Absolutely loved it. Prices are more than reasonable for this place. Beds are amazing as well as pillows. The lobby area is loaded with games, puzzles just a nice spot to relax and hang with the kiddos. Pool was great, setting areas there were nice, plenty of pool towels, only complaints here was the hot tub was down(looking forward to that soak). Everyone was nice and helpful. Private patio.

We had so much fun here for our girls trip! The rooms were spacious and super cute, even had a dedicated spot for our gear. Close to trails and delicious food. The staff were so friendly the entire time and even helping us out with recommendations. Finished everyday at the pool. We will definitely be back!

Google
This hotel exceeded our expectations, especially for us dog lovers traveling with our pups! First off, the pet fees are incredibly reasonable. We only paid $60 total for both of our dogs, which is far less than most other hotels. At check-in, we noticed a personalized welcome board with guests’ dogs’ names on it, plus they gave us free travel water bowls and treats. There’s a clean, well-kept pet area where the dogs can run around, which was a huge bonus. They even had treats for the humans! I walked away with a Sedona sticker for my water bottle collection, some beef jerky, and a pack of mixed nuts, all complimentary. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are almost too good to be true. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a great stay in Sedona!

Super family friendly and great location, close to everything! They have a beautiful park area where I got to take a free yoga/stretch class with Zlata! You have to take a class with here while you stay! They had a beautiful guitarist play while we sat and had drinks in the restaurant by the pool and they gave my son a kite to decorate when we got here which he loved!

From check in to checkout it was seamless. ||It was a beautiful room with a view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable and had more than enough fluffy pillows. The high end provided toiletries smelled amazing. The room was Spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Look forward to another stay in Sedona.

I stayed with family recently for our visit to Sedona (and Arizona). It's a little away from tourist spot, so it's quiet at night. My family members liked the quietness. The place seemed to be currently renovating/ remodeling, so the gym photos were outdated. Here's a current one. Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs and there's a bench and cable machine. I'll recommend adding a lil bucket of sanitizing wipes too. The outdoor pool was definitely heated and hot tub was warm to relax after driving here, or a lot of hiking. (I think my check in date was after the pool renovation was completed compared to previous reviews).

This is our second time staying at this pet-friendly Sedona hotel, and it just keeps getting better! The customer service was top-notch—special thanks to Lupita and Brian for being so helpful and welcoming. Our pup was even greeted with a treat bag, which was such a thoughtful touch! The rooms were beautiful, decorated with gorgeous photography that really captures the spirit of Sedona. Tonight, we were treated to live music at the on-site family & pet park—a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Can’t recommend this place enough for both families and fur babies!

Yelp
This was hands down the best stay in a hotel I've ever had. Hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort are their priorities. From the moment we arrived two lovely concierges greeted me and handed me a doggy gift basket for my dog Archer. They also presented me with a list of events going on in the area. The next morning I headed to breakfast which was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, a buffet style array of hot breakfast food (each morning a different variety) as well as pastries, cereal and juice. I also noticed that there was a chalkboard sign in front of the hotel that had the hand drawn names of each of the pets that were staying there at that time which was adorable. The room we stayed in was great - bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless. I will be coming back to this hotel forever! Also - they have a gated "family and friends" park/dog park in the back end of the property and it was so well taken care of. Spots to grill and chill and play and let your pup run free!

Yelp
This hotel is being renovated so beware. We were not told that when we booked. We traveled with my dog, and upon arrival, the hotel presented us with an adorable gift bag for him. So thoughtful. Our room was adorable, complete with a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink). And the beds were very comfortable. Our neighbor did leave dogs unattended and they were sad barking the entire time the guests were gone. Maybe an attendant could walk the premises and contact the guests to alleviate this from happening. I'd stay again - once the renovation is complete.

Veronica B.

Yelp
**PSA** The hotel is going through some pretty major renovations which were an eye sore and also many of the amenities were not available (like the breakfast for example.) They don't mention this on the website or tell you when you're booking. There is a sign there that says the renovations will be done in spring 2025.

Yelp
Such a wonderful dog friendly hotel located in Sedona! Blindly booked this place and was pleasantly surprised at everything! They welcomed us with a gift basket for our dog and our room was big and spacious with its own patio. The hotel throws daily events like yoga and ice cream. It's located perfectly for all the hikes on our itinerary. They have a huge enclosed park for dogs or grilling and a place to wash your dogs or bicycles. Pool and hot tub and gym as well. Breakfast offered 6:30 to 10am every morning as well. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit!

Yelp
Sedona Real was a real treat. The room assigned to us was right above the lobby and had sunrise views with a small balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were great and the breakfast was good. We will definitely be coming back! The only thing I would suggest would to provide sugar in the raw for the lobby / breakfast area coffee plus perhaps a dairy free creamer choice.

Yelp
Dog friendly lodging n Sedona right in downtown Sedona. This place is beautiful with great views of the Red rocks. There is a nice pet and family picnic park which is fenced in so our dog and puppy enjoyed sniffing and exploring. They don't allow dogs in the dining area regardless if busy or not so we had to sit outside. Not an issue except there were bees circling around so we ended up packing up our food and taking the dogs back to the room.

Yelp
Beautiful Sedona!! I arrived for a friends wedding and was only in town for a couple of days. With that in mind I didn't want to spend a lot of money since I wouldn't get to enjoy the room, the pool and other amenities the hotel had to offer. After searching different travel sites, and reading multiple reviews I decided on this hotel. Why you might wonder.. well compared to other bigger named hotels that were on the same street this one had a great price rate, a big enough room (I got a double queen suite with a sofa bed) for myself and my two friends who went with me, they offered free parking and free breakfast. There's was a $19 daily resort fee. This hotel had also had daily activities throughout the week for their guests to enjoy (like yoga). The location of this hotel for the purpose of our stay was good and despite being on a busy highway it was also quiet. However if you're trying to get somewhere on time (lol like the wedding which was scheduled for sunset on the other side of Sedona ) the afternoon traffic was a slight pain.. but with good planning to allow yourself time to get through the main thoroughfares during peak traffic hours is key! Of note is this hotel was not next to the main shopping area (it was a few miles away) and if that's important to you when you're in Sedona then this is not the place to stay. But there are plenty of stores, markets and restaurants nearby that are within walking distance. There is a delicious pizza place right across the street that I highly recommended! Breakfast was okay... it wasn't bad at all. Let me explain the first mornings option was great (biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs..yummy), the food was flavorful and on the second morning the menu changed a bit and it was not as good. I was able to grab some coffee, toast and a quick bowl of oatmeal which was fine for me. The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, my room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Sedona.

Yelp
Amazing and affordable place to stay. Very Very Very clean. Staff was friendly and they offer free hot breakfast. Will stay here again !!

Yelp
Just went up to Sedona for one night to relax, and we checked into this fantastic in and suite and it turned out to be even better that staff was amazing. The room was fantastic clean no worries about trash or bugs and the pool and the hot tub were great and the breakfast. The next morning was even better I wanted to stay. I didn't wanna leave.beautiful and at a great price they take care of you for sure a forever guest

Yelp
My running friends and I spent 4 nights here as we came to do Run Sedona. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy with the gas fireplace. They serve breakfast every day from 0600-1000. The food was plentiful, with several options and good. The staff is outstanding. Ally was simply amazing, professional, friendly, and very helpful. We had some issues with the people who stayed on both sides of us, but staff addressed it quickly and was able to resolve it. Would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
So... there's a little story behind why we chose to stay at Sedona Real Inn & Suites. My husband and I use hotels.com to reserve rooms. When searching for hotels on 7/14, I came across this hotel because of its AMAZING rate per night for 7/15 (Sat) and 7/16 (Sun). This place also had an excellent rating of 9.0 out of 10 on hotels.com. While the price rate appeared too good to be true, especially for the weekend, my husband and I immediately started the reservation process to lock in the deal! When we got to the total cost, it came out to twice the amount it should have been. I was very confused by this because the price should have been $100 less than what we were quoted in the total. I called hotels.com to verify and they said the price given at the total cost was the correct price. I sent hotels.com photos of what I was seeing on my end and spoke to supervisor Aish K. Aish with hotels.com was super helpful and offered me the price given on my end. Not to mention, I had a credit through hotels.com, in which we pretty much got the room for free! Aish provided excellent customer service and I appreciated him for assisting me with my concern. This hotel was beyond our expectations! It was very nice and clean from the time we arrived to the time we left. The receptionists, Rebecca and Brian, were very friendly and helpful. Brian offered me a map of Sedona with areas off attractions, like movies, restaurants, bars, etc. Rebecca informed me of the activities that the hotel offered daily as well as the amenities for guests (pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, snack store). Rebecca even gave us the option to choose a 1st floor room or a 2nd floor room, which I appreciated! I was very impressed by their knowledge and hospitality. Thank you for the excellent service! We stayed in room 622 on the 2nd floor right next to the stairs. We had a traditional room, which included 2 queen beds, TV, Microwave, Coffee/Tea, a Desk, and Bathroom/Closet. The entire room was very clean and the beds (mattresses) were super comfy. Although, I was not very fond of the pillows as they were square shaped and thin. Mind you, I'm a roller when I sleep. Therefore, I prefer the traditional rectangle pillows so that my head stays on the pillow regardless. The square pillows made it difficult for me to get comfortable right away. The air in the room was perfect! We are Arizonans. Therefore a cool AC is important, especially during the summer! The room stayed pretty cool except for the bathroom. The bathroom did not have an AC ventilation, which made it feel a little muggy if you kept the door closed. We left the bathroom door open to allow circulation. That definitely helped! The bathroom was very clean and elegant. Complimentary hair soaps, body soaps, lotion, and makeup wipes were included as well as a hair dryer. In the closet, there was an ironing board, an iron, hangers, and a rack for the luggage. I really liked that the closet was in the bathroom because I was able to choose my clothing from my suitcase after taking a shower. Not to mention, it was more convenient when taking and putting all of our hygiene stuff away! The hotel was not far from entertainment! Nearby, were restaurants, a movie theatre, bars, and more. For dinner, we ate at Bella Vita Restaurante, which was about a 5 minute drive west from our hotel. We also went to Harkins Theatre, which was also a 5 minute drive east from our hotel. The city of Cottonwood was a 15 minute drive from our hotel if you're looking for a good winery city! The next day, my husband and I had a complimentary breakfast in the lobby. The hotel has a chef that cooks the food and serves as a buffet style. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, toast/bagels, yogurt, waffles (had to make yourself), cereal, and juices. We went around 830am and it was packed inside. Despite this, the line to get food went pretty quick. Like most complimentary foods, it was okay, but who doesn't like free breakfast? Overall, our stay was excellent! We will definitely put this hotel on our list of stays in Sedona! Thank you for the amazing service!

Yelp
We decided to make a last minute run to Sedona to cross of Slide Rock and come upon this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond with kindness and consideration to our comfort and needs. The room was very large and clean, as we got the suite for a family of 5 and my son who usually gets a roll out bed if lucky ended up on a fold out queen mattress and he felt like a million bucks. My kids loved the room and we all felt we needed to return and stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with many options. All the staff was helpful and kind. They even had a park for pets to run around and little ones to roam that was well maintained and had some nice sculptures. We can't wait to return

Yelp
I am impressed how clean and neat this place is. We checked on July 2 and the lady receptionist was very nice and accommodating m. Very imformative too. Breakfat was good. I love the all day complimentary coffee and water all day. They have activities and live perfomer on thursdays. This place made our vacation in Sedona extra comfortable.

Jessica S.

Yelp
If you're traveling and need a place to stay with your dog. This place was actually clean and accommodating. They welcome your pup and also have a nice play area for pups. They also gave us a portable water bowl for our dogs!

Holly K.

Yelp
Where to start, unprofessional staff? Room condition? Constant construction noise? Breakfast? This place may deserve a 1 star and that's being generous. Just a step over Motel 6 and they advertise themselves as luxury. When I asked the front desk the reason they didn't mention ongoing construction in their ads, she lied and said the information is everywhere. She was so unprofessional that she didn't stop scratching her stomach and chewing her gum the whole time I was talking to her. They advertised view of red rock from the room, but don't look for it, you will not find it. We paid more for this motel than we did for embassy suites. Not recommend this at all.

Danny V.

Yelp
Got in much later than expected so there was no line. I liked how even though there was no more vacancy they didn't give up our room for arriving late. Customer Service was fine..the room was perfect for a night or two. Comfortable beds, clean spacious bathrooms. $260 + fees for a Saturday night. Fitness room is quite small, but it got the blood and sweat flowing. Was told that a new treadmill was on order..but they still have an elliptical and a stationary bike. Legit Complimentary Breakfast...from 6am-10am.

Richard B.

Yelp
A quality property that is clean and well maintained. Their breakfast buffet is excellent and the egg dishes change every day. Pastries are home made and the waffles are great too! Biscuits and gravy is outstanding and is served on Wednesday mornings. This is a dog friendly property and has a one acre dog part with trees, grass and fire pit and chairs and tables to have a picnic lunch. Some rooms have patios and fireplaces. A very comfortable and quiet place to stay and definitely an upgrade from there Marriott Residence Inn or Courtyard at a better price and way better than the Hampton Inn.

C H.

Yelp
I am so disappointed! I called in to make reservations and asked for a late check out at 1pm, no charge. The representative confirmed the request. When we arrived all seemed good and the day to check out, no indication about our late check out and the front desk was unwilling to honor the 1pm check out. Very unprofessional. This was Sunday and the hotel was minimally occupied. Therefore, no valid reason to honor our request. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.

Yelp
Here are the highlights from staying here: Pros: * Decent price vs. other options. There are a LOT of really high priced lodgings in Sedona. If you book in advance, this place seemed fairly reasonable. * Breakfast was included (though surprisingly this was not stated when I made the reservation). * Room was quiet and dark. Sometimes blocking out exterior light can be an issue at hotels; not this one. I did hear another guest complaining to the staff about upstairs noise one morning; I guess you can opt for a 2nd floor room if you want to play it safe (but they do not have elevators). * They have a calendar of daily activities, if that might be of interest (from family game night to 'healing sound bath' or 'energy vortex lectures') *The staff was always friendly and available until midnight. Cons: * WiFi - ours didn't really work. You could go to the lobby and log in, but most devices then dropped the connection within 10 minutes of returning to the room. My laptop was the only exception to this. I asked the staff about it, but the network is maintained by some off-site entity and never functioned. * They charge you a $19/day resort fee. I thought that was a bit steep given that the 'resort amenities' are the aforementioned calendar of activities, a dog park / play area / fire-pit patio about the size of 2 average backyards, a pool, and a faux stream with whimsical signs that flows between 2 of the buildings. And here are some bonus observations about Sedona: The city has a truly horrible traffic layout. Two roads intersect at a traffic circle, and traffic can literally back up for miles to the south (Hwy 179). You are much safer (coming from Phoenix) taking Hwy 260 via Cottonwood to get into town. Traffic from the west also backs up but not as severely. This hotel is located about 3 miles west of the traffic nexus, so you can drive around the hotel area without much trouble. This is a prime tourist area, so expect to be charged accordingly high prices. Sedona puts some effort into being a 'dark sky' city. That, plus its relatively isolated location, make it great for star gazing. We were able to drive 2 - 3 miles from the hotel (out Red Rock Loop Road) and pull off in a safe gravel area and get stunning sky views. My wife said it was the most stars that she'd ever seen in her entire life. I'd highly recommend devoting a little time to this an hour or so after sunset. Sedona has breathtaking scenery surrounding it on several sides.

Yelp
We spent 2 nights in this inn and were very satisfied with our stay. Staff was extremely helpful. Concierge helped us organizing our weekend and booked for us the only locally owned jeep tour which was wonderful too. The bedrooms are beautiful large and very clean. Highly recommend this place.

Sonia H.

Yelp
This place is way overpriced. Bedbugs everywhere and it is an apartment building. Save your money and eat before 7pm. No service, no regard, they recommend shit and that is what it is shit. A list of restaurants that they get a percentage of low food grade food. No pizza with flavor, no real eggs (powered eggs), but there is a famous pizza that is as old as my grandmother who passed away in 1992. Many blessings to everyone.

Nadine T.

Yelp
Sedona real is a great spot. I really enjoyed staying there. It's quiet it's clean, it's a great location for proximity to a good handful of restaurants. I had a room upstairs from the little running stream and heard it every night as I settle down to sleep, which was very soothing. The dog and family Park is a real treat; to have a secluded, natural tree area to sit down and relax, or take a walk, and the occasional music in the park was wonderful.

George P.

Yelp
We had an excellent stay at this property. First off, this property saved my family's vacation after a god awful stay in Flagstaff. We hated it so much out there we drove to Sedona before day break and we're in town by 8 am. After driving Sedona and checking in, the rooms were amazing. We had a suite that was large enough for our family of 5. The pool has a great view and was large enough for families and young couples. The property is close enough to town for all of the local attractions. And the breakfast in the morning is spectacular. We're for sure coming back. Especially after I was advised that they have a return discount for previous guests.

Yelp
This was an awesome stay. I had called the night before to make reservations on my way back from a trip from Colorado. I was traveling with my dog, so I was looking somewhere that was dog friendly. When we got there, everything was great, the front desk post was very thorough and detailed. The room was well equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave and lots of towels and it was very clean. The best part about this hotel is how pet friendly they are. They had a welcome board with my dogs name on it ans they gave my dog a little baggie of treats and a travel water bowl. There is also a really nice dog park/family park. Located in the back. It is fairly large and very well-maintained with nice green grass. My dog really enjoyed it because we had been on the road for so long. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your fur baby! Oh! I forgot to mention the amazing breakfast in the morning. There was cereal, yogurt, fruits, waffle makers, and oatmeal even. It was a very complete breakfast.

Caron M.

Yelp
Sedona Real bills themselves as a resort, but as a few other reviewers have mentioned, it truly isn't. There's a small pool and hot tub area by reception, but no spa, no restaurant, or other resort like amenities. Admittedly, we had planned to stay at Poco Diablo for our Thanksgiving holiday, but I was concerned about the noise since they were doing construction on the property. Well, Sedona Real certainly wasn't quieter than any construction would have been. Our room, #116, was right by the road and you could hear the traffic at all hours, especially in the early morning when you got the big trucks going by. There was also a lot of outdoor noise since the doors didn't seem to be properly insulated, and we could hear the folks in the room next to us and above. We had what was called a corner suite; it was not a suite, just a big room. So while there were two TVs, you could only watch one at a time since there's no separation. And, no way to let someone sleep in while anyone else was up and about. There were a few nice touches, the room was in good condition for the most part, the tile floors and the fireplace were lovely- note to property, please fix the broker toilet paper holder. But, the details were sorely lacking. The couch not only looked like it belonged in a 90s motel, it was super uncomfortable to sit on and very noisy, I expect because it was a sleeper sofa. The gas fireplace also made plenty of noise, with the timer ticking down while it ran, and our bathroom door handle was painfully squeaky. The layout was strange, with the bed just next to the bathroom, for maximum noise impact apparently. The bathroom was also odd, it was a closed room with just a shower and toilet, and then the sink as part of the main room. So you couldn't even wash your hands without disturbing someone who might be sleeping. The bathroom was right next to the front door, as was the closet. So you had to watch out if you wanted to get ready in the morning and anyone was going in and out. Otherwise, those outside would get a bit of a show. The bed was comfortable, but the linens felt cheap and worn, and I kept catching a whiff of wet dog, even though we weren't in a pet friendly room to my knowledge. Finally, while the hotel promotes their gourmet breakfast, it really was more akin to the sort at Holiday Inn express, complete with being served on paper plates. It was filling and quite convenient if you are on your way out to go for a hike or tour, but certainly nothing memorable. If you're looking for a hotel room in the area, and just need serviceable as opposed to fancy, this in would be fine provided the price is reasonable. But it is absolutely not a destination place.

Jessica R.

Yelp
I rarely write reviews but this hotel far exceeded my expectations. This is definitely a hotel for those traveling with a dog! I traveled here for Mothers Day with my husband, two dogs (Grace and Zoey), and 2 year old son we all had the best time! The hotel has its own very large fenced in dog park (as pictured) with outdoor games for kids, a fire pit, a grill, picnic tables, and a lot of comfortable outdoor seating! The dog park is very well maintained and clean! My son and pups were entertained there for hours! Sunday morning they had a great complimentary breakfast buffet with many options. The hotel is also walking distance to many restaurants. It was perfect! If you're traveling with dogs do them a favor and stay here! We definitely will be coming back! I wish I could give the place 10 stars!

Yelp
Family and Pet-friendly Inn. They even have goodie bags for our Momo. Perfect for our 3 days 2 night stay. We upgraded from 2 Queen size bed to 2 King size bedroom Suite on 1st floor with tile flooring. Plenty of nice touches. Make up wipes with soft towels. Controlled Fireplace. Spacious Dog park readily available for our fur baby. Pool and Jacuzzi are open until 10 PM. Includes continental breakfast until 10 AM with waffle-makers. Wellness water in front of the lobby. Monthly calendar activities for customers. Very Satisfied on our stay here.

Clare M.

Yelp
Very clean inside and the staff is very hardworking and nice. And there was mini shampoo and conditioner so i am happy also there is free breakfast and coffee!!!!!!

Bill G.

Yelp
Nice hotel on the West side of Sedona. Clean rooms, nice outdoor environment. Continental style breakfast with bonus eggs dishes and sausage. Losing a star for uncomfortable beds, tile floors which are unusual in a hotel and made playing card games on the floor impossible, and a bit dark and tired rooms.

Heidi R.

Yelp
I'm a big believer in first impressions, the lady that picked up the phone and helped me book my room last minute was very kind. She was also very helpful. The suit was very comfortable and spacious. Overall had a great experience, let me not forget to mention the family park is so beautiful it's a great place to see the stars at night.

Emily W.

Yelp
Nice accommodations. This isn't a luxury hotel, and doesn't have any breathtaking views of the mountains, but it was a fine place to stay. Homemade breakfast by a friendly couple. There is a concierge who can recommend and plan and make reservations for your daily activities with local establishments, & is knowledgeable about where to hike & park. There is a water fill station for water bottles & you can order a lunch wrap to pick up in the morning and take with you on your daily adventure. The rooms were very clean & bed was comfortable. Free WIFI & there is a dog park on site if you bring your pup along. We didn't utilize the fire pit or the jacuzzi, but we saw others who did. We highly recommend as a affordable option in Beautiful Sedona!

Yelp
So we took our RV trip through Arizona, and of course we had to stop in Sedona, AZ. We heard so many things about it so we made it a priority to go there. We couldn't find an RV campground near by but we're able to find a hotel that could accommodate RV parking. We did call ahead of course for the parking, Sedona'a RV parking is LIMITED...so plan ahead. Now the hotel itself, the suites we got were amazing!!! Lots of room and plenty of space for all of us. The staff at the front was so nice and accommodating, we felt welcomed right away. Cool thing, they do Hot Breakfast every morning in the dining area, all included in the cost of the hotel. We loved being able to eat every morning for free lol...the atmosphere is definitely along the lines of the Sedona Feel, everything was clean and picked up. There is a small shopping center across the street, walking distance, with a great pizza spot which we went to. Also, we took an Uber to uptown Sedona, less than 10 minutes away, so close to everything. All in all we would stay here again in a heart beat, definitely recommend. One thing to know...part of the RV parking is in the lot next door, but they have room as long as they don't have a lot of rv's at the hotel. So again plan ahead :)

Jodie D.

Yelp
It's a below average hotel with extremely high prices! I love Sedona but this hotel is not it. Our room doesn't even match the pictures online! Next time I'm staying at the andante inn because I always have a good time there

Charley C.

Yelp
What a wonderful hotel. We stayed two nights andit was really wonderful. First the staff checked us in and helped us locate parking right next to our room. The room was HUGE. There as enough space to square dance. I paced it off and calculate that it was about 37 feet from the entry to the back wall. All the usual ammenities, and a fridge. very clean and comfortable. The fresh fruit at the check in desk was nice. The breakfast was the usual goodies, and something different cooked up each day, for a nice change. In the facr back of the parking lot is a small gated park. Nice pathways for walking, alone or with your pooch. The grounds are well manicured and I think I will be coming back here whence I return to Sedona

Renee C.

Yelp
Our stay here was wonderful from the friendly staff (Angel was great and so was his trainee) to the cleanliness of rooms and facilities. The daily hot breakfast was the best. Bonus was the pet friendly amenities which Included welcome sign, treat bag and large dog park on ground. Thanks Sedona Real for an awesome stay!

Yelp
I've stayed here twice, once with my dog and second time with bikes. They do a great job with taking care of both and making them feel welcome. For the dogs theres a dog park area on the premises and treats. For the bikes, theres a bike wash station with drying towels (that get replaced!!!) and a repair stand. Amazing. Breakfast is pretty decent as far as hotel breakfasts go and all the staff is super nice. Only suggestion is they have hard floors so get a second floor room since it can be noisy on the first.

Yelp
A beautiful place in one of the most amazing areas in Sedona. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's located at the end of the strip but nevertheless, it's in a good, quiet area. Dog and kid friendly plus they have a morning breakfast from 0630-1000. Rafael and Jennifer provided a pleasant morning breakfast experience making sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately Brandy and Stephanie were quite the contrary. Their poor attitude, borderline rude, was the only negative part of this resort. I would recommend management taking a closer look at their attitude and work ethic because that can discourage future bookings.

Yelp
What a great experience. For starters, the customer service rivaled any five star resort I've ever been to. So many great "nice touches" from the goodie bags for Fido to the afternoon peach lemonade to the evening music to the wonderful breakfast. This is now our "go to" spot anytime we visit Sedona.

Yelp
Nice place for an average price in Sedona. Hotels are pretty pricey in Sedona so this was a good option for me. It is about 10 minutes or so from Uptown Sedona which was not bad at all and very close to a lot of hiking trails such as Boynton Canyon Trail. The views were ok from the room. We chose a 2nd story room as we are young and they advised us there is no elevators for people. Brian checked us in and was very helpful and recommended The Hudson restaurant for my birthday dinner, which we did end up going to. They have a concierge up front as well. They offer tea and coffee throughout the day which is lovely. The rooms were clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Hotel beds always hurt my back, but I slept like a baby. The bathroom was large and overall enough space for two people to get ready. On the outside, I liked how when you looked towards the beautiful Sedona scenery, the hotel actually pinstriped the roof red to match the scenery. They have a heated pool and spa which is very nice for after hiking. They also have a bonfire area until 10pm which is available for guests. In the morning, we had breakfast in the main lobby. The couple that makes all the food, is a little old lady and man. It was like being at grandma and grandpas house to eat breakfast. They had homemade salsa, different sort of eggs, meat, cereal, juices, coffee, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, breads, cakes, etc. It was really worth the price when you consider the great breakfast.

Yelp
Beware!!! Bed bugs!! I got bit 3 times!! Didn't sleep well after incident! Terrible experience, won't be back. When I informed the staff they didn't act surprised nor did them seem to care.. I took pictures of the bug and photos of my bites. Decided to trash our belongings in hopes we didn't bring anything back to our home!!! Waste of money, time, and a what was supposed to be a great visit to Sedona. If you stay here I'd check the mattress/furniture thoroughly. Good luck!

Yelp
Our time at Sedona Real was exactly what we needed! They went over and above to provide the best experience for my family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog. The property is immaculate and clean. They have a dog/family park that is lush and plenty of room and shade. It also included a fire pit and comfy space to chill in the evening with the family. Breakfast was included and was so delicious! Sedona Real is a gem! We will be back!

Yelp
I would say the quality and the tactics used here to increase your cost are absurd. I go to Sedona 5 times a year with the wife and would never come here again! This place is under new ownership and this could be out of business in the next year with policies like this. I would stay at any other hotel before spending out $400 a night I posted a picture of the fees associated with the stay and let me tell you you have see this. What is room sales tax? What is bed tax? Adding this on top of the room fee we were quoted 642 and it came out to $750 in taxes this is the first bad experience we have had in Sedona I would look at poco Diablo before spending any time considering this as a viable option. They won't be here in a year that's my prediction. Sedona doesn't need businesses skimming off of hard working Americans and adding no value to society.

Yelp
This is so overdue, but this Inn is by far the best place we've ever stayed!! All of the staff were soo beyond friendly, the rooms were gorgeous, and the entire venue was pup friendly! Our two dogs were welcomed with goodies and their name even written on a board by the front desk! So personal and warm! (That's ironic, because the rooms have personal fire places) The private dog park is perfect to play with your fur babies and there is even grills and lounge areas to relax in while your dogs have the best time! Absolutely will be back!

Yelp
What a great experience! My family stayed here for one night over Easter weekend. We paid a pretty penny (almost $500) for what seemed like a fairly small room, but other than that, everything else was really wonderful! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful! And when I say "all the staff" I mean it! It was pleasantly surprising how every interaction was great! The room was clean & it had some bonus amenities like a lighted makeup mirror + makeup removing wipes! I'd never seen this anywhere else I've stayed before. It might not seem like a big deal to some but as a self-proclaimed beauty guru, who takes their daily makeup routine quite seriously, it made all the difference! Now for the best part: the complimentary breakfast was OUTSTANDING! The front desk told us it was really good but how good can free hotel food be, right? Well, it was better than really good! It was downright delicious! I went back for thirds! You could tell the chef took his job seriously & the staff helping made sure everything was stocked & restocked! I would love to come back & stay here again one day!

Yelp
False advertising..the rooms are run down and dirty , the breakfast not edible ..do not stay here under any circumstances front desk did not inform us that rooms are not cleaned daily ...room shakes every time a door is closed ..a total ripoff for the rates charged here until Friday and wish we had stayed elsewhere

Yelp
Very clean, only one person checking in at a time, easy to social distance as the facility is open and large. Large dog park with beautiful sitting area and fire ring, pool and hot tub, and exercise room. Breakfast is complimentary and served to go, eggs, potatoes, sausages, breakfast casserole, waffles, bagels individually wrapped, fruit juices, and more. Coffee in rooms, and fridge and microwave. Dog friendly, very welcoming and even gave him a special treat. First time staying here, our usual spot was full for our last minute plans. This may be our new go to, all amenities and shopping near by. High end linens and soaps, etc provided in room. Staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. Family friendly. This is a great place for vacation sorry we have only one night this trip. We will be back.

Yelp
So every year my boss pays for His employees to go to Sedona for a weekend. Last year was amazing I took my parents and my kids we loved the experience they even took their dogs. This year I wanted a me vacation and due to the COVID-19 The hotel changed a little bit you don't eat breakfast in their little rooms anymore you actually get like a sack breakfast but you choose what you want and everybody's just keeping their distance which makes complete sense. I have no complaints about this hotel seriously one of these use I am going to actually pay to come here and actually bring my own dog I just love This hotel and even though it's more than I would ever really pay for a place with everything you're getting it's worth the price.

Yelp
I came across this place while searching for pet friendly hotel in Sedona. And I'm glad I picked this one. Upon arrival, they gave my pup a collapsible bowl and treat. They have nice fenced in area for dog and family with bbq pit. The staff were friendly even the breakfast staff. The room is clean and big. Though it is pet friendly, we didn't hear anything from our room. They made us feel welcomed. They also put our pup's name on the welcome board. Super cute! Also they put extra towels in the room which was helpful for us with 2 littles. We will definitely come back.

Yelp
VERY spacious room, clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that it is a ways away from all the shopping, but that could be a good thing too! This was the second time I've stayed here, and will again next time I'm in town.
