Sedona Hotel Yangon

We stayed at Sedona Hotel Yangon from December 15th to 19th for a 4-night, 5-day family vacation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. ||Our room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights for the whole family.||The swimming pool was a highlight for us! It was well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax and have fun with my son. We spent hours there enjoying the peaceful and safe environment.||Breakfast at Sedona was delightful, offering a variety of dishes that catered to different cultural tastes. My son especially loved the warm pizza that was served every morning—a unique and delicious touch we won’t forget.||The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and professional, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. |A special thank you goes to Thet Twetar, who went above and beyond to assist us with our booking and various requests. Her dedication and kindness made our stay truly memorable.||Whether visiting Yangon for business or a family vacation, Sedona Hotel will always be our top choice. It is a very nice hotel, centrally located next to a big shopping mall. Rooms are spacious and well maintained with a beautiful view over the lake. Stuff is friendly and helpful, especially Htet Myat Aung and Zin Thu Thu Myo at the reception desk. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices: both European and Asian. The swimming pool is clean and easy to use. The only drawback is that there are not enough sunbeds around the pool. We loved our stay at the hotel

Amazing dining experience! The food was delicious, service was top-notch, and the view of Inya Lake was breathtaking. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Yangon. ||Thanks to you Ms. Sandy for assisting and accommodating us during our stay!

I just stayed one night for new year countdown party. Because of the festive season, we need to wait a long time in the front desk and need to wait to get a room although the payment was done in advance. They should arrange their rooms ready. The buffet breakfast was great but Monthingha is tasteless.

The bar was about to shut when I arrived when the gentle man at the reception was kind enough to offer me a seat and accepted the last order of the bar. The lady Ms Hpauje Seng Pan was kind enough to ask me if I needed a repeat and allowed me to sit for a while. Very good hospitality at the lobby lounge.

Worst check in experience ever had in a 5 star hotel. During check in, manager in the lobby desk, no eye contact, no greeting, not even a smile. She just take my passport and pass to her staff, didn't even tell me to walk that counter. Cannot believe this will happen in sedona hotel. Highly suggest training and review the lobby manager who on duty during my check in. However the other lobby staff are helpful at all. The lobby manager must change her working attitude and be like a professional in a five star hotel.

Thank you for the outstanding work of Ms. Yadanar ( Assistant Sales Manager). We had a wonderful time and could not imagine pulling off our meeting without your staff's guidance. Simply put, they exceeded all our expectations and could not have been more patient or harder working on the (many) requests we made of them over the past few months. They are an amazing team!
