hotel's rooftop at night makes for half of the ambiance of this place. It's not going to be all skyscrapers and posh metropolis, but it's pretty. The balcony area is spacious, even with oversized lounge chairs. There's ample space to move around and "socialize" (but haha again, if you knew me, the sight of me socializing is funny and also unheard of). They have a special function room for such events, and there's an LCD TV in case you want to show a cheesy slideshow (or you know, embarrassing videos). For private events, they whip out this narrow buffet station, which strangely enough really amazes me because it doesn't scream BUFFET but rather a subtle whisper that will calmly remind you that "there's some food here if you want some". Everything is presented beautifully. Though for someone vegan like me, I stuck to side dishes and lettuce garnishes. Buuuut it's okay. There was wine and that shut me up. Haha. So yes, if you can afford it, have your evening private gathering here at Seda hotel for a more intimate atmosphere in a classy setting.

Yelp
A pleasant surprise. Great value for the money. Good attentive friendly service , helpful tips and comfy beds. Clean rooms well appointed. Bathrooms well stocked with toiletries. Complementary snacks, cocktails and breakfast avail on 15 floor and lobby. Internet has good speed.

Yelp
Great hotel with incredible service! Upon arrival we complained that our room smelled like cigarette smoke and they immediately sent someone to our room to get rid of the smell, so far every day staff from each concierge desk has asked if our room still smells ok. We are in an executive room which means free breakfast and executive lounge privileges (trust me so worth it). Lots of great shopping and food close by. Be sure to download the GRAB App in order to get yourself (an Uber)... if you are feeling adventurous then grab yourself a Moto taxi. I did attempt to use the Taxi Services here and it was an epic fail. The Taxi service dropped me off further than I started! Ugh!!! All in all this was a great stay with soft sheets nice pillows big towels. I loved we had a tub but definitely not impressed with our "full" kitchen. I guess my idea of a full kitchen expected more than a microwave, electric tea kettle, and a fridge that I'm not allowed to put food in.

Yelp
This place is really just a standard 4 star hotel, so I'm rating this place 5 stars for a 4 star hotel.. if that makes sense. In the same way you won't rate an excellent 2 star hotel, just 2 star because it's a 2 star hotel ;) I put my sister and dad up here when they were visiting and everything was very smooth. Easy booking, easy check in, rooms were clean and were fixed neatly, shower was clean, staff was a bit slow in delivering extra stuff into the room and were a bit too relaxed with their attitude, but ok. The rooftop view is good (but drinks and food bad, but that's a seperate review). Breakfast was great (I had some too :)), so nothing to complain about. Great value.

Yelp
I've said it before and I'll say it again: I really, really love rooftops! Finding them is like finding escapes from the busy city. A super romantic spot for good conversation and the background of city lights is Seda's Straight Up Rooftop Bar in the Fort. Nothing too fancy (although they have hotel priced drinks), the al fresco area is really charming. I've been here a few times with some friends and on some dates. I loved their white sangria, refreshing and light! I've never tried their bar chow so I can't give you an opinion on that. The music at night is good, nothing loud so you wont have to scream over the speakers. I guess you can also say it's a secret spot, not too many know it exists so if you want to be stealth or simply private, I'd recommend it!

Yelp
I've been staying lately in hotels these days because my boyfriend is in town. He comes to Manila on business trips every so often and little ol' me gets to wait and enjoy his hotel room as he works in the office all day. Of course it can get lonely. Crisp white sheets, service on call, a cool clean room and the softest robe you've ever known. Yes, it can get unbearably lonely in Seda Hotel and don't get me started on their breakfast buffet. I think out of all the hotels I've stayed in at BGC, Seda Hotel has the best service. Compared to the other hotel here that was named after a race car, Seda is the more refined sibling. With its fresh, new interiors and sleek interiors, it's hard not to like this hotel and more so the people who work in it. It's not a 5-star hotel and it doesn't aim to be like one- they leave it to the big chain hotels to do all the work. Seda is quite frankly happy to be where it's at and even more the people who are checked-in.

Yelp
There's nothing not to love about Seda Hotel in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). It's smack-dab in the middle of most of the BGC action as its near Serendra and High Street, the rooms and facilities are nice, and for all that, the rates are very reasonable. I decided to try Seda for one of those "staycations" that I usually go on once in a while. Check-in was hassle-free and the staff was very accommodating. The "basic" room that I got was very spacious and even had a comfortable seating area by the window that had a good view of the city. The hotel pool located on the second floor has a modern vibe. I decided to take a dip that warm afternoon, and I thought that seeing all the buildings around the pool area was pretty cool. I did check out the top floor bar later that night out of curiosity. I didn't stay on for drinks, but I'm a sucker for city skyline views so it's only a matter of time until I actually return and spend an evening up there. I also got the impression that the bar is relatively laid back; ergo, nothing over the top a.k.a. drunk and loud people running around to go with electronic dance music or whatever you call the genre blaring in the back (really hoping that my observation is accurate). There are grander and higher-end hotels in Metro Manila, but Seda deserves five stars for having really awesome value.
